Some days she would open the FC door and a sheet of ice would be present on the bottom of the cabin. Due to persistent issue and temperature issues on the last repair visit, suspecting a defrost failure causing water to freeze drain pan and block drain hole, allowing all melted frost to gather at the bottom of the cabin and freeze into an ice sheet. "Arrived on site for a dryer that was not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Upon entry, i found the unit in use and the dryer was getting extremely hot. I opened the door and found a gush of hot air coming out after five seconds, indicating an airflow restriction. I removed the vent off the back of the dryer and found proper airflow off the back of the dryer and temperaturescycling properly, but found an airflow restriction when reconnecting the dryer vent hose. I advised the maintenance person that they will need to have their vent cleaned to ensure proper airflow. The unit is working and operating as designed. No parts were installed"

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with RC door thats swinging open. Customer demonstrates that if you open the door past a certain point it opens faster than the freezer door does / bounces when it hits its stop in travel. I showed the customer a demo hinge and closer and explained that once the door hits a certain point it will go over the bump on the closer and swing open, especially with more weight in the RC door. I took the door off and showed the customer the greased cam and closer, which are in good shape. I also wiped off some of the grease from the cam. Customer requested i raise the unit which may slow the door down, and to also replace the top hinge. I did add about 1/2 inch level which customer feels did slow the door down to not swing. I did not replace the hinge since it has no involvement with how the door opens and closes and serves only as a mounting and rotational point. I did advise that once the door travels past its cam bump, it's still going to swing and bounce, and this is how it's designed. Documented findings with tech line, SR7741844429 who confirms this is functioning as designed and to only expect minor improvement from a basic leveling. No further repairs needed as this is working as designed. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator losing cool in RC. Customer showed recent picture showing evaporator covered in ice due to a recurring defrost issue. Roughly every 6 months or so RC evap freezes over. We have replaced / performed all steps in the service pointer for defrost issue, and checked all items. All fans and thermistors are working properly, drain pan is not bowed. I checked the seal on the icemaker adapter and found the liner has a roughly 2 inch wide section where its starting to deform in the adapter seal section. Liner is bowing away from the seal and keeping it from being a perfect flush seal, and moisture is likely infiltrating as a result. Talked with customer and GC regarding the history and frequency of the repairs. After seeing the liner shifting due to sealing foam, we do not have a recommended repair as just about any affected defrost related part has been replaced or checks good. Foam may be shifting and allowing condensation into the compartment which is slowing snowballing into frequent enough defrost related issues. Customer will replace unit instead of pursuing any further repairs. Call completed."

I found the old style broil elements installed which causes bleed through and the breaker to trip on it. I replaced the broil element with the revision element and ran unit on broil. Unit doesn't trip. I set the unit to 500 degrees and advised the customer to shut it off after 2 hours and I also set a cook time. I verified interlocks are good, door opens and closes properly, and I ran 11 separate 1 min cycles with a cup of water and everything worked properly. "Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing ice or making ice. An arrival confirmed issue, and upon further inspection found the auger motor completely corroded and resting out, as well as ice maker motor grinding and had a lot of corrosion and water valve, not letting enough water in to fill the tray. I reported findings to safety team under W1EAQL0WPL1. Ordering W10822606 motor, and valve and ice maker. Rescheduled, customer for july first of twenty twenty five; ordrng 1 W10822606 (Motor) and 1 W11495416 (Valve)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for not heating properly. Upon arrival entered diagnostics, found no error codes stored. Engaged bake and broil element, both engage when manually selected to. Started a 350? bake cycle whilemonitoring with a thermocouple. During preheat unit reached 375? initially. Unit then began to cool and stabilize at 350?. At 330? elements reengaged and unit began to heat up, at 370? elements disengaged and unit began to cool. Unit then cycled between 330?-370? for 15 minutes consistently. No issues with heating. No one on site for signature. Unit is running as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

Arrived on site for refrigerator with right hand doors swinging open too quickly. An arrival confirmed the issue and was able to level fridge. And verified door no longer swings open too fast and is stable. No parts installed call complete

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the last time she ran the washing machine, the machine did the same thing as last time we were out and started flashing an F9 E1 and would not drain completely. She advised that she had to leave the machine for a while before the unit would unlock the door. I did find the unit completely free of water and clothes. I gained access to the drain pump filter and found two nails stuck in the drain filter, causing the issue. I removed the obstructions and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site for unit not dispensing water. Inspected unit found valve struggling replaced valve still no water. Found reservoir completely frozen. Maintenance director did inform me unit had been in a vacant unit for several months now with no opening of the door . Informed him to set temperature to 40 degrees for now unplug unit for 48 hrs so linescan de thawed and check back on it in a few day. Maintenance director agreed to this and said he would check on unit in a couple days. No leaks present at this time job completed.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator with broken gasket and ice maker clumping eyes together in bin. On arrival, sound ice maker was being overfilled from the watervalve, and the right hand door gasket was broken. I replaced one right hand gasket w10830274. I'm ordering W11548535 valve a rescheduled customer for 06-01-25; ordrng 1 W11548535 (Valve)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he ran two loads that both leaked water all over the floor. He advised that they were on quick washes, and we're enough to have to use a full towel to clean up the mess. He advised that he is not used the machine since. I checked underneath and did not find any evidence of water residue. I ran the innet through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed without leaking until the unit came to the drain portion of the cycle. I found that I could not hear the water draining out of the machine but found water pouring out of the drain due to an overflow and water pouring down the wall and onto the floor. I showed the customer before the drain completely stopped and it did advise him. It looked like his drain pipe head a restriction, causing it to overflow. I checked underneath the washer and found all portions of the machine were dry. I did advise the customer that he will need to clear out his drain prior to any further use of the machine, but that the unit it is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived onsite to inspect scratched microwave door upon further inspection the door is scratched replaced door w11173823 tested unit cycles unit is heating & working as designed

"Arrived on site to diagnose unit for not heating.Verified the model and serial number and confirmed they matched the work order. Asked the customer if they were aware the unit was out of warranty. Customer provided documentation showing a 2-year warranty through KB Homes. However, the entitlement did not reflect KB Homes coverage. Contacted the claims department and spoke with Selina. Selina advised that the customer will need to contact Whirlpool to request an entitlement update reflecting the KB Homes warranty. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival replaced lid latch (W11307244) and control (W11607637). Started a test cycle, lid is now latching properly. Unit filled with water and began agitating. When drain pump engaged, control shorted. Inspected pump and found the housing melting indicating a failed pump. Will need to reorder control and replace drain pump. Ordering part, office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11607637 (Control)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for pump running. Upon arrival customer stated drain pump runs constantly unless unplugged. Applied power to the unit, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Per special project S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Found F3E1 pressure system fault error code stored. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11603810) and applied power, drain pump is no longer engaging immediately. Ran a test cycle with all components properly engaging. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
