"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise they are experiencing. It sounded like a loud rattling noise or vibration noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested both fans in the RC & FC and they both operated as designed. I tested the compressor in test mode #4 and the compressor became loud during the testing. I found a service pointer #W10783614 which recommends to replace the compressor. I advised the customer of my findings and what will need to be repaired. "Arrived onsite for the oven that caught on fire after a self clean was started because there was a pan left inside it. Mr stated they don’t use the lower oven very often so they store stuff in it. I checked the lower oven and found where plastic had melted on the racks and cavity. I found smoke stains in the cavity and on the inner door along with a sticky plastic film that wouldn’t be able to be cleaned off. I tested the upper oven to allow the cooling fan to run and as soon as the oven reached about 170 degrees the plastic burning smell started coming from the interior which means the smoke has gotten in the insulation of the cavities. I could replace the lower oven racks, inner door, and door glass and clean the cavity on the lower oven but there’s nothing that can be done about the smell coming from the insulation. The cavities are not replaceable parts. The oven would have to be replaced.

"arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part(s). I removed and replaced the thermal fuse and turned the power back on and the unit powered up. I tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees. The unit never heated. I removed the unit from the wall and tested the TOD and it was open. Using part #WP4449751 from my van stock, I removed and replaced the TOD and retested. The unit began to heat and when it got warm en ugh for the cooling fan to come on, I could hear the fan making a metal on metal rubbing noise and then the fan stopped altogether. I removed ad replaced the cooling fan and retested and the unit operated as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. Job completed."
