Ensured water was turned on, activated icemaker, and it cycled. Noticed water ran down the side behind the evaporator cover. Removed icemaker and found the fill tube frozen over. The ice was kind of dirty; possible sediment caused slow flow and buildup. Removed ice, harvested, cycled icemaker, and it filled with water with no leak. Refrigerator is working as intended. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator JF36NXFXDE01 ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=4 degrees. Using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker and found it would not harvest. I cycled power to the unit and retested and got the same results. I gained access to the ice maker to find the harness was not fully connected. I adjusted the harness and retested and the unit is operating as designed. On arrival the unit was outside in the customers front yard, with the latch removed from its position and dangling out the front. Customer said they had to force the lid open, and tried to work around the latch issues to run some cycles. I replaced the latch only, W11670519. Several parts were missing from the unit, including the strike and it's screws, the bezel for the latch, and the harness / pressure hose cover for the rear. Advised customer they would be responsible for replacement of these parts. Once the latch was installed I concluded repair, there is no power to the machine to test it. Repair completed, noone on site to sign for ticket."

Noted vent hose behind unit is nearly completely smashed flat, which can cause extended dry times and inefficiency. Advised builder should address bent/smashing hose and may need to drill side vent hole for proper installation. Otherwise, dryer functions normally."

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not drying properly. Placed unit into a test cycle and verified no heat during the drying portion of the cycle. Inspected the heating circuit and found the heating element to be broken and not energizing. Removed the defective heating element and installed a new heating element. Found the igniter on the smaller oven to be weak and not maintaining proper heat, causing short cycling. Replaced the igniter and retested the unit. Per customer she found ice in vent and defrosted unit before visit,removed cover found some ice build up on evaporator uploaded picturs,found evaporator thermistor on wrong location of evaporator, placement was on suction line against tube and liner wall. I cycled power to the unit and placed it in diagnostics and tested the evap fan motor and found the unit making a very loud vibration noise. I pressed down on the evap cover and the noise stopped. I removed the evap cover and using the gaskets provided for today's service, I placed the gaskets alone the outer sides of the inside of the cover and re-installed the cover. Retested the fan motor in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed and much quieter. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11159728, W11159728. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven WOS51EC0HS20 control panel in lock mode. Upon further inspection, I attempted to get the unit UI unlocked and placed into diagnostics, but it would not respond. I cycled power and removed and replaced the control panel and tested. The unit is operating as designed. I assisted the customer in downloading the Whirlpool app on their phone and connecting the unit to Wi-Fi via the app. Tested the app and the unit continues to operate as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven WOES3030LS01 with no power. Upon further inspection, I found the display blank and checked the breaker to find it tripped. The breaker is a Square D 30amp GFCI. I cycled power at the breaker and pulled the unit out to gain access to the main control. While pulling the unit out, I found that the pigtail power cord was installed above the unit behind the microwave. I was able to get the unit out far enough to test. I removed the ground and performed a burnout on Bake at 500 degrees. While testing, I checked voltage at the control and found 250V. I tested amp draw to the bake (12amps) and broil (15amps) elements. Once the unit completed the burnout, I allowed it to cool then performed a second burnout on Bake at 500 degrees with the ground reconnected. The unit completed the second burnout and continued to operate for approximately 15-20 minutes afterwards. The unit is operating as designed and no parts installed. I made recommendations for use and care, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they were using the cooktop burners and a blue flash with smoke came from the back left side of the control panel and the front left burner stopped working. I removed the back panel to gain access to the harnesses and found where the cooktop harness had been pinched in between the control panel and back panel and cut the wire causing it to short. I showed the customer my findings and advised that I would have to contact Whirlpool Safety and get my findings documented and order parts. I confirmed the customers' complaint and found the latch broken, but the bezel was still okay sitting on the bottom of the basket. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) and F0 E7 (load detected when running the clean washer cycle) error codes. I checked the suspension and found it was good. I checked the basket and found the basket properly secured to the drive shaft. I found no leaks underneath indicating any gearcase failures. I replaced the latch assembly W11700916 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for an electric wall oven model WOES3030LS01 that is not heating properly on the broil element. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the broil element will initially come on. But then we'll turn off within thirty seconds if running it. I asked the customer if they left their door open when they broil, which she advised that she does. I did explain that this is a normal operation due to a safety feature. I explained with the controls right above the oven door, leaving the oven open during a broil. Can cause issues with the controls. I explained that while baking or broiling within this oven, she would need to have the door closed. I tested the broil element and found it working and operating as designed. Call complete. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator model KRFC302ESS09 that has a door that won't close right. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the right hand door sometimes seems to pop open if you slam the left-hand side and they didn't know if there was a seal issue or not. I did explain to the customer that the right hand door does not seal all the way around due to the million in the center. I showed him that there are two little sections at the top and the bottom of the mullion that make the right-hand door seal not completely sealed against the cabinet and easier to open. I explained this is a normal operation and will not cause any cooling issues. However, I did find the refrigerator leaning forward, causing the door not to close when it was slightly popped open. I did adjust the feet on the. Refrigerator to lean slightly back, and when testing again, I found the door slightly pop open and close itself. The unit is working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site to follow up on WRS321SDHZ11 that was leaking down the FC liner. Added extension from kit W11750811. Used some silicone to seal to the back of the liner. Added a thicker zip tie to the extension as well. Verified no leaks present. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW4850HW1 that is making abnormal sounds during cycles and is going off balance on every load. Inspected unit and work area. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was weak and bouncing. I checked the basket and found it wobbling on the drive shaft. I ran the unit into a manual spin and found the bearings within the gearcase running dry and sounding like an airplane taking off. I checked underneath and also found the belt and splutch assembly worn and stripped. I replaced the splutch assembly W10721967, belt W11239857, gearcase W11454372, hub assembly W10528947, and suspension W11217817. I calibrated the machine and ran the unit through an auto test. I found all portions of the machine working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete."

Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing water. On arrival found unit was dispensing water but it had temporarily frozen over due to possibly colder temps In the fresh food side. "Arrived on site for oven WOES3030LS01 with issue of tripping breaker. Upon arrival, there is no one home. Mr. Opened garage remotely and gave authorization to enter. I inspected unit and is powered on. I ran diagnostics and there are no saved error codes. I preheated oven 350 and preheated correctly without tripping the breaker. I then preheated to 500. I allowed unit to operate at 500 for :30 minutes to allow for the required element moisture burnoff to happen per protocol for tripping breaker issues. I allowed unit to operate for additional :15 minutes. I could not get unit to duplicate a breaker tripping issue at this time. Unit is operating on a Seimans 30 amp gfci breaker. I recommend have breaker replaced with a 40 amp gfci breaker per install instructions for electrical requirements. I uploaded page from manual to SD. Job complete"

Gained access to the underside of the machine and found that the gear case was not installed properly. I gained access to the valve harness and the thermistor and found that the thermistor was reading out of spec. I corrected the problem with the gear case and I installed the valve assembly. Arrived on site for an oven WOEC3030LS01 not heating properly. I heated to 200 degrees and found it a little low. I raised the calibration by 10 and heated again. The sensor is reading good and both elements are working. Unit is operating as designed.
