"Arrived on site for an electric range model AER6303MMS1 that is not heating in the oven. Inspect unit and work area. The customer advised that they are still under the manufacturer warranty as the unit came with the house, and they just bought it in April of this year. The customer provided documentation that I submitted to claims for authorization. I was advised that the unit would be covered under warranty with the documentation the customer provided. I tested the oven and found the broil element would work, but the bake element would not. I gained access to the terminal block and found proper voltage and polarity. I tested voltage with the unit attempting to bake and found no drops in voltage. I unplugged the machine and found proper resistance on the bake element. I found all connectors plugged in and no damage to any wiring. I tested the unit again on a bake cycle and checked voltage coming out of the control. I found that when the bake relay was supposed to activate, voltage dropped to 0 when it was supposed to be sending voltage. I checked voltage at the element and confirmed no voltage. I checked the broil relay and found that working and sending adequate voltage to the element to heat. I replaced the main control W11747105 and tested the machine again. I found the unit begin to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS315SDHM13 noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit making a vibration noise coming from the FC section. The customer provided a video of the noise where they were standing in the living room across the home and the noise was very loud. I removed the items from the FC section and gained access to the evaporator. I found the cap tube not positioned correctly and adjusted it to where it would not rest on the evap cover. I found the fan motor very loud even with the evap cover removed. I removed and replaced the fan motor and due to the gaskets on each side of the evap cover being badly smashed and not providing any cushion between the cover and evaporator housing, using some gasket from my van stock (W11159728), I applied a strip on each side of the cover and at the top on each side. Then applied a strip across the middle from top corner to the bottom corner to provide a cushion between the evaporator and cover and to reduce vibration from each (photos in SDQUICKPIC). I applied a strip of the gasket across the fan shroud near the mounting pegs and re-installed the evap cover. I tested the unit while empty, with the food inside, and while the customer was moving the unit by opening and closing the unit doors. I was unable to duplicate the noise and the customer tested themselves. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11159728, WP2315549"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW5057LW0 lid lock not engaging. Upon further inspection, I found the tub full of water and the display flashing an error code. I researched the code to find it to be F9E1-drain pump failure. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and it failed. I tilted the unit it back znd found the drain pump harness wires broken. I removed and replaced the lower main harness and when I plugged the unit in, the drain pump came on and the UI began to flash the F3E1-pressure sensor fault error code. I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated the unit it. Tested it in diagnostics and when the unit began to spin, could here a plastic grinding sound coming from the components underneath. I tilted the unit back again and removed the pulley shield to gain access to the splutch assembly. I removed the splutch to find it damaged and replaced it and recalibrated the unit. Arrived onsite for cooktop W5CG3024 multiple issues. Found unit installed over wall oven. Attempted to remove oven for access but oven was stuck. With some force found cooktop moving while oven moved as if there were connected to one another. Model dispatched is incomple. Model serial tag is underneath unit but at the moment cannot be accessed. Unit will need to be made accessible for service and to obtain proper information for ordering parts. I checked the condition of the pressure hose and found no obstructions or damage. The control has a failed pressure sensor, which is causing it to drain continuously. I replaced the control and calibrated and tested the machine. The machine is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11607637"

"Arrived on site to follow up on built in JF42NXFXDE02 that was still not properly cooling. On arrival I found both compartments close to room temp. Compressor was warm at best. I shut the unit down and let pressures equalize. When I first tapped the system I found 0/75, indicating pressure trapped in high side. I let the unit run in home position, which changed pressures to -28/105. Based on these findings and parts replaced, unit is showing signs of oil in the system or a serious restriction. I disconnected the suction line which came out with a cloud of oil smoke and ran 200 psi nitrogen through the drier and had several drops of oil come out. You can hear a noticable gurgling from the unit with nitrogen in it, which is oil trapped in the system. I called tech line and talked to Lakey, SR21936634. Lakey contacted engineering regarding the findings and existing repair, and was informed by engineering to have us replace both evaporators / compressor / and drier. With those items being replaced, it's also recommended to redo the 3 way valve and condenser as well. Once all parts are replaced to run the unit and verify, or call back with additional findings. "Arrived on site to inpsect washer going out of balance and shaking. Upon future inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error code F0E5. I ran a test cycle and found there to be excessive noise during spin. I gained access to the underside of the unit and removed the rotor and found evidence of gearcase oil leakage indicating gearcase damage. The customer showed me the comforter that they washed prior to the problem and found it to be too large for the washer and found that due to the size and weight caused the damage to the gearcase. Arrived on site for an oven GMC305PRS01 not heating. Customer stated he put an old element in it to get thru Thanksgiving but now it's not working. I tested the element and got an open circuit. I replaced the element and tested it. Unit is heating as designed.

Arrived onsite for concerns about unit measured fill feature and other running noises WRSF5536RW00. Walked through measured fill design. Unit is operating properly. Listened to recording of fridge noise and found to be normal running noises. Explained f8ndings. No parts.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer model WED6150PW0 making an unusual noise. Upon further inspection, I was able to identify the noise as the vent hose rattling against the rear of the dryer. I adusted the position of the dryer so that the vibration stopped. I advised the customer of the source of the noise and the hose may need to be changed to a different type or adusted again if the noise returns. I checked the function of the dryer and found it to be operating as designed."

"Arrived onsite for unbalanced loads, nearly every load not spinning out complaint MVW4505MW2. Inspected washer for symtpom with load the customer put in unit. Load was extremely unbalanced and erroring out. Customer load included jammies underwear, sweaters, and full bath towels. Replaced constrol w11740022 to eliminate possible sequencing problem. Manually adjusted load and forced spin, still unable to spin out, removed 3 full size towels and hand loaded each of the other items to optimize, unit is solid to the ground. But the flooring is a decking sloped to the but now the unit was able to spin out. Advised customer that the decking being floating and wobbly and unlevel is contributing to off balance frequency. Advised that loading properly like with like based on the size and the water retention qualities of the fabric as well as not too large or too small of a load are the essential factors for successful spin. Advised that it is good to interrupt an off balance cycle and make the necessary adjustments manually before resuming or starting a drain and spin cycle."
