"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water. Upon further inspection, I found that water was not dispensing and no ice was being made. I removed the filter and found that the filter was preventing water from flowing. The water is now flowing without the filter. The customer will need a new filter. I tested the ice maker fill and found that some water was spilling over the tube. I removed the evaporator cover and found that there was no ice on the evaporator fan. I installed a tube extender that I had in truck stock part W11750811. I retested the fill, and it is now operating as designed. No water leaks were observed during service."

Arrive on site for a washing machine that is not draining and won't start a cycle. Inspected unit and to work area. Upon arrival I found water still on the drum and checked underneath. I couldn't find any visible signs of the wiretharness being split but did find the drain pump showing proper resistance. I checked voltage at the drain pump and found no voltage. I checked voltage from the control and found adequate voltage going to the drain pump indicating an issue with the harness. I replaced the wire harness and tested the unit. "Arrived on site to repair washer with damaged capacitor. Found capacitor was ripped out of the GC, and screw hole was wallowed out. Found a broken wire on the harness as well. Due to this damage I had to replace the gearcase, splutch, capacitor, repair the broken capacitor wire, and also break off the washplate. Reassembled and verified proper operation. Upon plugging in the existing probe, the unit displayed a message instructing to disconnect and unplug, even though the probe was properly inserted. Replaced the faulty probe with a new one. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making excess noise when running. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a few videos of the sound that it was making and it sounded like the evaporator fan hitting ice. I gained access to the evaporator and found evidence of ice buildup around the evaporator fan leaking from the ice maker fill tube. "Arrived on site for dishwasher that is not drying dishes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that ever since they've had this dishwasher, they've had to dry their own dishes after each cycle. He advised that they have had 2 other technicians come out to tell them that they needed to use rinse aid, and that has not corrected the issue. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found all functions of the machine working and operating as designed with the heater coming on at the end of the cycle. I went ahead and called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Rich SR# 7741605731. He advised that bas3d on my checks, there was no issue with the dishwasher. He stated that these models are specifically designed to use less energy and less water. He stated that the energy efficiency standards they needed to hit on these models require the heater to be fluctuating on and off during the dry cycle and they will not dry plastics and require rinse aid to help with drying. He advised that there was nothing that could be done for the dishwasher to enhance the drying experience besides making sure that the 8ncoming water temperature was 120 degrees fahrenheit and the customer using rinse aid. He advised to make no repairs at this time and the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on-site to install ordered parts. Installed rdrum(w10508188) and cycled the unit. Everything is working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found both compartments room temp. Customer advised that the unit stopped cooling after recent bad weather. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the main control and cycled power to the unit for approximately five minutes. Cycled power back on and tested voltage at the control and found the unit getting 120V and providing 120V to the compressor. When the compressor came on, I checked amp draw and found .79amps. I checked the the evaporator and found a frost pattern beginning to form. Waited for approximately 15-20 mins and found the temps in the FC beginning to drop and the unit is blowing cold air. I recommended the customer monitor the unit for at least 48 hours before placing food items inside and recommended placing a bottle of water inside the freezer to see if it freezes. I advised the customer that the compressor might need to be replaced and we will know more in 48 hours. No water connections to the unit and it is currently operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he has several different issues with this unit. He advised that the unit used to be really loud and would go off balance quite frequently. But now the unit does not even start. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E5 (shifter failure), F0 E5 (off balance load), and F7 E9 (locked rotor) error codes. I went to check underneath and found the rotor completely seized on the drive shaft underneath. I also found major evidence of an oil leak from the gear case. I attempted to remove the rotor using a crow bar and anti-rusting agents. I found that the rotor was completely seized on the drive shaft. I want to check to see if the agitator could be removed and found that too was seized on the drive shaft. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was completely shot. The unit would need a complete rebuild before being able to fully test for anything else. Arrived on site for f3 e1 error code. Ran diagnostics checked for error codes f8 e1 water inlet and f8 e2 water inlet. Inspected unit found water valve electrical connection loose reconnected and tested. Unit is now functioning properly and as designed to. No leaks present at this time job completed

"WRX735SDHZ08 Arrived on site for a refrigerator with lighting issues. On arrival I verified issue ,light module in RC has failed . Part wasn't sent out with me also the RC right door gasket was torn and causing condensation on the top middle of the RC doors. I ordered RC gasket and light module returning parts just in case . "Arrived onsite for unit making ice blocks. I found the door not to shut right due to ice cubes ,eating and freezing on the bottom. I found the door gasket on the left side to not seal causing the whole issue. I reseated the gasket and cleared the ice on the bottom. Customer stated it will keep making ice and shoot over the bin. I found because the ice melts the water will travel to the front and form a ice block causing the arm to never lift. Gasket is now sealed and I cleaned the inside out so the door will not hang open again. No leaks. Call complete. No parts installed."

I removed ground wire preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity and amp draw product is working as its designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the ice maker by depressing the test button under the motor housing and the ice maker failed to harvest. I removed and replaced the ice maker and retested and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11284458"

"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Upon arrival customer stated unit will sometimes make ice but it is very rare. Only 1 tray at a time. Ran a harvest cycle, ice in the tray got released, unit harvested properly and filled with ideal amount of water. Noticed actual FC temps was warmer than usual. Found set temperature was too warm for the FC and RC. Suspecting ice maker is not harvesting due to FC being too warm for harvesting. Set temps to ideal and advised customer to monitor ice maker. Ice production should start within the next 24 hours. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit per special project S153EB. Upon arrival customer stated drain pump will constantly run after cycle is completed. Attempted to enter diagnostics, drain pump would immediately engage and all LEDs would flash. Unit has a pressure system fault. M/S fall under rework. Followed TSP (W11766193) and inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11603810) and applied power to the unit, entered diagnostics and started a test cycle. All components are properly engaging. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that won't open the freezer door. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he believes that the ice maker broke because the bail arm for the ice maker is stopping the top freezer drawer from opening. I did find the ice maker stuck in a harvest and the refrigerator flashing an F8 EC (freezer icemaker failure) error code. I went ahead and removed the ice maker for the time being so the customer can open and close the door, but we'll need to order the ice maker for repair. Arrived on site for unit tripping breaker. Checked voltage proper voltage coming in ran unit could not get unit to trip breaker. Unit breaker is a new build gfci breaker. Customer informed me unit not drying long dry cycle. 8nspected unit confirmed unit element was working checked air flow and found bad air flow when unitis ho9ked up to external outside. Removed air duct from unit and tested again found good air flow after removing vent maintenance witnessed. Unit has air flow restriction causing long dry times. Maintenance will have external duct cleaned and looked at job completed. Unit is located in apartment number 1108

Arrived on site for unit freezing up and making noise at evap fan motor. Upon arrival unit was unplugged and fully dethawed. Spoke with maintenance said unit mak8ng suck loud noises he had to unplug the unit cause other tenants could hear it. Tested ice maker and called for water some of the water is splashing out of the full tube and down side wall. Ordering fill tube extension via whirlpool service pointer fix. Plugged unit back in but turned off ice maker and water supply. Office to reschedule ; O-emld tckt

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven with no power. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the junction box and found that the neutral wire was not attached. I reattached the neutral and found that power was restored to the oven. The oven is now operatimg as designed with proper voltage. No parts needed. No one on site to sign."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the dryer and found it not heating. I verified proper incoming voltage at the terminal block. I gained access to the inside of the dryer and found that the thermal fuse had a bad connection due to some oxidation. I cleaned the fuse and tested all other components. All components are testing good and the dryer and found it us now heating properly. I ran an airflow test and found that airflow was restricted. I informed the customer that the vents will need to be checked and cleaned. The dryer is now operating as designed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning properly and leaking water. Upon further inspection, I placed the dishwasher into diagnostics and observed no error codes. As the dishwasher ran, I could not find any functional issue with the dishwasher. The customer advised that leaking is coming from the door. I removed the outer door panel and observed as the dishwasher operated. The water was not overflowing or leaking. It appears that the dishwasher had been producing too many suds when the customer experienced the leaking the excess of suds caused the water level to rise and leak from the door. The customer is using powder dishwasher pods and a water softener. She is reporting that a lot of residue is left on her dishes from the detergent. I advised the customer on proper detergent usage to reduce the chance of too many suds and undisolved detergent. The customer is going to switch to liquid detergent and also going to use less. No parts installed. No water leaks observed at the end of service."

Arrived on site for unit not cooling. Inspected unit found unit cooling inside freezer but not in fridge. Back of fridge cabinet covered in front snow pattern. Removed cover and found evaporator fully frozen over. Removed snow like frosting from evaporator then found what appears as clear ice covering bottom half of evaporator. Ordering parts for defrost issue as I was not sent with any. Advised maintenance Ordering parts and that we will be returning. Told maintenance to unplug unit 24 hrs before returning. Took picture of frozt pattern; ordrng 1 W11666427control (Control) and 1 W11562215 (Heater)
