Arrived onsite for microwave with lamp cover screw stripped. Upon inspection I found the screw was not stripped but the bulb was burnt out. I was attempting to remove the bulb and it twisted out of its socket leaving the metal part stuck in the lamp housing. I removed the bottom panel to access the wiring. I found one of the wire connectors was black as if there was a small thermal event. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator doors not closing. Upon further inspection, customer demonstrated how the freezer door opens when the fresh foods door is closed. I tested the door closure by opening at 45 degree angle and letting the door close on its own starting with the RC door. Once it closed, the FC door did not pop open. I tested the FC door and it operated as designed also. I found that the upper left corner of the cabinet/liner was dented inward and badly gapped (photos) allowing warm air inside the FC section and causing frost to build up. I adjusted the corner chassis and filled with manufacturers approved silicone and filled the remaining gap along the opening of the FC section. Advised customer of my repairs. No water connections to the unit, job completed."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher with console start and cancel button being stuck. Upon further inspection I found both buttons not responding. I was able to get the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I ran a test cycle on the unit and found it running as designed. I gained access to the console control and found the buttons visibly broken on it. I unplugged the unit and installed the new console. I then tested the start and cancel buttons which were now working. I ran a diagnostics cycle and it ran through as designed with no errors. I removed the toe plate and observed no leaks during service.

Arrived on site for dryer not running correctly. Upon arrival customer stated that theyve had a hard time getting the dryer to start. Upon further inspection of the unit I found that the motor and belt were still intact but when you hit the start button the unit will turn on but would not run. After disassembling the back of the unit I was able to verify that the thermal cut off so the heating element as well as a heating element themselves are all working great but the thermal fuse the gauges airflow leaving the dryer has shorted out causing the dryer not to start. I was able to reassembled and tested dryer and verified that the unit is fully functioning as designed and fluctuating temperatures as needed I did however inform the customer before leaving that because of the issue was due to a dryer vent clog inside the venting of the home and that they would have to call someone out to scrub out the dryer vent from inside the house before being able to reconnect and use a dryer safely. Call complete

Arrived on site for range that the glass door had broken off the front. Upon arrival customer stated that when the incident happened they had noticed the right side of the handle was loose from the door and they could not find any way to tighten it at that point they tried to open the door to inspect it and found that the glass had fallen out of place in the process of opening it due to how loose the hand was and not holding it. We installed the new ice maker we tested the ice maker in test 57 again and found it completing the cycle. We also ran ice maker fill test and found it filling with water.

Arrived onsite for microwave with frame that looks bent. Upon inspection I found the right side bent outward a small amount allowing the frame to show. I was able to remove the control panel and secure the side of the wrap so that it covers the frame. Due to the material of the wrap and the way its mounted it can cause the frame to shift position and appear warped. The unit is otherwise working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher visibly leaking. Upon arrival customer stated they found leak coming from a big dent on the top back left ha d corner. Upon further inspection I found the unit had a big crack on the top and the dent on the back was causing a gap in the weld allowing it to leak. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F8E1 for inlet water error. I then ran a test cycle and was able to see unit leak from back top left. I observed no other leak on the unit. I also found the float switch drip tray completely missing and allowing float switch to just lay on the ground. I called techline and spoke to Austin and received SR# 7730567055. Austin then transferred me to trade care team. I then spoke to Stephanie. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, customer showed me where the water was running down into the basement (photos). I found where the insulation under the unit was wet and brown (photos). Pulled the unit form the cabinets and found 2 small wet spots. Pressed the cancel button to engage the drain pump and found where the hose that goes to the disposal and connects to the drain hose to the drain pump was leaking at the connection (photos). I stopped the unit and disconnected the drain hose and adjusted and reconnected. Retested the draining function and the unit is no longer leaking water. Advised customer of my findings and they witnessed the repair and retest. Unit is operating as designed. No further water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site and inspected oven and found it is not heating. Found multiple saved error codes F6E4, F8E0 in history. Blower fan will run on low speed and high speed through component activation. Neither broil or bake elements are turning on though. Customer states this is after a self clean, spoke with techline and they recommended replacing TOD. Uninstalling this unit is very difficult, there is a wall on the right hand side that is very close to the oven. oven does not slide out of cabinet easily and needs to be lifted and pulled. replaced TOD and had difficulty getting oven installed again for the same reason. It is very hard to hold power cord behind oven in position while lifting and pushing. Made installation acceptable but it is still not perfect. After powering on unit after one minute error code F8E0 is shown during bake cycle. Customer states they have not seen this error code before. ; ordrng 1 W11348369 (Vent Cover) and 1 W11248652 (Blower fan)"
