When moving the plug in the wall you can hear solenoids clicking, but power doesn’t stay. I’m able to wiggle the plug to get it to go into diag mode, but if you wiggle after power cuts. Called talk line and talked to Butch, SR7727063187. Tested unit with extension cord to another outlet and did not have any power issues and wiggling plug doesn’t cut power. Customer informed the issue is with the outlet for the unit, and they should have it resolved by an electrician. No repair needed at this time, instruct only. T

Upon further inspection, I found the temp settings for the freezer on the coldest setting and the fresh foods section on the recommended tested the ice maker in diagnostics and it is functioning and I tested the fill tube and no water came out of it. I found that the fill tube is frozen. I was able to get the fill tube cleared and rested the fill tube and it dispensed water into the IM tray. I recommended to the customer to keep the freezer setting on the factory setting of 3 and if it freezes again to turn it down to 2. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I found the retainer was broken and the broken piece was stuck the spray arm. I installed a new spray arm and retainer. Also found the lower spray arm not attached. I reattached it and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. When opening the door, I could hear a popping noise. I removed the outer door panel and found the vapor barrier was rubbing the lip of the reservoir. I adjusted the barrier and tested and the popping stopped. I advised the customer of my repairs. "Arrived onsite to diagnose a washer that was giving customer an OFB error. Performed diagnostic and found error codes F0E5 off balance load, F8E6 water hazard, F0E3 overload. Ran diagnostic / calibration and could see basket banging around inside tub, more then usual. Reached in and was able to move basket around on the shaft under the nut. Attempted to remove nut to check for damage, but shaft just spins. Unit likely has a bad gearcase shaft and basket / spaner nut can’t be removed. Will need to do a full tub job and remove assembly as one. Ordering W10811957 basket, w10909670 spaner nut, w11032711 washer, w11089264 filter, w11219115 tub, w11393685 gearcase, wp90767 filter screw, 2MAN. "arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the nit is not heating properly and food is not cooling all the way through. Using my multimeter, I placed the thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp reading was 410. The next five readings were 32s, 390, 337, 380, 340 for an average temps of 353.8 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings an recommended that they wait an additional 15-20 mins after preheat to place the food in the unit to give it enough time to heat the entire cavity and heat the food more evenly. No repairs needed at this time. Job completed."
