Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they had the outlet checked and found that the unit cord is bad and have to hold it in a certain position for the unit to operate. I was able to use my tool bag to position the cord to test the unit. While in spin mode, I could hear something knocking inside the unit. I removed the front panel and found that the right two counterweight bolts were not secured/mounted properly. I removed all four bolts and the counterweight and reinstalled it correctly and bolted it down. Retested the unit and it operated as designed. I advised the customer that the power cord needed to be replaced as it’s a safety issue/fire hazard and can short out at any time. Customer advised they would purchase a new cord and install it themselves. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Instructed customer that with liquid soap there is build up when dishes are too clean going into dishwasher and if the water is not hot enough. I continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I tested the valve in manual test mode and found that the cold water valve is not functioning.
