"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a refrigerator door lights staying on. Inspected unit and work area. A customer showed me some videos of what was happening, but was not clear as to when the issue was really occurring. It seems like when he opened and shut the doors, the lights were coming on and off. he had one video where it showed him opening and closing the door and the light did stay on. I checked all door switches and found all of them seemingly working properly. I replaced one of the door switches and could not replicate the issue. The customer stated that he believe the issue would be with the freezer door and showed me that when he was slightly tugging on it, the light would come on for the freezer door being opened, even though the door had not been opened yet. I inspected the door and did not find any abnormalities with the door itself. Ordering the freezer door switch and ; ordrng 1 W11445850 (Freezer door switch) and 1 WP2177331 (Door bumper)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making abnormally loud noises and is draining out plastic pieces. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a couple white pieces that had come out of the drain pump. I removed the agitator and didnt find any damage done to the agitator, I checked underneath the machine and found white pieces sitting on the bottom of the tub. I removed the basket and found the drain pump filter had not been screwed into the tub and was broken with multiple white pieces sitting at the bottom. After removing the basket, I checked the bottom of the basket and found the basket had been shredded by the drain pump filter. I found no damage done to the tub itself. Ordering the basket, drain pump, filter, tub ring, and filter screw for repair. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. No parts were installed. .; ordrng 1 W10849477 (Tub ring) and 1 W11513244 (Basket) and 1 W11568797 (Drain pump filter) and 1 WP8533928 (Drain filter screw)"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F9E1-long drain, F0E2-too many suds. Cleared the codes and found water in the tub. Removed the top panel and rear panel to gain access to the main control and tested the drain pump at the J11-1 to 2 and found 20ohms and within ohms range. Tilted the unit back and removed the front panel and gained access to the drain pump. I removed the drain filter and found a large amount of debris that appeared to be stuffing from a pillow or blanket. Customer advised they washed a rug and the backing came off of it. I found the debris went up into the drain hose that connects the tub to the drain (photos). Removed the hose and debris and reassembled the unit securing all hoses removed (photos) and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care to the tenant. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

The customer explained that the unit would make a couple clicking noises and then would proceed to wash cycle complete. Around the unit three diagnostics and found an F7 E4 (basket re-engagement failure) error code. I tested the unit and confirm that the clutch was trying to move down the slider but the slider was having a hard time getting into position. I cant access underneath and did find the slider broken causing the issue. I replaced the slider and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W10734521

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave that had made a loud pop last time that it was used. Customer also mentioned that occasionally it would seem a little extra loud when running. Unit has not been used since and was unplugged. I removed the top cover and examined the HV system. I found no char marks, burnt or severed wires, or any source of a pop or electrical failure.i found no abnormal odors either. Cavity also showed no sign of damage. I ran the unit and heated some water. I found the water was heating normally and the unit sounded normal as well. I advised the customer that they should monitor the unit if they use it, but there is no definitive source of any noise or damage. Unit is heating. Relayed diagnosis to landlord. Office to charge card on file for diagnosis since no failure could be verified."

"Arrived one for previously diagnosed parts. On inspection the ui was not responsive to the touch, it was stuck on power failure on the display. Installed a mew controller and the same error message was on the display. Reinstalled the old control board and installed new ui and the display was blank. I installed the new control board in unit and still a blank display. Installed new the old ui with new control board and it was back to power failure on the display. Reordering the ui and the control board and a new latch sense I had to break the latch to get the model # with engineering code. Sitting next ASAP, customer has been with out a washer almost a month. No parts installed during service.; ordrng 1 W11478527 (Ui) and 1 W11426291 (Control board) and 1 W11700916 (Latch)"

Arrived onsite for vent hood making a horrible noise. On inspection the fan sounds like a blade is broken hitting the side of the vent hood. Gain access to the fan and motor dropped it down and turn it on removed from the vent hood. Fan is making no new and there is nothing broken on the fan. Looked up in the vent hood and there was a piece of metal that had been cut but not removed that was hitting the fan. I removed the metal piece and now the fan is working as designed and no parts were installed onto unit.

Arrived onsite for oven with no power to ui. On inspection the ui was dark but the cooktop was igniting. Gain access to the control board and found that there was a burnt spot on the console board. Installed new control board and now the ui is power on and bake and broil are working. On further inspection the bake takes 4 to 8 sparks to ignite if it does ignite. Gain access to the bake element and found the spark is weak. Ordering a new DSI board and bake igniter just in case it is the igniter. W11620680; ordrng 1 W10860916 (DSI module) and 1 WPW10324262 (Bake igniter)

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with Error message F8E4. On inspection found the overflow tray full of water. I took the tray out and dumped the water. I ran the diagnostic cycle twice and no water leaks were detected. I informed the customer the only other time I seen this is when the dishwasher was over loaded and a spray arm gets stuck in 1 position and sprays the door and leaks into the tray. Customer said that it was over loaded on the very first load ever ran in the unit. No parts installed during service and no water leaks detected during service.

Upon arrival, customer states that the temperature does not get hot enough, the unit never reaches preheated temperature and food does not get cooked correctly. Upon arrival, preheated oven to 400. Used thermocouple to monitor temperatures. Unit only preheated to 389 and began heat cycles. Unit began cooling, Temperature got as low as 290, then heated to only 349 and only averaged 319.5. Need to replace control and sensor. Allowed unit to cool and replaced sensor W10859573 and control W11620686. Test unit by preheating again to 400. Unit surpassed 400 as normal and began heat cycling. Got average temperature to 402. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks present at this time. Job complete"

"WRT311FZDZ02 Arrived to inspect temperature issues. I found the RC at 31 and the FC at 1. The customer advised the RC gets too cold and at times, they have noticed when the RC gets too cold, ice cream starts to soften, denoting evaporator freezup. Inspection of the drain tube reveled some debris, but the tube was clear going up to the evaporator. Further inspection revealed the vacuum breaker in the lower back of the RC chamber was incorrectly installed during manufacturing and was deformed. The valve could not close all the way and I was able to video it malfunctioning. I contacted the MFG and advised of my findings, tech Nate, SR# 7739411347. The tech advised to order the air breaker WP2210509 and attempt install. No leaks observed during service. GCO please.; ordrng 1 WP2210509 (RELEASE-VAC) and 1 GCO (GCO)"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator section stopped cooling and leaking water on the refrigerator side. Upon arrival,inspected unit. Found sheet of ice at base of freezer. Removed evaporator cover and found drain pan is iced over. Cleared all ice with steamer. Found debris blocking drain hole. Removed debris and test drain with cup of water. All water now drains correctly. Ran unit to address cooling issues. Rc temperature is 55. Found only top corner of Evaporator is developing frost. Did notice top corner of evaporator seems to bent. Uploaded pictures on SD. Ordering a sealed system repair. Ordering compressor, evaporator, nitrogen,R600 kit, Uv drier and access valve. Office to reschedule. Found .3 ohms in the wiring, indicating good wiring. Tech lines additional recommendation is to zip tie the thermistor to the evap line since it's been replaced along with the control. I secured this and replaced the UI. Customer advised to defrost and follow up if defrost issue returns. Tech line has no other repairs recs, SR7739365968. Repair completed. Parts used - W11518204."

Arrived onsite for oven Tripping breaker. On inspection pulled unit out was going to check the power outlet and found it blocked by the trim work of the MW. Tested the L1 to N was 125 vac L2 was 16 vac. Ground to Neutral was 0 vac L1 to L2 was 253 vac. Then talked with Lou and he have disconnected the ground from chaise and heat oven to 500? then reconnect the ground. Then I retested the voltage. Now I get L1 to N was 125 vac L2 to N was 122 vac. Everything else stayed the same. I reheated the oven to 500?. The oven is operating as designed and no parts were installed.
