Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Found defrost heater ohms out properly and there are no other mechanical failures. Defrost issue was caused by control board misregistering defrost sensor. Replaced control board and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time.

Tested voltage coming from the outlet and found 123 V coming to the unit. Took console off and tested voltage going into the control. Found 123.7v going to the control but no lights on the control. Replaced control and ran unit through a calibration cycle. I then tested the unit and unit worked as designed.

"arrived on site to insect oven/microwave combo fan noise. Upon further inspection, I turned the oven on at 350 degrees on Bake and immediately when the fan came on it sounded like something was rattling in the fan. I pulled the unit from the wall and turned it on again and no noise. I found that the metal power cord was vibrating in between the cabinet and the back panel of the unit. When I placed the unit back in its space, I pulled the power cord to the right of the unit and retested. The unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. "arrived on site to inspect dryer making noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making a rattling noise like before. I turned the unit on and the unit did not make any unusual noises. Customer said it starts when the unit gets hot. I disassembled the unit and found the blower wheel broken and the exhaust pipe and blower housing were loose.
