I tested temps in the FC=3 degrees and 8 degrees in the ice maker housing. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for ice maker error codes in test 56 and found none. I found no water in the tray and tested the fill tube in test 45 and the tray filled with water. I cycled power to the unit to reset the controls and advised the customer to monitor the unit and call our office if it doesn't make ice. The power was not cycled at previous service call. "Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW8127LC3 detergent dispenser not functioning. Upon further inspection, I checked the Load & Go dispenser and it was empty. Checked the softener dispenser and it too was empty. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E5-off balanced load. Cleared the code and continued with testing and when the unit began to spin, I heard a metal on metal scraping noise. I tilted the unit back and inspected the clutch and slider and didnt find any damage. I did find gearcase oil on the underside of the rotor and on the teeth of the slider. I advised the customer of my findings and they advised that they heard the unit making a banging noise. I advised that the banging noise was due to an off balanced load. The customer advised that they were washing a single pillow when it happened. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as detergent and fabric softener use (water softener system). Due to having to add extra cap tubing to the existing cap tube at the previous service call, I believe there is a restriction in the system. Unit was left unplugged for safety and the customer is going to move the unit closer to a door in order to be able to evacuate the unit properly. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher WDT720PADM2 not drying the dishes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit had no rinse aid in the dispenser. The customer advised that they normally use rinse aid. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1-no heat, which tells me that either the code wasn't removed at previous service call or the incoming water temperature is too cold. I cleared the code and continued with testing and using my multimeter, I tested amp draw to the components at the junction box, black wire. I found the unit is operating as designed and the element is showing 7-9amps as designed in both the wash and drying cycles of diagnostics. I advised the customer of my findings and made recommendations for use and care, as well as detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for double oven JJW2830LL01 throwing F9E0 code and breaker had tripped. On arrival breaker was in the tripped position. I reset the breaker and tested unit. Found only F9E0 error present. Once I started a bake cycle on either oven, F9E0 came back immediately. I disassembled the unit, verified voltage and polarity, cleared the error and cut breaker for 5 minutes. I examined the main harness and saw no damage or failures in the harness, no loose connections. I powered on the unit and attempted to run a burnoff to resolve the tripping. Unit stayed on for 3 minutes and tripped the breaker again. I reset the breaker and tried again. Breaker tripped immediately and would not reset. I disconnected the ground and reset. Tried burnoff again. Once unit hit 500 I reconnected the ground. After about 4 minutes the unit shut off and breaker tripped again. Called tech line, SR 22459019. Tech line recommend replacement of both elements, and both controls to combat nuisance tripping. Office to schedule, weight for 2 hours. I secured the extension with a thick zip tie and added silicone around the fill tube. This will resolve the noise. I advised the customer on loading their fridge to keep items away from the RC back wall, since the cold pockets are causing the reservoir to freeze. This should fully resolve all issues present. Arrived on site for an oven WOES3030LS01 tripping the breaker. I removed the ground and heated to 500. It still tripped the breaker so I replaced the control w11649136 and tested it again without tripping the breaker. Advised customer to use the oven at least once a week if possible.

"Arrived on site for washer not staying balanced. On arrival confirmed issue and at first glance I saw the basket appeared to wobble freely indicating the hub was stripped. After removing wash plate i found the hub was missing a screw (i replaced screw on site with WP8533953 from truck stock)and there was an inch long cracking the inner basket from previous repair that caused the entire inner bottom of the tub to fill with water and cause it to get off balance. This then led to the inner basket being hollowed out more as it spun on the gearcase shaft and bent the shaft. Also found this had led to the belt wearing down again and marking up the cam. Im ordering the inner basket and and unit will also need the previously sent parts for repairs. Office to reschedule once availability of parts is known. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator model KRMF706ESS05 ice maker not producing ice. Upon further inspection I checked temperatures and measured 0FC and 37RC and 5 degrees ice box. I found error code E5. I verified that the water line had froze. I gained access to the ice maker and fill tube and found the heater was not making proper contact with the tube. I verified the operating of the heater. I applied aluminum tape to the heater and wrapped it around the fill tube to prevent freezing. I reassembled and powered cycled the fridge to clear the error code. The unit is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to inspect range oven not operating properly. Upon further inspection I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I ran component testing and found all components operating as designed. I ran a test cycle at 350 degrees and found it to be operating as designed and igniting and burning properly. "Arrived on site for dishwasher KDTM405PPS1 with issue of making loud noise. Upon arrival, customer states that the noise happens during PRO WASH. "Service on electric dryer model WED5010LW1. Verified loud screeching noise. Removed lid and front bulkhead; found coin stuck in felt seal and removed it. Noted rear rollers worn and uneven. Used dryer repair kit 4392065 to replace rollers, belt and belt tensioner. Reinstalled front bulkhead. Tested dryer for five minutes with no screeching noise. Cleaned excess lint buildup inside cabinet. Advised customer to have professional clean wall venting due to partial blockage, which could cause longer dry times and component failure. Dryer working as intended."

"Refrigerator WRS315SDHM13. Customer stated that the refrigerator stopped cooling and seemed like it shut off. Customer unplugged the refrigerator and plugged it back in; customer stated that it seemed like it started cooling again, but it's not keeping temperature. Verified temperature in the freezer, and it was about 8?F. Fan was not running at the time. Put unit into diagnostics; component test for evaporator fan came on. Checked thermistor, and thermistor checked open. Removed and replaced thermistor wpw1038483; refrigerator powered up. Fan came on and started cooling. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found both compartments room temp even after completing the sealed system repair recently. I pulled the unit out and attached my guages and monitored pressures. I found my readings indicated a leak in the system or possible oil in the system. I gained access to the RC and FC evaporators and checked for signs of dye indicating a leak and found none. I evacuated the system and using my nitrogen, I installed 250psi and monitored pressures to find that pressures would not hold. Using my liquid leak detector, I installed constant nitrogen and tested the evaporators for leaks and found the RC evaporator leaking at the cap tube. I removed and replaced the RC evaporator and UV dye drier and vacuumed the system for approximately two hours while I went and ran a few more calls. I returned and removed my vacuum and monitored pressures. Pressures held good at -30/0 psi. Installed 5.75oz of R134a refrigerant and tested in diagnostics test 4. In subtest 5, my pressures were at approximately 2/155psi and the unit is properly cooling. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. "ED5FHEXTS01 Arrived on site for a refrigerator tripping the gfci plug. The client stated that one night, the clients kids left the door open all night, and then they found the gfci plug tripped. So they had it replaced, and he said that after a few hours, then gfci flips.I checked polarity it was good I used my extension to plug in another plug it worked fine, and the compressor turned on . I didn't find any issues at all. I recommend the client to use a different plug for the refrigerator to see if it trips. If it does, then he should call back. Product works as it's designed no water line connected."

Arrived on site for an electric range model WFES4530SZ0 that is not responding. The customer was not home and gave me access to the home. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised over the phone that all the buttons work except for the up and down arrows. She stated that they cannot adjust the temperature for the oven or set a timer because of that. I tested the oven and confirmed the customers complaint and found all other keys would activate. I gained access to the control and attempted to reseat the ribbon connector from the user interface onto the control. I still found no difference in the control's ability to accept the up and down key selections. Ordering the control W11788991 and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. No parts were installed. "Arrived on site to test unit WDF332PAMS0 for leak. Upon arrival customer stated whenever a high temp wash cycle is selected, unit will begin leaking water from the door. Entered service mode and ran a test cycle, no leaks observed. Allowed heater to engage and restarted a test cycle, water began splashing out. Suspecting a split spray arm, replaced lower spray arm (WPW10491331). Retested unit, after heater engaged the leak was still present. Split door and monitored tub lip, no leaks observed. Reinstalled outer door and resumed test cycle, unit immediately began leaking again. Determined issue is likely due to door warping causing improper sealing under high temperature conditions. Recommend replacing inner and outer door panels to resolve issue. "Arrived on site for refrigerator WRS325SDHZ12 not making ice. Examined unit and found good temps. Attempted to cycle icemaker, which did not cycle. Replaced icemaker with new W11700250. Verified icemaker cycled on install. No water leaks observed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I began to disassemble the unit to replace the gearcase, cam and belt. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F7E1-basket speed sensor fault, F7E4-basket re-engagement failure, F7E7-motor unable to reach target RPM. I cleared the code and manually tested the slow speed spin and the unit failed to function. It was reported that there is gearcase oil underneath so I tilted the unit back to find grey oil from the capacitor and there was some liquid fabric softener near the back right leg. I found the belt was loose, and once I gained access to the cam assembly, I removed it and found a small amount of gearcase oil on the inner cam and gearcase spindle. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the actuator, capacitor, drain pump, and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and will return with the gearcase, cam and belt. Unit left unplugged for safety.; ordrng 1 W11481722 (Actuator) and 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) and 1 CNOTE (LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST) and 1 W11399437 (Drain pump)"

Arrived on site for refrigerator WRFC2036RZ00 leaking from filter area. On arrival customer advised that the filter was reseated / reinstalled and has been working since. They did mention that the ice stopped several days ago and has not made any since. All switches are good. Tested icemaker and could not get it to cycle. Ordering new icemaker. "Arrived on site to test unit WTW6157PW0 for grinding noise. Upon arrival customer stated unit intermittently produces a grinding noise, occurring approximately once every 10 spin cycles.Verified issue and inspected bottom end components, found scuff marks present on the rotor shield. Removed shield and discovered rotor bolt had backed out, allowing the rotor to loosen and contact surrounding components during spin. Proceeded to replace rotor (W11260238) and secured with a new bolt. Tested unit and ran a spin cycle, all components properly engaging with no abnormal noises present. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Inspected underside components and found gearcase oil present with a failed tub seal causing corrosion to the slider, stator, and clutch. Proceeded to replace gearcase (W11393685), stator (W11195971), clutch (W10754448), slider (W10734521), and rotor (W11260238). Ran a calibration cycle successfully followed by a test cycle with all components properly engaging. Advised customer to run cleaning cycles monthly and keep load sizes below 50% of the basket. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. "Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not starting. Verified customer complaint and attempted to start the unit. Found the start button unresponsive and not allowing the cycle to initiate. Checked user interface and confirmed proper power to the unit. Further testing revealed the main control board was shorted and not sending proper signals to start the dishwasher. Replaced the faulty control board. After replacement, tested all buttons and functions. Ran a full test cycle and confirmed the unit started and operated normally. Arrived on site to diagnose dryer tripping breaker. Test outlet and outlet test good. Checked terminal block and found burned up terminal block. Would need new wire harness and lower cord. Customer declined estimate contacted safety to report findings. # 22371528

Arrived onsite for icemaker not making ice. I found the temp good at 4 degrees and still dropping. Ice maker runs as it is heard turning. No water in ice mold. I replaced the WPW10179146 valve Inlet and performed a power cycle as customer stated the previous tech never did one after replacing the icemaker. Verified icemaker is working as designed and advised customer to let it cool down for a bit as I had the unit unplugged while replacing valve. No leaks. Call complete.
