Called tech line and spoke with Austin (SR7726554770) made aware of issues and what was found and what was done prior. Was instructed no repairs to be done and to instruct customer on unit loading and product placement. Did as instructed. Customer feels that this in not the issue and that it happened with unit was empty and was asked to call techline again. Did so (Same SR#) and made aware of everything including that customer stated that it did so when empty as well. Was instructed not to make repairs and to instruct customer on loading unit and product placement. Did as instructed. No water leaks present at time of service.

I explained to the customer that I was a little concerned about the compressor because it had been hot but it is working. I vacuumed the condenser coil and found the fan working as designed.

Tested temps and found freezer at -2 degrees and set to 1 degree. Found ice maker housing in door at 0 degrees. Inspected for air leaks and found when removing ice bin that it is frozen to the door. Thawed and removed ice bin. Removed ice maker assembly and found that all connections were frozen in ice as well and had to be thawed to remove assemble. Inspected fill tube and found to be good in door. Unit will need full ice maker assembly to repair. Installed new assembly and tested operation. Unit tests good. Job complete

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking from the ice maker. Upon further inspection, the customer pulled the unit form the wall and showed me where the water was leaking from which was the valve at the wall. I found the water turned off so when I slowly turned the water back on, I found that the valve was leaking and nothing to do with the refrigerator. I advised the customer of my findings (photo) and advised that they would need to have the valve changed out. No water leaks observed during service on the unit, job completed. Water valve was left turned off at the wall."

I removed the unit form the wall and removed the cover to find that the mounting bolt had missed the mount and shorted the power cord at the filter board. I was able to get the black wire removed from the filter board connection and plug the new power cord into the filter board. Also found the fuse blown so I removed and replaced it. Tested the unit while I had it down from the cabinet and it operated as designed. I placed the unit back on the wall at the cabinets and retested and it continued to operate as designed. Job completed. Customer not available to sign receipt.
