The customer also advised that they replaced the water filter and it leaked badly until it was replaced. I removed the crisper drawers and found water at the bottom of the RC section. I advised the customer that due to the leaking water filter, water collected at the bottom of the RC section and spilled over onto the FC door gasket. "arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they removed the vent tube from the wall and felt up inside the vent going to the roof and found it to be wet. I opened the door the unit and pressed the door switch closed and turned the unit on. I found that the unit is heating properly as I could see the illumination from the element in the back upper left vent corner inside the unit. Using my vent test kit, I placed the test at the back upper right vent that air is sucked out of the unit. Closed the door and ran the unit on air fluff mode with no heat and the test failed two times. I removed the vent hose from the back of the unit and pressed start again and this time the test passed. I demonstrated the test to the customer and advised to have the vent checked for blockage. No lint observed during service, job completed."

I explained to the customer that the cover & fan assembly would need to be replaced more than likely and the drain tube sealedI went over defrost instructions again with the customer and AI already had then sign the waiver. I checked the wave guide and found it was damaged by the magnetron. "Arrived onsite for the range with the oven getting to hot, the burners are too high and won’t lower, and the light flickers when the door is opened and closed. I found the LF & LR burner infinite switches not cycling. I found the oven light working as designed with the oven cold. I tested the oven temp at 350 degrees and found it cycling between 327 & 382 degrees leaving it with a 354 degree average temp. I tested the oven light again with the oven hot and it worked as designed. The left side cooktop infinite switches need to be replaced. Ordering WP3148952 SWITCH-INF & WP3149400 SWITCH-INF. ordrng 1 WP3148952 (SWITCH-INF) and 1 WP3149400 (SWITCH-INF)"
