"Arrived on site for washer not draining per customer complaint. Upon arrival found in diagnostics that unit was filling, agitating and spinning but the drain cycle took much longer then initial design allows for unit. After disassembly of drain I found no clogs or external issues causing drain motor to fail. Found drain motor just went out on its own. Will need office to reschedule once availability of parts is known. Ordering one drain pump WH23X27574 (all parts sent with on call were to an ice machine) ; ordrng 1 WH23X27574 (Drain pump)"

Arrived onsite for washer that is still leaking. Upon inspection I found one of the gaskets on the valve was crooked allowing water to seep by. I corrected the gasket and could not get the unit to leak during diagnostics cycles. No leaks detected while onsite. Job complete.

Inspected unit and work area. Found minor dent on top sides of control panel. Performed diagnostics and single out each switch and found front right burner switch failed. Removed switch and installed new. Tested all operations, all tested good."

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not always dispensing water or producing ice. Found all is working at this time. I was not able to reproduce any issues with unit. Advised homeowner that since home is not always occupied reservoir may be freezing over on occasion. No further repairs needed and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not producing ice. Upon arrival the customer said another company replaced the IM due to the teeth being broken. She stated the unit is not getting water to IM. I tested the temps in the FC and they were at 6?F. I checked voltage at the IM and it is getting 120V but doing nothing. I jumped the IM and could hear the valve energize but still no water was coming to the IM. I checked the water coming from the water and it had good water pressure. I found 120V at the harness to the valve and the valve ohmd out good. This indicates a bad valve. I unplugged the unit and turned the water off at the wall and replaced the valve. I then tested the unit again and no water was coming to the IM. I then harvested the IM again while checking voltage at harness while plugged into valve. I could hear the valve energize again, but the valve only received 95V. This indicated the IM not sending proper voltage to the valve. I then replaced the IM. I harvested the IM a gain and the same issue occurred. This indicates a bad harness. Ordering the harness and the office will reschedule,p.; ordrng 1 Harnesstovalve (Research)"

Arrived on site for refrigerator FC completely frozen over and light not working. Inspected unit and work area. Found FC drain pan dry and unit not defrosting. Checked defrost bimetal and found working. Found unit will need drain pan kit. Powered unit off and allowing unit to defrost. Spoke with customer on defrosting unit.

Arrived on site to install previously ordered parts.Removed and replaced the control and unit still didnt work.Removed it and tested with another control sent on the same call and unit still didnt work.Noticed the white neutral wire connected to the cabinet with he green ground screw was burned. Arrived onsite for range not heating. Upon inspection I found correct voltage at the terminal block. I found while in bake only 15 Vac or so was getting to the element. I replaced the main control and tested the unit. The unit preheated and broiled as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for unit making noise and would not spin.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s not cooling in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Customer had advised that he had already mostly defrosted the unit. He did advise that the unit is cooling and freezing on the freezer side but that his refrigerator keeps frosting up. Checked evaporator and found ice buildup on the bottom and on the top of the evaporator and underneath the drip tray. Steamed off ice and found the water not flowing down to the drip pan underneath the unit. Removed help drain tube from the bottom and blew through it. The unit did have something in the drain tube. Went ahead and attempted to steam through the drip tray in the refrigerator section and did not find any water dripping into the drip pan underneath. Attempted to use a zip tie and screwdriver to poke through what was blocking the water. Could not get either through on either side. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian SR# 7730513647. He advised based on my information, the unit likely had a collapsed drain tube and that the unit was being sent to review

"Arrived on site to,inspect wall oven connection issues. Upon further inspection, I found the unit would not connect to WiFi and when in use, the display jumps from screen to a different screen and will turn itself on and off. I found error code FCE3 and did not find the code in the tech sheet. I contacted techline and and spoke to Dave and advised of my findings. Dave advised that the error code is for the unit not able to find the WiFi router and recommended that I contact the Whirlpool WiFi connect team. I contactes the WiFi team and spoke to Patrick and advised that there is no SAID number. He recommended replacing the main control and connect to WiFi. I removed and replaced the main control and tested. The unit attempted to connect to WiFi but failed. I contacted the connect team again and spoke to a different tech and recommended replacing the UI console and to put the original main control back so itll transfer info to the new console. I removed and replaced the main control and cycled power and removed and replaced the UI console and tested. The unit connected to WiFi as designed. Job completed"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator making a knocking sound when dispensing water. Inspected unit and work area. Found filter head housing clip broken (see SD-QUICKPIC). "Arrived onsite for dishwasher not operating and only beeping. Upon inspection I found F9E2 and F8E4 stored in the unit. I removed the float tray and found standing water. I removed the water, verified correct continuity on the switch then reinstalled the float tray/switch. I engaged diagnostics and the unit began a drain sequence. I did not hear any abnormal noises with the drain and it drained all the water out as designed. I opened the unit and found an excessive amount of over sudsing. I cleared out the suds and found the water is staying in the sump. The unit is installed with the tile ending at the front by the leveling feet. It drops down about half an inch. I advised the customer to switch to a liquid detergent and test the unit. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that was smoking inside. An unknown substance has gotten into airvents in unit and is dripping on the defrost heater. Vent cannot be replaced or fully cleaned to prevent reoccurring issue.

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator Evaporator frozen up again. During inspection found that the evaporator is completely frozen over. Took pictures. According to the notes we have done all the repairs needed to prevent this from happening. Called tech line to see what is next. Tech line stated that there is a new updated service pointer w11092686F. To replace the drain pan and follow all the procedures on the service pointer including setting the defrost to 8 hrs. Advised that the Evaporator will need to be thawed out for a couple of days and to call us for service once its thawed. In the mean time I am ordering a service kit which is part of the service pointer and office to schedule Sr# 7730510661. ; ordrng 1 W11457241 (Service kit)

Arrived onsite for dryer making squealing noise. I tested the dryer and it was not making a abnormal noise. The customer stated it had made the noise the night before. I removed the rear panel and accessed the blower wheel. I found a screw had been lodged on the wheel which more than likely was causing the noise. I removed the screw and any other debris from the blower and reassembled the unit. I tested the unit and could not recreate any noise at this time. I used my weight and pushed down on the drum as I turned it but still did not hear any squealing. Job complete.

If I release the pressure for the water lines at the filter housing the dispenser will work once and than stop because of the pressure build up. The customer has a reducer and the valve line for it. I advised he get the pet supply line and he can install the reducer. After the reducer is installer the unit will work as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator dripping water from dispenser. Tested and inspected unit and found water dripping from ice dispenser due to condensation from door not sealing properly. Removed failed dispenser door assembly and replaced with new. Tested unit and all operations are normal. No water leaks present at time of service.

"Arrived on site for FLASHING LID LOCKED SIGN BUT LID ISN'T LOCKED. LATCH APPEARS TO BE BROKEN. Found strike was not going down into the lid lock all the way to engage the lock because the lid doesnt seat flush when closed. I showed the customer how to place weight on the lid for the strike to be recognized for the washer to run. This way they can still use the washer until we return with a new lid and other parts to correct the issue. Ordering a new lid, strike, hinges (left and right), and the lid the glass lid rests on. Most likely the glass lid I replaced recently is cockeyed not allowing it to seat flush on the washer top/lid. Returning with new glass lid and hinges to complete the repair. Other parts will be brought just in case. Once new glass lid is installed we will need to test it to ensure it engages as designed. ; ordrng 1 W11233067 (Lid) and 1 WP8563965 (Left hinge) and 1 WP8572974 (Right hinge) and 1 W11252738 (Strike) and 1 W11117421 (Lid)"

"Arrived on site for Not Draining - Water Remain at End of Cycle - Dishwasher - PRE-ID Drain Pump. Found drain hose did not have a high loop. Adjusted drain hose to loop over the top of the water valve to give a permanent high loop. Dishwasher began to drain. Customer also stated the dishwasher wasnt always filling with water. Ran diagnostics and water wasnt filling the dishwasher. Turned off water valve beneath sink and removed water line from valve and turned on water to free any debris possibly trapped in water line. Reattached water line to valve and ran diagnostics again. Water began to fill the dishwasher. Also, found debris under float switch. Cleared float switch and ran full diagnostics cycle. Dishwasher filled, spray arms spun, heard diverter turning, drained water from drain pump, and heating element came on. Dishwasher running as designed. No leaks detected. Job completed."

Arrived on site for oven powering off durning cooking cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Performed diagnostics mode and checked fault codes. Found fault F6-E4. Followed procedures for fault code and replaced ACU. PO unit up and tested operation. Found error still occurring. Removed UI and installed new. Tested operation. All tested good.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Upon inspection I found no stored error codes in the unit. I let the unit run through and when I opened the door to see the spray arms spinning. I found one of the securing tabs for the heater was bent all the way upward and the spray arm was getting caught and staying in place. I also found one of the upper rack stoppers had broken off at some point. I replaced the stopper with truck stock (WPW10082861) the unit is now working as designed and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for dryer making rumbling sound. Inspected unit and work area. Tested operation to verify sound. Disassembled unit and found back left guide wheel bearing failure (see SD-QuickPic). Tested all rollers and pulley. Found both front not rolling as designed and grease from bearing on front right. Recommend to replace both front and rear left guide wheels. Removed failed guide wheel and installed new. Assembled unit and balanced. Tested operation, all tested good.

Arrived onsite for the ice machine with a red light on and not making ice. Upon arrival found that the ice machine was full of ice and there was no red light on. Took pictures. Talked with customer on the phone and they stated the the red light that was on was a clean is finished light.

"Arrived on site to follow up on unit not producing ice. Ran harvest test and heard the motor bind up almost immediately. Checked stripper arm and found it frozen into the cubes, which were a large chunk. Stripper arm was likely out of position when filled, and froze the arm to the cubes. Melted down cubes and cleaned out the housing. Ran harvest test again and unit completed and found home. Customer will follow up if any issues continue, and next would be an icemaker replacement."

Some one within the home did state that he had no issues when it came to washing but others were putting bigger loads i the unit and only possibly washing in normal and not selecting the correct option. Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the main control and tested the unit. The unit preheated as designed. I advised the customer to use the unit and let us know if it still has issues. Job complete.

Arrived on site for Range Door glass has a gap from frame. Found gasket was torn leaving a gap between door and cavity not allowing the door to make a proper seal. Removed gasket and installed new gasket. Job completed.

Arrived on site for dishwasher running non stop. Tested and inspected unit and found failed control and sensor. Removed failed parts and replaced with new. Tested unit and all operations are normal. No water leaks present at time of service.

"Arrived on site and customer is describing washer changing to another cycle while using cycle, inspected washer and no saved error codes, ran calibration 52 and test 51 and both passed. Ran all functions in manual diagnostics and no issues found. Sound detergent dispenser siphon is clogged and after clearing it safe and is working properly. Also discussed correct detergent usage and wash expectations reported issue to techline 7730508470.

"Arrived on site for Not Cleaning Clothes - Electronic Touch Control - Top Load Washer. Found shift actuator was not seated into the splutch assembly. Seated actuator in splutch and ran through manual diagnostics. Agitation was fine, but spin was making a schreeching noise. Needs new belt. Ordering belt, splutch, and motor. Returning with actuator and additional parts just in case. "Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit beeping and not running a cycle, found water in leak pan which caused float to activate drain pump and cause the error. I removed the water from leak pan, ran test cycle, unit tested good, but found excessive suds, instructed customer to not use the pods if they precast dishes, and to use less soap and make sure nothing is interfering with spray arms. Unit tested good with no leaks when no soap was being used."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the outer and inner door UI. The HV control and a new IM. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and ran test 120 to harvest the IM. The IM harvested as designed and is no longer catching in break position. PA for pass displayed at end of test. Unit is now working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven noises. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit makes a squealing noise while cooking. I tested the unit and the cooling fan is making the noise. Pulled the unit out and removed and replaced the blower assembly and added some foam tape to the back of the unit in between the back panel and the crossmembers and blower to keep the unit from vibrating. Tested unit and it is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."
