Upon inspection Of the auto diagnostics test I found the unit would not agitate but only hum. I lifted and inspected the units drive system. I found the actuator that is on the unit is incorrect and has slipped out of the cam I found f7e6 stored in the unit. I called techline to report . Liam. SR#7730405041 I replaced the shifter and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. The customer had a video of the unit leaking from the float switch area. I gained access to the switch and could see water traces coming from the top of the switch housing where the nut and gasket are. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I ran a test cycle and observed no leaks indicating an intermittent issue. I found the nut, gasket, and housing needing to be replaced from the video and water traces.I installed the new parts and ran a test cycle in diagnostics. The unit ran through as designed. No leaks observed at end of service.

"Arrived on site to inspect range leaking gas. Upon further inspection, I checked the cooktop where the possible leak was found before and found no leaks. When I opened the oven door, there was a strong odor of gas. Using my liquid gas leak detector, I found where the gas line coming into the broil burner was leaking gas (photo). I removed and replaced the regulator and checked all gas line connections with my liquid gas leak detector and all connections were good. I tested the broil burner gas line and no further leaks. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that still leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that after the last repair, the unit has been a lot better. However it?s still dripping. Tested unit and confirmed customer complaint. Unit was leaking in the center underneath the door. Found unit unlevel and leaning forward potentially aiding the leak. The floor inside the house is unlevel and the cabinetry around the dishwasher is pushing the dishwasher forward. However, tested the unit with the door open and found the lower spray arm cracked in the center where it meets the wash motor. Will need lower spray arm for repair but advise customer that the repair may not be fully completed until they get their cabinetry adjusted to make the unit leveled. Arrived on site for OVEN not operating. Customer stated they were baking for fifteen minutes and the oven lost power. Found thermal fuse was faulty. Removed thermal fuse and installed new thermal fuse. Powered up oven and turned on as designed. Set to 350 preheat. Oven heating as designed. Inspected gasket around door and it was good. Checked air flow from bottom vent and it also checked good. Customer noticed the door was not flush with the UI at the top left side. I held my arm up while in this area of the door while it was in preheat and couldnt feel any hot air escaping the door where it isnt flush. Explained to customer that the Door Gasket is sitting flush and the door is resting against it properly. Job completed.

Arrived on site for OVEN ISN'T HEATING ON BAKE AND BROIL-CAN TURN IT ON AND SET BUT WON'T HEAT JUST SITS THERE-TOP WORKS. Tested bake and broil igniters. Both are sparking but not getting gas to light the flame. While testing the bake igniter the lead broke off so the bake igniter I was sent with is now installed. Tested new bake igniter and it is sparking as designed. Reached out to technical assistance and tested valve regulator. Removed valve regulator and installed new valve regulator. Bake and broil igniters still not igniting the flame. Removed valve and installed original valve back in. Ohmed out spark module harness and found main harness was faulty. Ordering main harness to return and complete the repair. ; ordrng 1 W10887379 (Main Harness)

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the FC evaporator with no frost pattern. Only the cap tube and part of the suction line in the top portion of the evaporator had a small amount of frost on it. I tested amp draw to the compressor and it showed .58amps and was beginning to get hot to the touch. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and drier and vacuumed the system. Placed 5.5oz of R134a refrigerant into the system and tested pressures. I found that the UV drier was plugged and refrigerant is not flowing properly.Unit left unplugged and pulled out in the garage. Ordering a UV drier.; ordrng 2 WPW10143759 (UV drier)s"

Arrived on site to diagnose oven that is not heating at all. Customer said it worked for 2 days before it stopped. Console was off for 4 days as well. Power cycled and ran unit. Could not get any heat. Heard one of the relays on the control clicking. Replaced control and retried. Still no heat found. Checked elements and safety devices and found both good. Found low voltage at L1. Checked where unit was wired in and found the L1 wire sticking out of the wire nut causing the voltage drop. Reseated the wire nut and verified good voltage. Ran unit and verified it is now heating properly. No errors found. If issue returns we need to replace the console. Call complete
