Turned the water on and tested the ic emailer and it operated as designed and filled as well. I attempted to contact the customer and left a vm for them to call the office if they had any questions. WASHER MAYTAG MVWX655DW0 Arrived on site for washer not starting.upon arrival I entered diagnostics and found an f5e1 error code indicating a lid lock failure. After checking the wire connections between the little lock and the main control I found that the harness was burned around the edges on and not allowing proper connection between the main control and the lid lock I ended up replacing both a little lock and main control board and re-calibrate of the unit and found that everything is now functioning as designed no leaks before during or after repair call complete

Adjusted the feet to get the unit level. Customer advised the issue is intermittent and doesnt happen most loads but since they were under warranty, they wanted to get it checked. Ran unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E2 (overdubs condition) error code. Ran unit through an auto test and unit ran as designed. Ran unit through a high speed spin and unit ran as designed. I called Techline and spoke to Brian SR# 7729178648. He advised that with my findings, he was inclined to say that the flooring issue and suds issues were causing the intermittent issue. He said that with the house having foundational issues, the floor might not be able to handle the vibration of the unit while it goes into a spin, especially with larger loads. DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL KDFM404KPS0 Arrived onsite for dishwasher with upper rack that wont seat into place causing the door not to shut. Upon inspection I found the roof of the tub sinking down causing the spray arm to hit or get stuck against that upper rack. I was able to push the roof up into correct position and I installed the upper rack. I tested the unit through diagnostics and heard the drain sounded very loud and scratchy like something stuck in the impeller. I removed the drain pump and vacuumed out the cavity. I removed a piece of plastic from inside the drain. I retested the unit and it is now working as designed. No leaks were detected during time of service.

Upon arrival I could not find any error codes or indications that there are any hardware or software failure so I disassembled the unit and immediately found the belt was shredded and broken then verified and checked the idler pulley to make sure it was still intact and it was then I verified that the four roller wheels were also functioning as designed. Also check continuity and on test on the IV thermostat and fuses as well as heating element and also verify the proper 240 Voltage From the power outlet to the dryer. After installing needed part I was able to reassemble and test dryer.unit now functions as designed call complete.

Put unit in diagnostics and found stored error code F0E5/F0E2 for off balance load and over suds. Ran auto test and unit passed all cycles. Customer instructed not to over load washer and also be sure to select correct cycle type (bulky...) the washer tub should not exceed mid way. Also, be sure not to exceed recommended high efficiency detergent. Customer is using High efficiency pods and should not exceed one pod per cycle. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WET4027HW0 "Arrived on site to inspect washer not working and lid locked. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the wiring at the outlet was corrected and when they went to test the washer, sparks came out from the unit and it shut off and the lid locked again. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics to get the lid unlocked and it failed. Following the tech sheet, I tested voltage and it showed 125V. I tested the control and found it not providing the correct voltage. I removed and replaced the control and tested. When I went to manually test the drain pump to get the water out of the unit, the control popped again in the same place; a solenoid located in between the J6 and K4. I contacted techline and explained my findings and they recommended testing the drain pump. When I tested it, I found only .1ohms. I vacuumed the water and inspected the drain pump. the drain pump had a piece of something lodged in the impeller causing the unit to not drain and to show the error. I cleared out the drain pump and reinstalled. I tested the unit and it is working as designed at this time. No leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Replaced the heating element and still not working. no heat or steam at end heating element was corroded and split - dishwasher runs and works just no heat or steam and not drying. Ran diagnostics and no error codes came on. Customer replaced heating element and when old heating element went bad it may have caused the control to lock out the heating function. When this happens a full diagnostics must be ran for the function to unlock and operate as designed. Also explained to customer that using a rinse aid in their dishwasher and choosing normal, high temp, and heated dry will get the best drying performance out of the dishwasher.
