"Arrived onsite for the refrigerator freezing product in the RC, the fan constantly running, and the lights not turning off in the RC. Mr stated the ice and water dispensers are not working either. I checked the door switch circuit for the RC at the main control and found the door switches not working correctly. This was also causing the dispensers and the fans to not function correctly. Mr had replaced the right side reed switch. I tested the circuits at the door switches using a magnet and the switches worked as designed. I remounted the left side hinge cover correctly and the lights worked properly. I did a power reset on the controls and tested the unit. The fans, lights, and dispenser functions were all working as designed.

"Arrived on site for oven combo unit getting error code F6-E0. Performed diagnostics mode and confirmed error. Found error code F6-E0 lost communication and F4-E1 cavity sensor error. Found when opening microwave door unit would start humming. Pulled unit and gained access to microwave control and found when opening door found microwave control send 120 volts to transformer. Called tech support and spoke with Steve (SR#7726225554). Will need to replace microwave control. Will need 2nd man, due to height of insulation and unit is setting on leveling boards. "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, customer advised that they left the FC door open and it frosted up inside the FC section causing the RC to not cool. Customer advised that they turned the unit off to allow the unit to defrost and reset and when I arrived, the unit was turned off and all items removed. Customer advised that they attempted to cancel the call before I arrived. Customer turned the power back on to the unit and it began to cool as designed. I advised the customer that should another issue come up to call it in and we would come back. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found ice production is good but cubes are small and are all fused together. Took one picture. Spoke with tech line and they said this is usually due to low water pressure. Found water from the dispenser pressure is also low. Water from source and leaving valve on the rear of the fridge has good pressure. Customer is not using filters due to an RO system. "Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that was not drying efficiently. Examined dishes and found most to be relatively dry, with condensation noted on the roof of the tub, and also around the vent. Called tech like and spoke to David SR7726212874. With no error codes present and Heater working fine, there is no further action to be taken. Checked water at the tap and it did not feel very hot, warm at best. Advised customer to wipe the walls down with rinse aid on a paper towel, and to increase the houses hot water temp. Per tech line the unit is working as designed."

Arrived on site and tested unit for leaks. I found reservoir has not been filled and water had not yet made it to the dispenser. I found water residue on dispenser paddle coming from ice chute. Cycled ice maker and found no water leaks from ice maker. Tested temps and found freezer at 1 degree and fresh food at 37. Unit tests good and no water leaks observed during testing. Unit is new construction and it’s possible that the unit was turned off and the ice produced had melted. Job complete
