"I inspected the unit and found the fresh food evaporator covered in ice. We tested the rc thermistor and the defrost rc thermistor, we found them reading properly. We checked voltage and we are showing good dc voltage. I put the unit through step 38 to frost a defrost, and tested voltage at the control. We put the unit into test 4 and let it run through the 3 way valve was switching as designed. It is showing proper voltage there. I am ordering the control kit and the evap harness just Incase. I spoke to the customer about defrosting the unit before we return with the parts. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher not cleaning properly. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit would still have soap in it after a cycle, but the unit still seemed to get water. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. Arrived on site for a washing machine not finishing cycle. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit would skip the sense and wash and go straight to fill. She found that the water level just keeps rising as if it is not sensing correctly and gets considerably to high. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F7E1 for basket speed fault. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and it did not agitate or spin and could only hear the motor hum. I then activated the manual spin and the same happened. I can freely rotate the tub. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and it looked visually good. I gained access to the main control and found on j-2 connector when testing shifter and windings the voltage dropped. I found the j-2 harness ohmd out good indicating a good shifter. I then checked the main control and at j-12 12+VDC was not present. These both indicate a bad control. I checked voltage at the wall and I was good. "Arrived on site and replaced temperature switch diagnosed on previous visit, after replacement washer will now after approximately 12 seconds of filling with cold water switch over to hot water. However hot water is barely trickling in. Removed valves and found hot water screen has calcium buildup on it. Coldwater screen is broken/punched through. Took one picture. Recommended replacing valve as well. After reassembling still sound hot water is weak. Disconnected water supply houses again and took a short video showing hot water pressure is weak from the source. A plumber will be needed to address this part of the problem. Although homeowner has left the home the nanny took a video of my video to further explain the situation.

I tested all burners and found all burner flames too high. Customer advised that they are on Propane. I inspected the regulator and found it was converted to propane. I inspected all of the burner orifices and found none of them had been converted. I removed and replaced all orifices with the correct propane orifice and tested and adjusted flames. Attempted to chisel out the excess foam and reconnect the connector. Was unable to reconnect the connector. Due to water overflowing into the RC bottom section from the evaporator drip pan, the previous tech ordered a drain tube with P trap. I pulled the unit and inspected the drain tube at the back of the unit and found a small amount of insulation debris inside. Cleared the tube and reinstalled it and sealed the gap with silicone. Disassembled the RC section and cleared the ice/water from the bottom panel and evap drip pan and tested the drain tube and the unit is operating as designed. Using my steamer, I sprayed hot water and steam down the drain tube to clean it out. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed.

"Arrived on site and inspected range and found breaker is off, after resetting it Found bake will turn on, broil will turn on, and all elements except the right rear will turn on and are operating normally. Found the right rear infinite switch has dropped down into the control panel, there is a single brass mounting nut that holds it in place and it is off. This is causing a Short when it is turned on that trips the breaker. after resetting infinite switch confirmed this element is also working properly. We found that there voltage coming from the control to the DSI board. Checked for DC voltage to the broil and bake electrodes the DSI board is not sending out voltage.
