"Arrived onsite for a washer that the clothes are coming out very wet and had to kill the power for the door to unlock. I checked stored error codes and found an F9E1, F5E2, F0E1, F6E1. I ran the test mode and found the drain pump running but not pumping water. The pump needs to be replaced. I replaced the drain pump and tested the unit. All is working as designed. Performed diagnostic and checked interior of FC for leak. Found water trails and spots running by the icemaker area down the dispenser door. Water valve is not seeping, and ice maker had water in it for ice. Either icemaker is cycling early, heater is staying on, or ice is melting due to inadequate FC. Replaced icemaker to resolve issue, including new heater. Advised customer to let unit reach correct cooling temps before turning the IM on. Switched icemaker to off to allow unit to cool. Advised customer to contact us if issue persists once icemaker is enabled again. Found no leaks in door gasket or dispenser door. All is working as designed at this time. Call complete."

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from underneath. Tested temps in the FC=13 degrees & RC=48 degrees. Removed the FC door/drawers and found a sheet of ice on the bottom of the FC section. Removed the ice and Evap cover and found a sheet of ice in the Evap pan. Removed the ice and then inspected the drain tube at the back of the unit. Found the duckbill of the drain tube clogged with debris. Removed the debris and cleaned the duckbill then poured water down the tube and it is clear and flowing. Advised customer of my findings/repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"(DS) Arrived on site for fridge not cooling properly in the freezer again and making noise. Inspected unit and work area. Checked temperature in the freezer, temp showed 0 degrees. Found standing water and some ice build up under the drawers in the freezer. Gained access to the drain tube under the fridge. Found drain tube partially restricted. Removed restriction from the drain tube. Tested the flow of the drain tube, everything flows good with no restriction.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts to resolve RC Evap freezing over. Installed parts for service bulletin w11329116C, new evapmcover and control. Also installed new dispenser valve on inside of RC. Tested unit and everything is working, Fan working. Tested dispenser, and it dispensed 3 times and then stopped dispensing. So new valve is working, but it stopped triggering. Talked to tech line who advised resetting the filter. Reseated filter and retried, and water did start dispensing again. Advised customer that they appear to have high water pressure which can stop the unit from dispensing,and whirlpool does offer a pressure reducing valve,(part w10786952 which can be installed by a plumber with copper PEX lines.

Due to the right RC door gasket failure, I removed and replaced the gasket and using my heat gun, I shaped the gasket to the door/chassis. Advised customer to leave the right rc door closed for at least 8 hours to allow the gasket to mold to the door/chassis. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

A pulled unit out to check for leaks on the sides and also to check the cabinet for holes. Did not see any, and nothing else was wet. All appears to be working as designed. Call complete."
