I found the ice bin full so I dispenser some ice out to allow the ice maker to cycle. Once the ice maker cycled and the water dispensed into the tray, the customer advised that the water dispensing into the tray was the lid noise. I advised the customer that the noise was the water valve and was normal. Also, the customer advised that the refrigerator drawers were difficult to remove. When I attempted to pull a drawer out, it was very difficult. I found that the drawer wasn’t inserted correctly into the shelf. Using some grease approved by the manufacturer, I applied the grease on the rails of the shelf to make it easier for the drawers to glide on the rails. Tested the drawers and they operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED8500DC3 "Arrived on site for washer that would not start. Inspected unit and work area. When plugging in the unit the lights on the user interface with flash intermittently and cut power. The lights would repeatedly come back on and flicker and turn off again. Tested voltage going to the User interface and found 5.16v dc going to the console. Replaced console and found and F6 E3 (ACU cannot year UI), F4 E3 (restricted air flow), F4 E4 (L2 line voltage error), and F4 E2 (heater 2 failure) error codes. Checked heater, fuse, and thermal cut off and found all to be good. I test the unit in diagnostics and the unit ran as designed (spin, heated, and vented air). I did notice their vent hose had been kinked due to where it was placed on the wall. Fixed the vent hose but advised customer that they may have an issue with their vents being clogged up if they get any further error codes about AF or check vent.

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFF707ESS01 Arrived onsite for the refrigerator that has ice build up in the RC and the deli drawer is not closing. I found the RC evaporator completely frozen over. I checked all thermistors and they passed. I ran a forced defrost and the FC heater is working as designed. The 3 way valve appears to be working correctly. Need to replace the UI and the evaporator motor harness and possibly seal the drain tube.

Manually tested agitation and spin and found during agitation the gear case is popping and grinding. Also found a grinding noise while in spin. Found oil leaking from gear case indicating failure. Also found agitator cracked at bolt. Unit will need new control, agitator, gear case, rotor, stator and clutch to repair. ; ordrng 1 W11195970 (cntrl-elec)"

Replaced icemaker to resolve. Upon new install was not able to get the icemaker to cycle properly. Optical eye was reading that ice bucket was in and not full, but not sending voltage to trigger a fill. Replaced emitter and receiver. Unit filed immediately on reinstall. All is now working as designed. Call complete."
