Will call Saftey to document since it was after hours at the time of service."

Found there is no voltage from outlet. Checked breaker and there are no tripped breakers. Found unit is not connected to a dedicated circuit. The outlet for refrigerator is connected to kitchen counter gfci outlet. I reset the gfci outlet and unit powered on. Ran diagnostics to test all components. All components operate correctly without tripping breaker. Allowed unit to operate under normal operation. Unit is operating as designed. It is recommended the Unit has its own dedicated circuit. Per page 9 of installation instructions . Cannot duplicate a breaker tripping issue.

"Arrived on site to test unit JDRP548HL03 for getting warm when not in use. Builder stated unit newly installed and small oven felt noticeably warm when opened after a couple days. Powered unit off and havent checked since. Applied power to the unit and let idle for 20 minutes. Inspected small oven; no heat emitting from elements or lights. Customer was also confused about the ice maker ON/OFF function on the user interface and had been unintentionally turning the ice maker OFF instead of ON. "Arrived on site to diagnose microwave making a squeaking sound when the turntable was rotating.Began by running the unit with a cup of water to safely replicate the issue. As soon as the turntable began to rotate, I could clearly hear the squeaking noise coming from the turntable drive system. Removed the turntable plate and support to inspect the motor shaft and drive components. Found the turntable motor shaft worn and causing friction during rotation. Replaced the turntable motor and motor shaft assembly. Reassembled the unit and retested with a cup of water. The turntable now rotates smoothly with no squeaking or abnormal noises. I removed the ground wire then then preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I took amp draw only oven on it was 14.67 with all burners on high and oven on it was 39.88. I rewired the ground wire back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity, and voltage readings were correct. The product works as it's designed. I recommend the client to contact the gfci breaker company for information on the correct gfci breaker for the range. Checked underneath the machine and found that the drive was fully stripped. Checked the actuator and found the rocker arm moving freely, indicating the shifter was bad. "Arrived on site for refrigerator model WRS315SDHM13 dispensing water and ice with a chemical taste. Inspected unit and work area. Tested water dispenser and found high water pressure; water tasted clean. Tested ice and found no abnormal taste. Customer stated taste was bad initially but improved. Asked if they flushed two gallons through filter before use; they had not. Explained taste likely due to water supply or filtermanufacturer recommends flushing two gallons to clear charcoal particles that can cause abnormal taste. Also noted possible water supply issues from developing neighborhood construction introducing soil or chemicals. Called Whirlpool Techline (Tim, SR# 21819119); advised no machine-side cause for smells, no repair needed. Suggested customer try replacing braided water line with copper if desired, though not machine-related and at their cost. Call complete. No parts were installed. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE."

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator WRS325SDHZ12 that was getting ice stuck between the door and chute. Customer had a cube stuck on arrival, and I was able to see where it wedged. After clearing that cube, I was able to recreate cubes getting stuck several times. I called tech line for recommendations since this issue has been ongoing SR21810012. Tech line had me check the level of the unit, which was actually leaning towards the FRONT. This was causing the ice produced and dispensed to bunch together in the front of the bin, and when dispensing it was causing cubes to dispense faster than intended. I leveled the unit to raise the front end and tilt towards the rear, and retested. This keeps the cubes building towards the rear, with the dispenser auger being designed to pull cubes to dispense. After 10 attempts I had 1 instance where a cube got stuck, which was after hitting the dispenser paddle and letting off very quickly. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator KRMF706ESS01 with left door closing issues, and right door gasket. Replaced right door gasket with new W10746057. For the left door I found the alignment between the hinge, closer, and bushing to be off. I replaced the Bushing W11223833, Closer W11163783, W10708583 Stop. I was able to get them all into alignment, but the door is still partially stiff. This is likely due to defective closer being unloaded/off. Reordering closer / bushing / hinge. Customer also has light(s) out in freezer and RC. Ordering LED lights as well. Returning Tech to properly clock and load the closer (seat bushing on hinge, and take closer and seat on top of the bushing. Rotate 90 degrees to load spring, then remove and install closer in door / finish reinstall). "Arrived on site to diagnose range AER6303MMS0 that is not allowing the front left switch to turn. Tested unit and confirmed you can not move the switch. I removed the switch to replace it, and noticed the unit was assembled with the wrong screws in the switch, and has regular screws instead of the short switch screws. I replaced the switch with a new WP3148953, and I'm ordering the correct screws. Customer requests first call of day for return visit. "Arrived on site to diagnose WTW4855HW3 washer that was banging, and also leaked water on last cycle. Customer showed me they had been washing 3 blankets when issue happened. 2/3 blankets were still in the washer. I examined the unit and advised the customer that with this many blankets, the unit could not balance and would bang. Customer mentioned one catching between the tub and basket, which is an indicator that the unit had items up to the top, which was also slinging water when spinning. I ran the unit with the lid up with 1 blanket to demonstrate proper loading and function, and advised against overloading. Unit itself is working as designed, and all mechanical checks passed. Call completed, no water leaks observed."

Arrived on site for a dryer MED6630HC with a broken lint trap. I found the customer had removed the trap and the screws weren't lining up. I seated the trap and now the screws are lined up. Unit is operating as designed now.

Arrived on site for an oven KOEC530PSS02 with no power. I found the breaker was tripped. There wasn't any errors in diagnostics. I disconnected the ground and heated to 500 degrees. Reconnected the ground heated to 350 without tripping the breaker. Unit is operating as designed.

Arrived on site for a washer MHW5630HW3 leaking. I found the bellow was damaged and causing the leak. I replaced the bellow w11314648 and tested in service mode. No leaks detected while on site

"Electric dryer model WED5100HW2. Verified model. Thumping noise from rear top and front bulkhead. Drum rollers worn and belt frayed, about to break. Removed and replaced rollers , idler pulley, belt with repair kit 4392067. Tested dryer. Dryer functions normally with no abnormal noises."

Removed and replaced right side refrigerator door w11758577 on WRFF3536SZ00. Tested door; opens and closes fine. Customer approves. Refrigerator door is working as intended. No leaks detected in time of service.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I installed two screws, two studs, and the handle to the unit door. The customer advised that the unit is not heating. I opened the unit door and found the rinse aid dispenser empty. I placed the unit in diagnostics, showing no error codes and tested. While testing and having the outer door panel removed, I tested voltage to the element at the control and found 121V. I retested and gained access to the junction box where i tested amp draw to the components and found the element getting 7-9amps as designed. I retested one more time and when I opened the unit door, steam came out of the unit. I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed and explained my testings and findings. Also found out the customer has a water softener system, so I explained how the softener can effect the operations of the unit and made recommendations for use and care, as well as detergent and rinse aid use. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher KDTM405PPS1 upper rack wheels not functioning properly. Upon further inspection, I found the upper rack right front wheel was not seated properly in the track. I pulled the rack out and opened the right rack stop and corrected the issue by placing the rack wheel in the track and closing the stop. Tested the rack operations, and it is operating as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics, showing no error codes and tested. The unit is operating as designed, and no water leaks were observed during service, job completed."
