Arrived on site for refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Refrigerator was set at 33°F and freezer was set at -3°F. Took temperatures in the refrigerator and freezer sections. Found refrigerator get down to 27 degrees and bounce back to 30 degrees. Found freezer sitting at 58°F. Placed unit service diagnostics and found the FC and RC thermistors passed tests. Tested compressor. I called Techline and spoke to Sterling SR 7727362430. He had me test resistance at the three way valve. The valve checked good. He then stated that the issue sounds like a restriction but could not see where it was until we could check pressures. He asked me to order an access valve and dye drier so we can check our pressures as we get to the freezer. Ordering evaporator as well in case there is a restriction at the evaporator. Arrived onsite for the washer leaking. Ran diagnostics and found error codes for over suds and door latch not locking properly. Customer stated that they are using tied pods and stated that they used 4 pods on a load of clothes when the leak happen and they got an SD error code on the display. Found suds residue on the floor and on the back washer panel. There was so much suds that it leaked out the vent in the back and onto the floor. Replaced door latch and ran a quick cycle and washer tested good and no leaks. Advised customer to only use 1 or 2 pods depending on the size of the load to wash there clothes with. Complete

on site for a refrigerator that would not close. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised the doors would not I called Techline and spoke to Bruce SR # 7727354911. He advised to check the deli draw harness and deli user interface. If either showed wear or improper connections, reattach or clean it up. If this did not work, replace them. I did not find any issue with moisture around the control. However, the customer said they have had water pour onto that interface several times while this issue has been going on. I checked the wire harness and found a few signs of wear but no tears or bad connections. Called Techline back and spoke to Rick (same SR#). "Arrived on site for dryer that was not heating.Inspected unit and work area. Tested unit and a time dry cycle on high heat. Unit would not heat. Tested voltage at terminal block and found 127.5 V from L1 to ground, 127.5 V from L2 to ground, but .936 V going from L1 to L2. Advised customer this was an electrical issue and she would need an electrician to come fix her electrical problem. I checked her thermal fuse, cut off, and element and found the fuse open. Replaced fuse and customer will have an electrician out ASAP. Call complete."

"arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the thermal cutoff failing, I removed and replaced the cutoff and tested the unit. It is operating/heating as designed. I tested airflow in the unit with the vent tube connected and the unit failed. I removed the vent hose at the back of the unit and retested and the unit passed. I demonstrated to the customer how the testing worked. I recommended that the customer have someone check the venting and have it cleaned due to lack of airflow. Lint cleaned from the unit.
