"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that is not fully breaking down soap. Customer complaint was that the dishes are coming out still dirty with some soap on them. Asked customer if they are running hot water first and using high temp options. Customer is not running the hot water or using any high temp options. Advised them that by not doing this the dishwasher is filling with cold water and not hot, and water is not hot enough to break down the soap. Tried to show them the difference by filling with and without the water run. They told me when they tried a rinse cycle only the unit powered off. Tested a full rinse only cycle and everything worked as it should. No repair needs to be made and the customer can resolve this issue by using high temp options and running hot water, since the unit is sucking in all cold water for washes. All is working as designed, and customer has been advised of use and care.

Went into diagnostics and found error codes F6E1(slow / no fill), F6E2(fill valve electrical issue),F8E1(slow drain), F3E3 (OWI failed calibration). When the unit went into the cycle it filled and ran as normal, with no failures during diag cycle. Advised the customers that there is an electrical issue somewhere, either in the wiring or control considering all these error are intermittent.

Arrived on site for refrigerator still freezing and not making ice. Inspected unit and found VERY full (See SD-QuickPic) and blocking air flow performed temperature test and found 39° on top right of unit and found 31° on bottom of RC Ice maker is not making ice and no water at dispenser due to frozen lines. Called tech line and spoke with Austin (SR7726554770) made aware of issues and what was found and what was done prior. Was instructed no repairs to be done and to instruct customer on unit loading and product placement. Did as instructed. Customer feels that this in not the issue and that it happened with unit was empty and was asked to call techline again. Did so (Same SR#) and made aware of everything including that customer stated that it did so when empty as well. Was instructed not to make repairs and to instruct customer on loading unit and product placement. Did as instructed. No water leaks present at time of service.

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator still not cooling properly. I found the FC at 42 degrees. I found the start device failing and the compressor hot. I replaced the start device with one from truck stock and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed and was at 10 degrees in the FC when I was ready to leave. I explained to the customer that I was a little concerned about the compressor because it had been hot but it is working. I vacuumed the condenser coil and found the fan working as designed.
