Upon arrival, the customer was not home and provided access to the garage where the unit had been moved to with no water connections, but access to electricity. I removed and replaced the the drain pump due to the motor not operating. In the process of replacing the pump, I removed the hose from the tub and found a large amount of debris wedged in the tub port going to the drain pump. I removed the debris and reassembled the unit and tested the drain pump and it operated as designed. When the customer arrived, I advised her of the issue and the repairs I had made. No water connected to the unit, job completed."

"arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the unit not heating properly, I removed and replace the main control, UI, and sensor and tested. The unit continues to not heat properly. I contacted Techline and spoke to Robert and advised of my findings. Robert had me test the element at the control and at the back connections and both times got 122V. Tested the broil element the same way and got the same results. Tested voltage at the control and only got 122V. Tested voltage at the outlet and got 245. When I went to plug the unit back in, the outlet arced badly. Robert advised that with the unit having a new control, the issue s going to be with the incoming voltage with at the wall or in the power cord. He provided File #7726668988. I advised the customer of my findings and advised they would need to have a licensed electrician inspect the outlet and power cord. I turned the power off the unit at the breaker for safety. Job

I asked ms if the deli control was on when this happens and she wasn’t sure. I did a power reset on the unit and told me to try it. I gave instructions to check the deli UI if it happened again. I checked the controls and there was nothing obviously wrong. The deli UI was in good shape and no moisture had gotten in the door. I explained to ms that we would have to see the unit when it’s down to be able and identify the problem. I explained to ms that I would explain this to the office just Incase it happens again so we could possibly try and fit her in when it fails. Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect wall oven with no power. Upon further inspection, I find the unit display blank and the power on. I turned the power off at the breaker and checked ohms to the fuse. It showed to be open. I advised the customer that the fuse would need to be replaced and once the unit is powered back up, I would inspect it more. I removed and replaced the fuse and cycled the power to the unit. Verified voltage at the control for the back & broil elements and verified voltage at the thermostat.
