Gained access to FC evaporator and inspected terminal connectors. Performed diagnostics mode and tested FC evaporator fan. Ran test 6 defrost cycle. Found heater activating. Measured resistance on defrost thermostat and found at 3.1 K ohms and found within range, was at room temperature. Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke with Justin. Went over prior repair and testing. He stated it would need stealth UI replaced. Spoke with customer on failure. We are going to see if resetting will correct failure before replacing UI. "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator doors popping open when closing. Upon further inspection, I found that when closing the left rc door the right rc door pops open. I advised the customer that when closing the doors, the left door should always be closed before the right due to the left door million causing damage to the right door gasket. I contacted Techline and spoke to Dustin and advised of my findings and Dustin advised that the left door is the heaviest of the two doors and there is no place for air to go and right door pops open; open both at same time close at same time or left door first. Dustin advised no repairs needed to be made and provided file #7726915664. I did find that the unit was not level and was tilted forward. I attempted to level the door, but this caused both door hinges to wedge against the cabinet and the right door would not close at all. I looked at the circuit breaker and it wasn’t showing tripped. I turned the breaker off and back on and had 241VAC. I tested the dryer. The dryer is working as designed.
