The customer advised that the unit does heat but that after an hour worth of baking, the unit smells like it?s burning wires and will intermittently shut off and turn back on. Removed terminal block and found burnt wires and a burnt terminal block. The electrical connectors for the power cord and harness were still intact however the terminal block was melting. Arrive on site for fridge and freezer not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found both compartments room temperature. I tested all fans and they came on. I put the unit into a compressor test and it came on and showed proper voltage. I found an amp draw of .3 amps at the compressor. I tested the thermistors at the control and found them in range. I found the UI showing proper temperature readings in diagnostics as well. I could no feel any refrigerant flow through the 3 way valve when it opened up to the different compartments. I am ordering a sealed system to complete the repair. Arrived on site for refrigerator making to much noise. Upon arrival the customer stated that the noise is coming from the back of the unit and it started after the compressor was replaced. They also stated it is an intermittent clanking sound. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the baffle and evap fan running fine with no noise and no ice build up. I ran test 4 in diagnostics and the condenser fan made no noise. I gained access to the compressor and found the access valve and lines vibrating against the metal cover. I put gum and sealer on it to dampen the vibration. I could not replicate the louder noise they were mentioning. The way they were describing it it sounded as it was normal compressor operation. I advised the customer if it occurs again and they feel it is abnormal to video tape it. I found the unit working as designed. Call complete.

I found all air ducts and seals full functioning and sealing, during diagnostics I confirmed unit was sending Properpower to ice maker although icemaker wasnt rotating, but icebox fan was working. Unit was also filling with proper amount of water, I also found that the ice bin switch is not allowing full response to ui panel and causing unit to think door is open. Also found mold around inner ice dispenser flap separator indicating a hot air leak within dispenser door. Arrived on site for wall oven giving f23 error as well as not allowing ui lights to appear. Upon arrival I was able to confirm error code as well as then remove ui and main control. Upon further inspection I found the two ui ribbons were slightly dirty with soot (normal wear and tear) I was able to clean off the debri from ui ribbons as well as some of the main control connections. I then reassembled the unit and reset power. I found at this point the ui lights as well as ui full functionality were all present. I tested unit to 350 degrees. Unit is fully working as designed and error code is no longer appearing.

"Arrived on site for Visibly Failed, Broken or Missing Parts - PRE-ID Shelf Supports. Found crisper shelf was not supporting the two drawers. Center crisper rail was cracked at the end closest to the fridge doors causing the drawers to sit uneven. Customer has replaced the center crisper rail in the past and it keeps breaking. I didnt see evidence that the shelf is being overloaded with food. Ordering the crisper frame (WPW10329866), center rail (WPW10326469), shelf trim (WPW10231345), crisper brace (WP12642303WD), crisper brace cover (12642303WD), 2 crisper braces (13062602), and two humidity controls (12530805SP). Most likely all parts will not be needed. "Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice and making a loud noise. Upon further inspection, customer advised they replaced the filter and the unit is not making ice. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and no water dispensed into the reservoir. I removed the filter and retested and water was dispensing, but very slow. I removed and replaced the valve and retested without the filter and the unit is operating as designed. I found that the filter is defective as it had slivers of plastic on the head and was not sealing properly. Also found the bottom door hinge is bent. I am ordering the bottom door hinge, filter head and filter, along with CNOTE-LSO OER CUSTOMER REQUEST AND FOR TRAINING. No water leaks observed during service and unit was left turned on as it operates as designed without the filter. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from the fresh foods section. Upon further inspection, I found a puddle of water under the shelf assembly. Disassembled the RC section and found water sitting in the drain area of the evap drain tube. Pulled unit out and removed the drain tube and found it clogged with debris. Cleaned the drain tube and reinstalled it and placed a bead of silicone around the lip of the drain tube to seal it from air gaps. Clean the RC section and using my steamer, I cleared the drain tube under the evaporator. Replaced the evap cover with a new cover due to thermistor being bad. Secured the thermistor to the suction line with foil tape and a ziptie (photo). Reassembled the unit and tested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

The rc is at 47 degrees but set too 37 degrees and the freezer is at room temperature when set to 0 degrees. I found no frost pattern on the fresh food or freezer evaporator. I found the compressor running and pulling higher than normal amp draw. Indicating that there is a sealed system issue. I spoke to DZ about how bad the ice build up was on the evaporator, based on the ice build up I suspect the fresh food evaporator has developed a pinhole. Job complete."

Upon further inspection I found both IM completely full of ice, and no signs of valve weeping or thin ice. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the thermistors passed, the fan toggled on and off, the harvest and motor worked as designed, the ice level sensors read correctly, the fill tube heater worked, and the fill worked as designed and made no off noise from the valve. I found proper voltage to the IM as well. The IM had no stored error codes. The unit is working as designed. I found no failures at the time of service. Call complete."
