"Arrived on site for washing machine not starting a cycle. I inspected the unit and work area. Tried to run unit through a diagnostic cycle, unit locked and would not unlock. I gained access to the door latch and manually unlocked it. I tested the coils on the door latch and was getting 162 ohms on DL 1 to 2 and dl3 2 to 3, he door latch is working properly. I tested the CCU to the door latch and was showing voltage when it would tell it to lock and no voltage when it told its to unlock. To complete the repair I will have to replace the CCU Board W10422889. Job complete."

Power cycled unit and turned it on. When turning it back off to get into diagnostics unit just flashed the power button and acted like it was trying to train for a minute and kicked off. Could not get the unit to turn off until power cycling it again. Placed in service diagnostics and found an F7 E0 (Loss of power), F9 E1 (drain pump system problem), F8 E6 (water hazard), and F9 E2 (water ring detectedpump drive system problem) error codes. Tested drain pump for resistance and found it open and hot. Replaced drain pump and tested unit. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit not making ice. Found some ice, but bin was only 1/3 full. Found compressor extremely hot and seemed to be working really hard to cool the unit to proper temperature. The unit was packed full in both compartments, and the drip pan was almost overflowing. I changed the defrost setting to basic in diagnostic mode and asked customer to monitor for a week and may have to defrost entire unit. Freezer was at 1 degrees, ice maker section was at 21, ice fan and ice maker tested good, there might be some blockage in air duct from freezer to ice maker and customer may need to defrost for 36 hours."

I found the motor trying to turn both directions and switching back old forth before it would finally turn in the correct direction. I removed the outer door panel to inspect the console and main PCB and found water inside the console on the console controls and the main control. Called Techline ED, advised to check the heater relay for continuity, there was no continuity. Checked for heater shorted to ground from the realy, heater is not shorted. Checked for stuck centrifical switch from the terminal block to the relay for open switch, switch is closed no continuity. Inspected terminal block and wires there is no burn marks and discolorization. Sr#7727670442. Checked the thermostats, thermal fuse, thermistor and heating element, all are good. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven not igniting. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit will ignite and light and the only way they can get it to relight is to open the oven door. I tested the oven on Bake at 350 degrees and it ignited and once it reached preheat, I opened the door and allowed it to cool and after closing the door, the unit re-lit. Due to the main control, spark module ad Ignitor being replaced recently, I contacted Techline and spoke to Scott and advised him of the history on this unit. Scott ad me test voltage at the wall outlet and it showed 124V. Scott recommended to replace the burner assembly and provided file #7727667233. I am ordering the burner assembly and will return with all prescreened parts. No gas leaks detected during service.; ordrng 1 WP9758078 (burnr-oven)"

"Arrived on site for washer that is not filling properly. Inspected unit and work area. Placed in service diagnostics and found an F0E3 (overload), F8 E1 (long/no fill), and F3 E2 (inlet water temperature fault) error codes. Ran unit through a manual fell on the hot and cold valves and did not get any water coming into the unit. Tested valves and found solenoid open. Replaced valves and tested unit. Unit is working as designed. Customer has an issue with their drain hose not having air flow into it. It is a sealed drain. Advised them to fix this issue to avoid further problems with the unit. "Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed parts. Installed new water level switch, water level tube and timer control. Tested the unit and still would not advance to the next cycle. Checked the wiring harness for any broken wires or connectors, all tested door. Rerouted the water level tube and still wouldn’t advance. Pulled the basket and inspected the tub, found debris in the tube, cleaned out the debris and tested the unit. Still would not stop filling and advance to the next ste. Used my shop vacuum to pull a vacuum on the after level tube, after came up the tube with no problem. Used the vacuum to blow through the tube, and could hear the water gargling in the tub. Tried to replicate the sound through the latch test and the customer said it might have been that sound. He said it seems to happen a lot during that spin. He asked if we could replace that because he thought that’s what it was and he was able to lift the lid several times during that spin when it happened. Replaced latch and tested unit.
