I ran the unit through an auto test and high speed spin. Unit worked as designed. Advised customer to make sure she washed “like clothes” with each other like towels with towels or jeans and cottons with cottons. I also instructed her that if the issue came about again when she did have like clothes together, to stop the machine and check for any areas where clothes may be clumping on one side to cause this issue and redistribute the c,others evenly for proper spin. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW4955HW1 "Arrived on site for washer that one advanced to a wash cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (stuck key) and F8 E1 (no/long fill) error codes. I tested the unit in a manual fill test and cold water valve would not dry and water. Replaced valve and tested unit. Unit still would not fill. I called tech line and spoke to Bruce SR # 7727489174. He asked me to check voltage going to the valve as it was calling for water. Found voltage was within range. Since he unit was calling for water and the new valve ohmed out correctly, he advised the only remaining factor was the incoming water pressure to the unit and advised to make no repairs.

Due to the main harness melting and shorting out on the chassis and the control shorting out, I removed and replaced the main harness and main control and tested. I found that when turning the front right burner on, the left burner came on. I tested the harness and it was good. I tested voltage to the right front burner and got none. I contacted Techline and spoke to Kathy and advised of my findings/repairs. Kathy had me test the front right burner at the p23 & p22 connectors at the control and found that the K15 solenoid is bad. I will need another control. Provided File #7727482305. I am ordering the control, another main harness, the left and right cooktop harnesses and the front left and right burners. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit was making a loud humming noise and would stop when opening the door. Unit is currently quiet and making normal fan noises. I tested temps in the FC=11 degrees & RC=39 degrees. Inspected RC evaporator/cover and it was good. Inspected the FC evaporator/cover ad found a small amount of ice on the outside of the cover and I removed the ice. Customer advised that they found one of the unit doors open this morning and did not know how long it had been open. I advised the customer that due to the door being left open, warm air mixed with the cold air and creates the ice buildup and once the door was closed, the evaporator defrosted and removed the ice from the fan which was causing the humming noise (fan hitting ice) No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I ran the unit through a manual test on the spin and unit would not ramp up. I called Techline and spoke to JK SR# 7727479449. He asked how long the spin cycle would run when testing the spin. I explained it ran for 5 minutes before kicking off. He advised to replace the control and if that did not solve the issue, to replace the shifter. I replaced the control and tested unit in an auto test. Unit worked as designed and spin ramped up to normal high speed spin. Call complete."

He advised for me to check all connections for proper connections. Then check the internal cavity for arcing damage. He advised that if the cabinet was damaged that there was no sense in throwing parts at this because the wave guide would not be able to send proper waves down to the products meant to be heated. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRX988SIBM00 "arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, I immediately heard one of the fans making a loud noise. I found that the FC evaporator fan was rubbing on a block of ice. The remainder of the evaporator had a good frost pattern. I removed the ice and set the defrost time to #2 on test #7 in diagnostics. Also found ice forming at the back of the ice maker housing. Removed the housing and fund the back wall gasket missing. Customer advised that they had another company service the unit recently and they had removed the ice maker housing. I advised the customer that they didn’t replace the back wall gasket which is allowing warmer air from the refrigerator section to mix with the colder air from the ice maker and it’s causing the ice build up. I am ordering the ice maker housing adaptor and CNOTE-LSO I placed some perigum at the back wall to seal it off until I can get back to repair the unit correctly. No water leaks observed
