"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and while testing, I placed my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box and tested amp draw from each mechanical part. All parts are within range of amp draw and the unit operated as designed and did not trip the breaker. I removed the outer door panel to inspect the main control and found it very warm. I verified ohms to the motor and element and checked voltage to the unit and all were good. When I went to verify voltage at the outlet, I found that the outlet itself was very loose. When I plugged the unit back in, the unit came on and then turned off. Checked the breaker (GFCI) and it was good. I unplugged the unit and replaced the main control due to possible damage from it being so hot and plugged then unit back in and it came on and then shut off again. I advised the customer of

"Arrived on site for washer that is not rinsing or spinning well. Inspected unit and work area. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found an F7 E7 (motor unable to reach target RPM) error code. I ran several tests including heavy agitation, slow spin and high spin. Found no issues. Tested voltage to optical sensor and found it within range. I called Techline and spoke to Dave SR# 7727410799. He had me check to make sure the belt was spinning both directions on the heavy agitation which it did and run the high spin speed for 3 minutes to make sure the optical speed sensor was bad causing the unit to shut down. Unit worked as designed. He advised to make no repairs at this time because the unit is working as designed. He advised this issue was probably caused by an overloaded/unbalanced load. He asked that the customer try to limit their load and to make sure they were washing similar like items. Call complete."

Removed and replaced the reservoir and valve and retested and the ice maker fill tube filled the ice tray but still no water dispensing at the door. I removed the water tube from the valve to the top left hinge and it was clear. Contacted Techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of my findings. Bruce had me test voltage at the control for the water dispenser ad there was no voltage. Had me check voltage to the auger motor and there was not 120V. Tested the harness from the door switch to the connection above the light in the RC section and there was no continuity at the black/red wire

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, customer had the unit unplugged due to it not cooling and the “motor” being loud. I plugged the unit in and immediately could hear the compressor trying to start and was making a loud noise. I unplugged the unit and then plugged it back in and could hear the start device click then the compressor trying to ramp up speed but it failed. Spoke with LG tech line and they recommended inspecting hall sensor on the air assembly. Found one lavender wire is cut to the hall sensor and after reconnecting it the washer will now progress on a normal cycle. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly to possibly replace previous diagnosed sealed system components and controls. I found the UI showing PO when I arrived. The customer stated the PO is constantly showing up. I found the RC cooling but the FC wasn’t cooling at all. I ran service test 3 and found the controls resetting as soon as the FC evaporator fan tried to start. I found the fan shorting out and I found the power supply getting hot and smoking. I replaced the power supply control and the FC evaporator fan. I tested the unit. I found the RC only getting to 60 degrees and the temp dropping very slowly. I found the low side line frozen to the compressor. I found the RC coil completely frosted up. I explained to the customer that this was probably caused by the unit doing the power reset and constantly trying to coon the RC. I defrosted the coil and tested the unit. The RC dropped to 46 degrees after 20 minutes and the sealed syst

When I spoke with resident they informed me that the issue they had was a water bottle / glass with liquid has frozen and broken on the top shelf, resulting in a safety issue with Glass. The unit has no temperature control on the UI or in the damper assy. When I tried to install the new UI, found it does not have the right connectors for the unit, as the unit has a 2 pin and 6 pin connection.
