I did a power reset and had the same results. I found the condenser motor, compressor, and fans trying to start but not starting. I disconnected the harness at the rear of the unit to the fan and dampener and the unit came on and started working properly. I connected the molex connector back after everything else started and the fans and dampener started working. I explained to the customer the fan and dampener need to be replaced.

Removed water tower and spray arms and found calcium corrosion and pieces of paper blocking water. Removed obstructions and tested unit again. Unit still was having a hard time spraying water. Remove the motor and heard rattling inside the motor took off the filter head and found broken glass, paper, and calcium deposits blocking water access to motor. Removed obstructions and cleaned out motor and tested unit. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

I was able to get the unit into diagnostics but wasn’t able to advance due to the start button and the cancel button did not respond. I found good voltage to the unit. Checked the ribbon lugged the ribbon and plugged it back in ad the unit continued to fail. Cycled the power and retested and the unit continued to fail. I gained access to the hv control and replaced new. Powered the unit back on. The on and off cycle slowed down and would happen every time the compressor start device was engaged. I powered the unit of and replaced the start device. Powered the unit back on, and it went through start up just fine, compressor and evaporator fan came on with no issues. I tested if the unit would dispense water and ice, bot are working. Tested UI operation, all tested good. I tested the freezer temp to make sure unit is cooling. Tempera is dropping. Unit is operating as designed no water leaks detected."
