Arrived onsite for dryer not drying correctly. On inspection I tested for air flow was fine. I tested the temperature and it was ranging from 120? to 192?.the unit is operating as designed. I then turn towards the washer and put it in diagnostics cycle and in spin mode was a loud squeaky noise. I informed the customer that the issue was with the washer not extracting enough water out of the clothes for the dryer to be able to dry the clothes in a timely manner.

"WTW5057LW0 Arrived to inspect noise. The customer presented a video showing the unit spinning and a very loud screech could be heard, from the recently replaced gear case. I replaced the gear case, noting no other damage to the unit and recalibrated. The unit operated as expected within service test mode. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not filling with cold water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit will work on warm or hot water settings, but that if they put the wash temperature at cold or cool, the unit doesnt always finish the cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran and operated as designed. Around the unit through a quick wash on top, cold and found the unit fill, agitate, drain, and spin through the first wash cycle, and begin to start the rinse cycle. I did explain to the customer that the only other thing that caused the unit not to finish out, cycles would be an off-balance load, which it may or may not detect. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. Found all components working an operating as designed. Did advise the customer that I do. Everything was working with the washer and that it may be an issue with their loading intermittently. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that panel sometimes shuts off, and doesn't always fully dry clothes. Tested unit and found Ecoboost was enables, which drastically cuts heat to unit. I found an error code for F2E1, stuck key only. No other errors. I replaced the console and assisted the customer in connecting the dryer to the whirlpool app. When running with eco boost off, unit dries properly. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave combo unit error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and found error code F1E5-inverter failure. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the magnetron and inverter board and found the magnetron was bad. I removed and replaced the inverter board and magnetron and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. Reassembled the unit and put it back in its space and retested and it continues to operate as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site for washer not showing full led display. Upon arrival found some led functionality but number display wouldnt light up. Removed dryer from top of machine then replaced ui panel. Tested unit and found no leaks and washer display working as designed.

Arrived onsite and found complaint of unit has an excessive tendency to spin out of balance. Was advised that usually this occurs when washing duvet covers and towels for short term rental. Which happens several times a week. Unit is on pier and beem flooring which is slanted toward the front of the home. Unit is properly leveled to the floor. Tested with duvet and was able to spin within parameters. Advised that a manual adjustment to load balance will often have to made with bedding and towels and this is normal.

Arrived on site to diagnose cooktop not lighting the right rear burner. Tested and found the search for the right rear burner was not making contact. Diassembled unit and replaced switch harness. Retested and verified all working as designed. Repair completed.

"WDF331PAHS1 Arrived to inspect no drying. I entered service test mode and found 7-1 as the only stored error code and I cleared for testing. I found voltage present on the heater circuit and then removed the heater for testing. Showing variable resistance in the 400Kohm range, I replaced the element and tested. The unit resumed full normal operation and heated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not completing cycles. Upon arrival, the customer stated that she has had the same issue since she initially called in several months ago. She advised that the unit has a foul odor inside of the dishwasher that she has been unable to get rid of. She advised that she did not want us to do any service on the machine as the customer said the previous technician had mentioned that he would get the unit replaced for her if the previous fix did not work. She advised that she followed all of his recommendations onto getting rid of the smell, including running a clean dishwasher tablet through the machine. She advised at this point she just wants a replacement due to having four different services within the last two months. I contacted management and was advised to contact tech line. I called whirlpool Tech line and spoke to Butch SR# 7738673219. He advised that there was nothing within the dishwasher that wouldve made off any kind of smells, and that the issue would have to be either a soap issue, an odorous water supply issue, or a drain hose issue where water is back filling inside of the dishwasher when the garbage disposal is full of water. He advised because the customer wasnt willing to allow us access, there would be no ability to tell her which of these were her issue. Advised that in either case, it would be a customer related and not an issue with the actual dishwasher. Advised to make no repairs at this time. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for a DW that is leaking from the frost bottom. Upon arrival I ran the unit in diagnostics found no codes, I continued with the diag cycle found that the unit produced a large amount of suds though I didnt add any detergent to the unit. (See photos). Upon further inspection I found that the unit was leaning forward a bit which and contribute to the leak I adjusted the unit so that the water will water to drain away from the bottom of the door (see photos) i used some oil to cut down the excess suds and continued to monitor for leaks and found none. I the advised the customer on detergent/rinse aid use. Unit is operating as designed"

Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=21 degrees and the tenant advised that ice cream would not stay frozen and the ice would sometimes melt in the bin then freeze again. I gained access to the evaporator and in the meantime found a block of ice on the evap cover. Once I removed the cover, I found a large ball of ice on the cap tube area (photo). I advised the tenant that we would have to perform another sealed system repair and I would notify maintenance of the issue. I spoke with maintenance and they advised they look into swapping the unit out so the tenant will have a fridge. On arrival confirmed temp fluctuation complaint. Unit is set at 39. Checked temp again today and it is at 39 inside RC. Damper and fans are all working and no excess frost in Fc section. Installed templogger. Customer will have bag for temp logger as well. Sensor 1 is on the top shelf and sensor 2 is just above the drawer/baskets. Rescheduled for ; schdld next appmnt for 3/19 TUE !

On arrival verified complaint of gasket not sealing and no ice. Gasket wasnt sealing as the metal plate between the doors was bowed out. Reshaped the metal flat so gasket can seal correctly. Temps in Fc are at 8 degrees but looks to have been in a recent defrost as evap has a full frost pattern and no frost on evap cover. Defrost tray was clear of ice. Dropped temp setting one slot colder for customer. Icemaker is making ice slowly but is functioning and filling correctly. Advised the temp issue could be cause by the gasket as well and that is fixed. Unit is operating correctly at this time job complete. No leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for incorrect oven temps and needing to be calibrated. Upon arrival set unit to 350 and placed thermometer prober into cavity. Watched unit get to temp and cycle element on and off, unit got to 350 with no issue, unit stayed within temperature window while getting and maintaining temperature. Unit got to 360 oven cycled off, oven got down to 320 before glow igneter began glowing. Unit is running as intended. No leaks present at this time. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has gone back to cooling and has been working since they initially called it in. They advised that for some reason, the unit just stopped cooling altogether, and then started working again, but they couldnt find any rhyme or reason for it. I found the freezer at 4?F in the refrigerator at 40?F. I found no evidence of any defrost issue within the unit. Ran through diagnostics and found all tests pass. I did explain to the customer that because the unit is cooling and operating as designed right now, there is no necessarily ability for me to be able to determine what happened. I did explain to the customer to keep an eye on the unit and to take a video of anything that is happening if the unit is not cooling. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not sealing.on inspection found that the fc door was not sealing. Installed a new gasket on the fc and the rc and now they are sealing to the chaise of the unit. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not running. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise that they keep getting this error and that the unit will not start. The customer stated that the unit blinks eight times and then four times. I did confirm an F8 E4 (float switch open) error code. I checked underneath and found the drip pan full of water. After removing the drip pan and drying up the water, found the inlet valve, partially leaking, causing the issue. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. Arrived onsite for unit turning off in the middle of the cycle and glitching. Found unit not starting a cycle due to load and go being empty and needing to be refilled. Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not getting the clothes dry. I found the heater working but there was no air flow. I found a ball of lint in the lint chute restricting the airflow. I cleared the lint and tested the dryer. The dryer is cycling between 127-172 on high heat and has good airflow. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator freezing food in the lower drawers. On inspection the damper is on top in the icemaker but the food next to the damper is not freezing. The rc was 39? at the top the fc was 3?. I gain access to the evap and found an ice ball the size of a softball. I noticed that the compressor never turn off the whole time I was working on the unit, looks like the compressor is low on Freon and not turning off compressor causing cold air to flow out of the rc return ports below the drawers freezing the food. I called talked with Paul I. Gave him all the info and told him that over 30 minutes the only part of the evap that was frosting up was the 2 top loops. He said that the unit is restricted or low on Freon. "Arrived on site for filter falling off when cooking, found left side filter was not locked into place, right side is difficult to lock into place. Removed panel and adjusted for better fit. "Arrived onsite for oven not heating. On inspection checked the power going to the unit and there was 250 vac. I checked the voltage to,the bake and broil relays and there was voltage to them. Installed a new control board in the unit. Now both the bake and broil are heating up. The oven is operating as designed. The unit heated to 350? before I left."
