Arrived onsite for unit locking out. I found when testing the unit that sids would run out of the piping. I advised the customer that the piping is not good and you shouldn't see suds run over the top of the drain. I explained to the customer that the suds can cause a lockout as they can make a bubble in the pressure line and causing a flood state to occur. I tested the unit and all operated as designed. Door lock tests good. Call complete. No parts installed. Updated warranty via POP.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer shutting down during a cycle. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E5-shifter fault. Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit failed to spin properly. I tilted the unit back and removed the rotor to find rust dust on the underside of the rotor. I removed the stator and clutch to find the slider ring broken and the clutch was badly worn. I removed and replaced the clutch and slider and calibrated and the unit is operating as designed. While I had the top panel lifted, I found the suspension rods are badly rusted and making a creaking noise when the unit agitates. Due to the rust issue, I am ordering the suspension rods and scheduled return service for 07/03/25. No water leaks observed during service and customer is able to use the washer until we return. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator drain tube clogged. Upon further inspection, I found the freezer (FC) section packed with food items, and there was no proper airflow. Also found a thick slab of ice at the bottom of the FC section. I removed the items from the FC and removed the ice andngained access to the evaporator by removing the ice maker and evap cover. I found the drain clogged with ice. Using my steamer, I removed the ice and then forced the hot water from the steamer down the drain to clear it. I poured hot water down the drain to verify it was no longer clogged. The unit is operating as designed now. No parts were replaced, and no water leaks were observed during service, job completed. I advised the front office staff of my findings with the FC section being packed."

Arrived onsite for controls locked on Microwave oven combo. I found the unit never set on wifi. I performed a power reset and issue still persists. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to remove and replace the right RC door; however, the door ordered/sent today was the FC door. I re-diagnosed the unit and found the unit not leveled properly, and the unit doors are not closing properly. I placed my flashlight inside the RC section at the bottom of the doors and closed both doors. I opened the FC drawer and checked the gaskets at the bottom of the RC doors/mullion area, and found an air gap (photo). Also, I found the right RC door gasket is torn (photo). I re-leveled the unit, and using my heat gun, I reshaped the bottom tab on the right RC door gasket and tested door operations and the doors are closing as designed, and the gap has been closed. Also found the FC drawer slightly difficult to close even after leveling the unit. Using some grease from my van stock (WP542638), I placed a small amount on the rails of the FC upper basket and on the sides where the basket slides on the FC bin. Tested operations and had the customer test, and the FC drawer opens/closes as designed. I am ordering the right RC door and gasket and office to schedule return service. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not producing much ice, and not dispensing any ice. I tested the dispenser and can hear the motor rotating, but the shaft is not catching. I removed the auger shaft and moved the collar down 1/4' to allow the shaft to make good contact with the ice bucket. This resolved the dispensing issue. Customer said the ice maker is producing far slower than it used to, but it is producing. I checked temps and found ths top of the RC is around 35 or so, and the bottom section near the thermistor is at 50 degrees. I found several items blocking the RC vent, which is limiting airflow to the lower section of the compartment. This does not allow the harvest temp to be satisfied, and delays ice production. I advised the customer to relocate items away from the vent and to make sure nothing is protruding past the shelves to allow airflow to properly circulate. This should resolve ice production as temps should be satisfied and allow for harvesting. Call completed."

The customer advised that he figured out what the banging sound was and had wrapped his drain and waterhouses with cloth. He did still have a question about whether this unit made a sound to let you know the cycle had finished. I did explain to the customer that this machine does not come with a chime at the end of the cycle. I did go ahead and run the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. WTW4957PW0 Arrived on site for a washer making nosies. On arrival I ran diagnostic and found long drain error code i was able to test washer and found other issue's. The belt was lose I replaced that part the splutch was broken and the actuator didn't have correct readings. I took care of the nosies but control board has failed. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that has a special project to replace the control. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they were having issues with the unit continually draining before and after cycles, with loads not completing properly. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F3 E1 (pressure system fault) and F1 E1 (main control failure) error codes. I did find the customer was within the model and serial ranges of the special project guidelines. I checked the pressure hose and found the pressure.Hose was in good condition. I blew through the pressure hose and found no debris inside the tube. I replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W11603810."

The customer advised that he was heating something up in a bowl that was not rated for microwave use and before he could stop it, it stopped heating. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I gained access to the diode and found the diode blown. I replaced the diode and tested the unit. "WED5800BC0 Arrived on site again for same issue power issues. On arrival, I verified the same issue like last time power but no operation. I called Whirlpool tech support Sr#7741854775 . I tested all fuses they passed motor and were good Whirlpool had me test the ventilation with my vent tester . I uploaded a photo of the ventilation being in poor condition. Whirlpool recommends for clients to get a professional to clean the ducts. Product is working as its designed."

Arrived on-site for washer stuck in drain mode. I verified the issue resistance to drin pump is 19.7. No kinks in pressure hose. I replaced the control and calibrated the unit. Ran in factory mode and everything is working as designed. Used w11607637 nobody is available to sign

#7741855809 arrived onsite for ongoing issue with display going blank for 2 minutes after 25 minutes into any cycle. "Arrived on site, a wall oven combo that is flashing an F1 E5 (microwave oven inverter error) error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that neither the oven or the microwave will work because of that error message and it will pop up within ten seconds of use. I ran the internet through diagnostics and confirmed the customer's error message. I checked all connections and found all connections seated. I went ahead and replaced the inverter first per the tech sheet. I tested the unit and found the error message still popping up. I went ahead and replaced the microwave control and magnetron and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W11578579, W11325786, and W11578959."

Arrived onsite for condensation on the vertical and horizontal mullions. For a loud ice cycle and for a loose door handle. Adjusted the mulli9n humidity controls to %100 operating in the diagnostics menu. Tightened the door handle and adjusted the supply valve pressure to improve the ice fill valve chattering noise level. Advised customer on findigns and took pictures of pre existing floor damage. Unit is operating as designed.

Ran an agitation and spin cycle and cannot duplicate a sound. Cannot test valves or drain pump due to no plumbing. Cannot duplicate issue at this time. Job complete"

"Arrived onsite and was advised of long history with intermittent wash start result. Was advised unit had been working since the visit. No error codes. Water pressure and flow is within spec. Arrived on site to diagnose washer with constant noise. Found noise was drain pump caught in drain loop and constantly running. Replaced control to resolve pressure issue. Tested and confirmed all functions working as designed. Parts used - W11608056.

"Arrived on site for washer, knock, advancing, pass sense and washer cycle. On arrival, confirmed issue and upon further testing found f 8e1 in diagnostics and during further testing, I found the coldside valve was failing to let any water in, but on rare occasions would intermittently work.And allow water to enter the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect washer drain pump not turning off. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit was unplugged. Plugged the unit in, and immediately, the drain pump came on. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics, and once I was able to get into diagnostics, I found error code F3E1-water level sensor failure. Per service pointer W11766193, I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics, and the unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site for refrigerator not keeping temperature and moisture building on the back under damper. Customer says it fixed itself then issue came back. Found door mullion got caught and then sometimes didn't. This is cauing moisture and air flow problems. Adjusted hinge over just enough where after several test it is closing properly.
