I preheated the upper oven and found the lower oven simply getting some residual heat from upper oven. Neither elements came on in lower oven and fan operated as designed. Customer also stated they only used the oven once and a black spot appeared on the bottom. I advised customer it was due to something dropping and hitting the bottom and burning on, for I can see the enamel under it. Customer stated they do not believe anything dropped.
