Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator making a constant and loud clicking sound. Examined unit and found the warning label on the power cord was clicking the back of the unit due to the airflow from gje condenser fan. I taped down the label and verified noise was gone. Repair completed.

There was no valve actuation on either the hot or cold and I could not feel or hear the solenoids humming, as expected. The circuit, tested from the control side showed open to the valves. I inspected the harness and found the final connector (not depicted within the diagram) unplugged and after reseating it, the issue was resolved. I calibrated and tested the unit, operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site. Found ui unresponsive and constantly beeping,attempted to reset ui unresponsive power cycled unit same issue held reset buttons down multiple times unit finally cleared ui responsive.

"Arrived onsite for an ice machine making a screeching noise when making ice. On arrival I found ice pushing the door open and the bin overfilled. The machine was making the noise on arrival the customer was hearing. I found the reservoir out of water and the pump still running. I found the bin thermistor out of range causing the bin overfill and I replaced the WLS for the unit not going into harvest. I tested the machine and the reservoir is overfilling and the WLS is not recognizing its full but the unit did go into harvest when the water got to the correct level in the reservoir. I found the ice jagged on the right side and catching on the grid when sliding off because the distributor tube isnt passing water correctly. I also found the pump harness corroded. The control, distributor tube, pump harness, and bin thermistor need to be replaced. Ordering WPW10485955 pump harness, W11034363 control, WPW10511923 bin thermistor, and parts authorization. "Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Customerd did not have refrigerator defrosted at arrival. Replaced compressor and drier. I charged the system with nitrogen and inspected for leaks and found no leaks on the evaporator. Vacuumed the system for about 20 min and monitored my gauges and so no loss of vacuum. I charged the unit up with 56g R600. I asked the customer to fully defrost the unit for about 24hrs to allow all the ice to melt. Then allow 24 hrs to cool after powering back up. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has lights out in the refrigerator and freezer sections, has a hole in the ice container, and its making a popping sound when the right hand refrigerator door opens all the way. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm all three customer complaints and replaced the freezer module. Found the lights in the freezer and refrigerator section began to illuminate and operate as designed. Replaced the ice container due to the broken container. Also checked the right hand door to see what was going on underneath at the bottom side of the hinge. Found at the bottom side of the hinge was rotating at the last half inch of the door opening. Removed the right hand door and checked the hinge. Found that the not fully screwed into the hinge. Tightened the door cam and reassembled the unit. Swung the door open multiple times without the unit dropping in popping. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested each component. I found the valve not dispensing water into the reservoir. I poured some water into the reservoir to test the pumps, evaporator/compressor and grid cutter and all are operating as designed. I removed and replaced the valve and retested and very little water dispensed from the valve. I pulled the unit out to inspect the water line and I closed the inlet valve and removed the water hose from the water line to the unit. I turned the valve on and found very little water coming from the valve at the wall.

Arrived on site for washer tripping breaker. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found breaker tripped. Reset power and found no errors in diagnostics. Found Drain motor: 1.05amps when on and at 20.1ohms. Motor at 5.0ohms and no wiring damage or mis wiring. Ran quick wash cycle and videos washer tripping breaker during drain/spin with only 5.4amps. Ran it through diagnostics and found an F5 E1 (lid switch fault) error code. Test of the unit several times locking the lead in town the unit locking and unlocking lid intermittently. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that was popping the breaker periodically. Customer advised that unit was not fully compatible with new style breakers (GFCI). I ran an Amp draw on the unit after confirming proper wiring hookups. Breaker is 30a. I monitored Amp draw under load, and with a towel load. I found the unit did not draw over 27a max when it was fully loaded and hot, indicating the tripping breaker is likely due to known incompatibility with GFCI breakers. Unit working as designed.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that most loads seem to go off balance no matter what she does whether it is a light or a heavy duty load. Ran the unit through diagnostics and could not get the unit to spin abnormally. Tested the shocks and found the shocks a little bit loose. Checked in on Ethan and did find the shocks a little worn. Arrived on site to follow up on washer gearcase repair. I was able to separate the washplate from the gearcase shaft using a hammer and punch. Arrived onsite for a dryer that is making a rattling noise. Upon inspection I found that the noise was coming from a foreign object that was stuck in the blower wheel housing I removed the object and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed.

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the LEDs not working. On arrival I found all the LED lights working as designed. The customer stated when he called in he told the call taker the lights on the deli UI were not working and the unit trips the breaker at least once a day. I found the orange wire in the deli harness broken. I found digits missing on the main UI and when selections were made the breaker would trip. The customer also stated the upper pan in the freezer keeps popping off because the bracket comes off the left side. I found the bin door and sides broken and the bin not fitting in the slides correctly. Ordering parts authorization, W11131390 Bracket LH, W11161915 Bracket RH, W11387053 Freezer bin, W11170612 wire harness, W11330971 UI control. "Arrived onsite for a rang with a front left burner that takes too long to ignite and at times would not, upon inspection I found the to be true I adjusted the burner and the cap and found no change I am ordering the burner head and cap. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 WPW10515455 (BURNR-HEAD) and 1 WPW10183368 (CAP-BURNER)"

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the turntable motor. Tested the unit for 2 minutes and test the heat of the water at the end of the w minutes. It was 196? the unit is operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for IM not working. On inspection found that the IM is working but was not dispensing ice. On further inspection found that the ice was clumped together and not allowing the cubes to come out. I broke the ice up and now the cubes are being dispense out of the dispenser. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator freezing and clumping ice in ice bin and not allowing it to dispense. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found ice door seperator WPW10353552 leaking air into ice bin as well as WPW10351019 extension, WPW10378254 bail arm missing from unit and causing it to over fill. Replaced WPW10353552 seperator and found leak gone and will need office to reschedule once availability of parts is known.; ordrng 1 WPW10351019 (Bail arm extension) and 1 WPW10378254 (Bail arm)"

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the mounting brackets on the dishwasher due to it being unsafe not to have the unit mount to the cabinets. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for cooling issue in fresh food section. No ice build up on evaporator cover fan running diagnosed a defective control,replaced control powered unit on compressor and fans powered on checked air flow good. used 1 WPW10503278 (Control) from stock"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher spray arms not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F4E3, F7E1 & F8E2. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. Once the unit dispensed water into the tub, the sump/motor assembly failed to come on (F4E3). I advanced through testing and the dispenser and element operated as designed and the drain pump struggled to pump the water out (F8E2). I advised the tenant of my findings.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for dryer, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was unit not heating. Found the vent not flowing properly. I also found the cutoff thermostat open. Replaced the part needed and tested unit is now heating as designed. I explained to customer they need to get someone out to clean the vent. I advised the customer not to use the dryer. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, turned the unit and tested in diagnostics and found all components operating as designed except for the heat valve not staying on long enough. Ran the unit through a normal cycle and tested voltage to the heat valve solenoid and got 122V, but it s not staying on long enough to make the slab of ice sweat and slide off the evaporator and the recirculating pump will come on and the water flow pushes the slab off the evaporator onto the grid cutter. I am ordering the solenoid, gas valve, main control, pump harness, compressor, non-UV drier, access valve, evaporator, and CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB and office to schedule return service. Arrived on site for no ice. Removed bucket found crimped water line repaired line ran icemaker test passed harvest icemaker filled with water

Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Struggled with ice bin for about a hour and unable to remove without causing damage. Customer stated she would contact JennAir as its been an ongoing issue with ice bin and ice maker.

"ART308FFDM10 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the harness disconnected at the mid point and corrected. During testing, I found the water supply line at the back of the ice maker inlet was spraying. I removed a damaged section of line and reinstalled into the dispenser assembly. I tested and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed after repair completed."
