Upon further inspection, I turned the oven on at 350 degrees on Bake and immediately when the fan came on it sounded like something was rattling in the fan. "arrived on site to inspect range control display. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when turning on the cooktop burners, the display doesn’t light up showing the burners are on. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F2E1. I cycled the power to the unit and tested the burners and again the display did not light up showing the burners were on. I checked the control ribbon and it appeared good. Customer provided a POP showing the unit in warranty (photo). I removed and replaced the main control/keypad assembly and retested and the unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

Customer told me that there had been several times they had to hold down the star button to get the cycles to start, and at one point unit went into sensing and just shut off. They had to restart it to start it start. Performed diagnostics and tried running unit in several cycles as well as diagnostics. Tried repeatedly and had no issues starting cycles, and found no errors present. Unit appears to be working as designed without any evidence of failure. Advised to just single press button a little hard and leave it, and it shouldn’t need to be held down. No further actions to take. Call complete. Attempted to document with tech line, but tech line is down."
