"arrived on site to inspect range oven Bake not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the Bake function and the Ignitor never arced. I tested the broil function and the broil burner came on and when the Ignitor arced, the Bake Ignitor arced also. I checked for error codes ad it showed F6E0. Cleared the code and cycled power the unit and retested and got the same results. Contacted Techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of my findings. He advised to test the the regulator and it tested good. I tested voltage to the Bake element at the back spark module and got nothing. Tested the door switch and it was good. Bruce advised to replace the main control due to no voltage getting to the spark module at the back of the unit. When I went to replace the control, No gas leaks detected during service.; ordrng 1 UNKNOWN (SQUARE TORQUE BIT)"

"arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per the previous techs diagnosis and service pointer, I arrived to replace the vent deflectors for both ovens. I found that this unit does not fall under that service pointer and the unit already has deflectors installed. Due to the error code F2E1, I removed and replaced the switch membrane, cleared the code and tested the unit. Unit operated as designed and reached preheat temps of 350 degrees. I advised the customer that when cooking high moisture foods to make sure they are covering them with foil to help prevent any steam/moisture getting into the control panel area. I checked all burners and they operated as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Mr had turned the unit on before I arrived and I found a slab of ice on the 2nd layer of the cutter grid. The cutter was working as designed and the ice fell into the bin. I found the unit running warm due to the condenser coil being over 50% clogged up with dust and dirt. I found the condenser fan working as designed. I cleaned the coil. The unit is working as designed and I suspect it was over heating due to lack of air flow.

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator that completely stopped dispensing water or making ice again. I found the new filter housing that had been replaced a couple of visits ago had failed again. After removing the upper cover I checked the ice maker fill tube and found it frozen. I replaced the housing and ran test 19 to check the fill tube heater and found it working as designed and it cleared the tube. I called techline and spoke with JK file number 7726653279. JK stated that after and icemaker cycle the fill tube heater should run for 80 minutes to prevent freezing. JK also advices running the icemaker fan test and make sure there were no air leaks around the icemaker that could freeze the lines. I tested for air leaks around the icemaker housing with the fan running in test 36 and found no air leaks. I replaced the UI. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with the FC still not defrosting. I found the FC at 30 degrees and the RC at 55 degrees. I found the diffuser opening but had no air flow. I found the evaporator cover covered in frost and the coil completely iced up. I ran service test 6 and found the control saying the bimetal was open. I tested the bimetal at the harness and found it closed. I tested the heater and it showed 31 ohms. I tested the pink and brown wires from the bimetal to the monitor control and they checked good. I called techline and spoke with Leon file number 7726657809. I checked voltage at the monitor board from P2-7 to P2-1 and only had 27VAC. I replaced the monitor board and tested again in service step 6. The UI showed the bimetal closed and the heater came on and was working. I defrosted the coil and went into service step 7 and set the defrost mode to basic per Leon’s instruction. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect washer walking or vibrating. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit is “walking” or vibrating badly. I placed the diagnostics showing error code F0E5-off balance load. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed with no vibration. I tested the unit in a quick wash and again, it operated as designed. I found that the front right leveling leg was not all the way down. I lowered the leg and checked for balance and the unit is balanced. Tested the unit on a drain & spin mode and again, it operated as designed showing no error codes at the end.
