I found the RC door with a good suction on it after the door had been opened and closed shut after a few seconds of being shut. I explained to to customer that this was normal but it would eventually equalize after a few minutes especially when the dampener was open in the RC. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and it was making a thumping noise. Disassembled the unit and found the tension pulley was broken and the back right roller and back middle roller were not rolling. I removed and replaced the tension pulley, all six (6) rollers-2 rollers came from my van stock (WPW10314173)and the belt was the wrong size. I had an extra belt in my van stock (W10610882) to replace the old belt. Reassembled the unit and tested and it is operating as designed. Cleaned the lint form the unit, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer showed me where the dispenser door is catching on the upper rack and has torn the coating on the rack and the rack is now rusting again. I contacted techline and spoke to Kathy and advised of the complaint and my findings. Kathy researched the issue and could not find anything regarding a repair in the form of a service pointer. I checked voltage into the harness at the ice box in service test 57 and when the motor was supposed to run I had 12VDC. I also had 120VAC to the mold heater. The icemaker is defective. I replaced the icemaker and tested the new one in test 57 and ran test 45 fill. The icemaker is working as designed. I ran test 36 and tested the ice box fan and found it working as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher drain pump noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a large piece of plastic that they found in the drain filter area. It was not from the dishwasher. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I did find water dripping from the diverter housing and advised the customer. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and retested. Unit is operating as designed with no water leaks at the end of service. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and a few drops came out of the dispenser. I tested the ice maker and it harvested but I found the fill tube was frozen. I checked the harness at the bottom corner of the left FC door and the harness is good. I disconnected the water line and the left bottom hinge and tested the dispenser and water came out of the water line going to the valve. I found the water line inside the door was frozen. Using my steamer, I defrosted the water line inside the FC door and the IM fill tube and retested both. Water dispensed from the dispenser and the IM tray filled with water. Customer pointed out that one of the drawers in the RC section falls out. I found that the pan holder (shelf) was broken causing the pan to fall out when the door is opened. I am ordering the pan holder and office to return service due to part being OOS.
