"Arrived on site to diagnose a range that the right half of was not functioning, with door locked. On arrival performed diagnostics and found no power at front display. Tested thermal fuse and showed open. Tested with new fuse but new fuse showed open out of the bag and was defective. Followed limited wire I could see but could not get deep enough to do full circuit tests. To further diagnose we would need 2 man, diag time as well as a right hand side control. Control visually looks browned and damaged when inspected and would need replacement.

Installed new outer door due to damaged hinge and not having the hinges. Cleaned glass and reassembled. Found when installing door back onto the oven that the left hinge receiver soft close is damaged and not allowing hinge lock to fully seat back against liner. Customer also asked about the upper oven light randomly turning on. Checked software version and found version 11.0. Arrived on site to diagnose 2 burners having difficulty lighting or trying to light. Found electrodes were adjusted to the furthest back position and not creating a strong spark. Customer approved. Removed front center burner head and right burner head and adjusted electrodes / cleaned burner head with wire brush. On removal all 4 screw heads did sheer off. Hardware on this unit is rusted in. Advised customer that any other work we do will likely result in drill and extraction time to deal with rusted hardware. Was able to reassemble and unit functions without replacing screws. Customer is ok with that at this time and does not wish to order replacement parts as unit is functioning properly now.

"Arrived onsite for the refrigerator not crushing ice and the customer wants the icemaker replaced. I found the icemaker working as designed and no issues with it. I found the ice in the ice bin completely clumped causing the motor to jamb. I cleaned out the ice bin and let the icemaker harvest. I tested the auger on crushed ice and the unit worked as designed. I found the ice door motor not opening or closing the door. The motor assembly and the door will need to be replaced and possibly the niagra control. I quoted the customer for parts and labor to replace the ice chute door and motor with labor $395.22 + tax or ice chute door, motor, and niagra control + labor $680.05 + tax.
