I tested the drain pump resistance from the control and had 12.3 ohms. I checked the impeller in the pump and it spun freely. I found the the pump driver on the control defective. Found a couple of water drips from hot water hose connection onto valve and tightened connection. Remove control panel and inspected valve and did not find any leaking or water residue. Drained all the water in the tub, standpipe did not overfill. Did not observe any water collecting on the floor or outside of washer. Next used manual cycle to fill hot and cold water at the same time while draining, still did not observe any leaking and standpipe did not overfill. Could not duplicate customers experience during service call, requested the customer leave the washer 2 feet away from the wall for the next several loads to see if this helps in determining where water originates from. No water leaks from connections at time of service, job complete."

COOKTOP JENN-AIR JGC1530BS00 Arrived onsite for cooktop that is burning the bottom of the pans on the center burner and can’t adjust the flame down. Ms stated this description was wrong and the actual complaint is that the burner still yellows on the low setting and in between low to simmer. I found the burner still yellowing when set to low and worse turning it down to simmer until it was all the way on simmer. The burner looks good on high and simmer. I spoke with Ed at techline. Ed advised replacing the complete manifold again because this is a air/fuel mixture issue. After replacing the manifold reinstall the correct orifice and test it. If the unit doesn’t burn correctly at this point install the next size smaller and test it and off this still doesn’t correct the flame install the 88 in the kit and test it.
