Ive done site for a range where the temperature is not always completely accurate. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had cooked several items within a few days of each other that never seem to cook through fully based on the recipe that they typically use and they assumed that there was something wrong with the oven. I ran both left and right side units up to 400? and found them cycling and working as design. Found the right side oven fluctuate between 380?F and 430?F found the left side oven fluctuating between 368?F and 407?F indicating the left side oven was off. I asked the customer if they had ever calibrated the unit before which they advised they had not and did not know that that was a feature on their oven. Ran through temperature calibration on the unit and found the unit working an operating as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher tripping breaker. On inspection the breaker was tripped. Reset the breaker and I put the amp meter on two L1 and watched the meter. The most I saw the DW draw was 10amps during a 1 hr wash cycle. The breaker is a GFIC breaker, I told the customer to try changing out the breaker. The unit did knit go into diagnostics mode, I tried for 15 minutes to unit in diagnostics with no luck. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Remove the drip tray and found evidence of refrigerant inside of the drip pan assembly. I charged the unit up with 120 psi of nitrogen and found pressures would not hold. I checked all access ports around the compressor area with bubbles and could not detect any leaks from the compressor or dryer areas. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Andrew SR# 7736710865. He had me run a couple checks and send him photos of the bubble solution at the welds and a picture of the drip pan with the refrigerant inside of it. He then advised that he would send the unit up to review as the evaporator on this unit was not serviceable. He advised to tell the customer that whirlpool will be in contact with us or them, depending on the next steps and make no further repairs at this time. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a DW that is not responding. Upon arrival I replace the the control and tested the unit and found that the unit is operating as designed no leaks at this time

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Upon inspection I found that there was proper powder coming into the unit out of the wall and no drop when unit was turn on and running. Upon further inspection I found all thermistors and fuses good. But I did find that the heating element was separated causing the unit not to produce heat. I replace the element and tested the unit several time and found that the unit is now operating as designed. I did advise the customer to have their vents clean professionally.

Arrived onsite for a wall oven with the fan making a loud noise. The customer had a recording and it was the convection fan getting loud when the oven started warming up. I tested the oven and found the same thing happening. I found two of the three motor mounting screws loose causing the issue. The fan and motor were good. I tightened the mounting screws and tested. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that after every third wash or so, the unit would leak water and they would find the water on the floor at the bottom left corner. I pulled the unit out and removed the top panel and tested. I didnt find any leaks within the drain tubing, drain pump, or valve hoses. I found water in the vent at the back of the unit (photo). I removed the vent tube and found water all in the tubing. Removed the water and re-installed and retested. I found a large amount of suds in the tub (photo). Made recommendations for use and care and recommended cleaning the unit several times before using again and use a minimal amount of detergent. Arrived onsite for a cooktop to call techline because the filter is not fitting correctly. The cooktop opening is 3 1/16 x 16 1/2. The drip pan the filter rest in is 16 3/8 long. The opening to the fan is 16 13/16 x 2. The filters we are receiving are 15 9/16 x 5 9/16. I called techline and spoke with Rob SR# 7736654058. Rob stated there is absolutely nothing techline can do about this issue and that we needed to contact Jenn-Air because they do their own parts research. Rob transferred me to Jenn-Air and I spoke with Eva. Eva instructed to have Shana email Sarah back responding to the email from last Monday and attach the photo of the cooktop opening that was taken today. I looked at the part number online with Eva at Jenn-Air and explained that it is the part we are getting but its not long enough to cover the opening fro the fan allowing grease and debris to enter the fan and duct. "WRF757SDHZ04 Arrived to inspect ice production issues. The unit had only a full ice bin, but it took four days to fill. The FC was at -2?F and the RC 32?, but the unit was in the middle of a cooling cycle and the temperatures were very good and as expected. Testing the low profile ice maker housing, I found initial temperatures at 17?. After removing ice fro the bin to trigger cooling, the unit dropped to 11? in a short time and was approximately expected with the number and duration of door openings while testing. While removing the ice fro the bin, I found it had a moderately wet appearance and there were a few cubes that were stuck together, denoting freeze/thaw cycles. I found the ice bin door gasket had the subtle appearance of folding on the inner (hinge side) corners and I verified via video (image saved.) I corrected the issue and devised the customer of my findings and repair. The customer will contact if the conditions do not subside. No leaks observed during service."

Arrive d onsite for a DW that has no power. Upon inspection I found the the unit had power coming into it. After checking that all connections were good at the control and finding that there where and there was power there too I determined that the control will need to be replace. "Arrived on site to insect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for ice maker error codes and found none (photo). Took the unit out of diagnostics and tested temps in the RC=33 degrees on setting of 34 and FC=4 on setting of -2. I placed the unit back in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 57 and it harvested as designed. I tested the fill tube in test 45 and heard the valve humming but no water dispensing into the tray. I tested the ice level controls and they passed. When I opened the left FC door, I found the top hinge was damaged on the door (photos) and will need to be replaced. I disassembled the water box and removed the ice box housing and found the fill tube heater and ice box fascia heater had shorted. The fill tube had gotten so hot it broke and I found where the heater had melted the cabinet above the ice box housing (photos). I contacted techline and spoke to Austin and advised the complaint and my findings and Austin requested photos of the cabinet damage. After reviewing the photos, Austin advised that the cabinet damage is not a threat to the functioning of the unit and to repair the damage. Austin recommended replacing the fill tube, heater and hv control at the least and provided SR#7736642725. I advised the customer of my conversation with techline and am ordering the fill tube heater, fill tube, ice box cover, ice box fascia, UI, left RC door and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. I will return with all prescreened parts and office to schedule return service. Requesting the office to scale parts replacement while waiting on the door to arrive. After further testing I found wiring to capacitor broken as well as capacitor blown. After replacing cap i tested u it and found relay on control stuck causing motor to kick into spin immediately. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not draining. On inspection the unit passed diagnostics mode. The pump was louder then normal and the volume of water was slower then normal that it drain out. I checked the drain hose was fine. Installed a new drain pump And retested the unit. With the new pump the volume of water it is pumping out is more and the pump is not loud now. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site for unit takes 2-3 cycles to dry. Upon arrival test polarity and is corrected. Ran vent test and test failed. Removed hose from dryer and test now passed. Ran timed dry cycle and unit is heating cord. Unit is operating as designed. Advised customer to have vent cleaned

"Arrived on site to test unit for not drying dishes, customer stated that dishes are not drying at all, ran diagnostics test and found that heater is heating properly, demonstrated to customer that it is hot, noticed that customer is not using any rinse aid, explained to customer that do to the plastic tub heater does not get hot enough to dry dishes and it is designed to run with rinse aid to help with this issue, advised customer to prop door open at the end of cycle to allow air dry, unit is running as designed no leaks detected job complete"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit makes a buzzing sound and will just go to the complete section, but will not actually spin the basket or filled with water. Did confirm the customers complaint after running the unit through a normal wash cycle. I checked in at the unit and found the capacitor leaking. Replaced the capacitor and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for dryer, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was chemical smell inside. I inspected for any smells before any testing and found nothing. I then ran unit for about 10 min on high heat and found it cycling through correctly. I then did a vent test and found it good for gas dryers. I then checked for gas leaks and found none. Called safety to report my findings and spoke to Kent SR#7736608274"

"Arrived on site to test unit for lights not coming off and unit it cooling, powered unit on and tested all components found that the RC right door switch acting erratic, replaced RC door switch and FC door switch as precautionary, customer stated that PF error code is popping up constantly and last time it happened compressed did not come back on, attempted to mimic the issue was not successful,inspected deli harness and wiring did not find any breaks, as Precautionary replaced control, LED board and UI, advised customer to monitor and if it happens again do not unplug unit and call us back so the unit can be diagnosed in a failed state, recommend replacing HV Control if issue returns, at this time unit is running as designed , no leaks detected job complete"

"Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found it is heating properly but there is no airflow showing on airflow meter. Also found dryer vent hose was crushed during installation, took pictures. Dryer vent to the exterior of the home will need to be cleaned/cleared by a service before dryer is used again. Showed customer how to use their hand in the lint screen to check airflow for themselves in the future, job complete."

"Arrived on site to follow up on leaking dishwasher. Ran unit again with door off. Customer showed me video of a fairly bad leak coming out of the center / right side of door. I examined the water in the tub and saw that when it's spraying the upper arm it surges almost completely over the tub, and is likely where the leak is coming from. Ordering clear door and all tubes and manifolds from sump to arm. Arrived onsite for range giving error code on display and not allowing bake to function. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found error F1E0 control fault. Inspected and found faulty control. Replaced faulty board. Tested and unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. On inspection found a large block of ice behind the fresh food drawer. Gave info on how to defrost the refrigerator to the customer. Ordering damper and thermistor. No water leaks detected during service. "Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Vendor said freezer cooling fine refrigerator not. Unit was not plugged. Tested all components and everything seem to be working fine. I advised the vender to leave plugged in so when we come back we can take temperatures before performing a sealed system. Unit will need a sealed system repair if its not cooling fine. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that he had one load that he was trying to wash on delicates that never completed and had drained out and spun, but had not reached the done button he said he let the unit sit for another 20 minutes and did not see any difference in the machine or the clothes. He advised that you put in the unit onto a normal wash cycle, and that the unit spun twice but then would not advance or fill with water. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I ran the unit through three different normal and delicate wash cycles and found the unit spin, Phil, and agitate. I had the customer run a load of clothes in the washer, and we found the unit do the same thing. Ran the unit through the drain and spin and the unit ran as designed. Did advise the customer that they may have had a glitch in their control and to power cycle the unit if the unit acts a little funky. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven that had tripped breaker when both ovens were heating. On arrival I was able to have the breaker reset and ran both ovens. I preheated the oven to 350 in both upper and lower. Toggled lights and let it sit and breaker did not trip again. I checked the breaker and found the oven was tied to a 30a breaker. This unit is an 8.3kW unit, which per manual requires a 40a breaker. Advised customer to upgrade breaker to a 40a, and follow up if unit repeats the failure. Called findings into safety, 7736609063. Call completed."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit in work area. Replaced the wire harness and tested the unit. The unit will not drain out the water that was currently in the tub. When ahead and replace the control and tested the unit. The unit began to drain and operate as designed. I ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Call complete

"KMHC319ESS0 Arrived to inspect continual door error. I removed and replaced the interlock switch assy and re-tested. The unit operated flawlessly throughout several tests and the customer will monitor.

Disassembled front panel to test heating circuit. Test all components and found fractured element. Need to replace element. Recommend that customer replaces vent hose and clean ventilation on home.
