"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have a water softener. I checked the dispenser and changed the rinse aid dial to #2. Placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed. I placed my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box and found the element read 7-9amps during wash and 7-9amps at the end of testing. Contacted Techline and spoke to JK and advised of my findings. JK advised to turn hot water on at kitchen tap, wash on heavy duty with hi temp wash, heated dry, and sani rinse and at the end of washing, one the door to allow airflow into the tub to assist with drying. Also, advised to use rinse aid. Provided File #7726206491. I advised customer Techline recommendations to get best results. Also made recommendations for use & care and detergent& rinse aid types/use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no ice. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=7 degrees & RC=38 degrees. When I opened the unit doors no lights came on and the open door indicator was on. Customer advised the indicator comes on off & on. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the door switches and found that the FC door switch is continuously showing to be open. I checked the evaporators and both looked good. "Arrived on site to diagnose a freezer door that was not closing. Examined FC and found it large occupied and stuffed with food. Found ice buildups from the door all the way to a large chunk of ice on the back wall, and a sheet of ice on the bottom. Did not see any abnormal ice buildup around the Evap, and everything seems to be defrosting. Based on the volume of food, door was likely lodged open allowing an air leak to build ice to keep it from closing. Defrosted all the ice buildup and tested door and it does close as normal and seal. Found a small gap in the chassis skin. Sealed the gap with silicon. Reassembled unit and all is perfectly sealed and closing now. Advised customer to make sure freezer is not jam packed.

Found that control is constantly sending voltage to heating element and that fuse is not blowing to stop sending voltage to heating element. Found drum is out of round and will need to be replaced, control will need to be replaced as well as heating element. Repair kit should be replaced as exposed to high heat and fuse as unit does not shut down at such high temperatures. Also instructed customer on vent cleaning as this can have impact on higher temperatures.
