I found the drain hose running down hill coming out of the disposal and the drain line full of debris. I re-routed the drain line to run up hill out of the disposal and thru the cabinet. I ran a drain cycle and the sump almost completely emptied as it should. I waited and watched the water level and the hose check valve never weeped any more water thru it. Call complete.
