DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT750SAHZ0 "arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking from valve area. Upon further inspection, found the unit pulled out from the cabinet. Customer advised that when he installed the water line and turned the water on, the valve began to leak on the blue plastic area. I reconnected the water line to the valve and turned the water on and it did not leak. I disconnected the valve from the water lines and inspected it and didn’t find any cracks. I replaced the valve and connected the water line to it and tested the unit. The unit operated as designed with no leaks. No leaks observed during service, job completed."

Performed diagnostics and verified that on agitation cycles, lights in the house dim a bit. Called tech line and spoke with David SR7727366286. Per tech line checked breaker and verified it was 20amp, which is within the normal range for the unit. Checked voltage drop at another outlet and did find a 3 volt drop every agitation cycle. Unit is not pulling* over 20 amps at this time, and is showing to be on a dedicated circuit. Shut off Breaker for washer and only the washer stayed off, showing dedicated circuit. Per tech line this is a house wiring issue, since unit should be on its own circuit and with amp draw that low it’s not surging or over pulling voltage. Recommended homeowner have an electrician check out the house wiring and resolve and issues present. Call complete."

Placed my multimeter around the black wire at the junction box and tested amp draw to all the components. The element amp reading was 7-9amps during the wash cycle of diagnostics and 7-9amps at the end of testing (photos). I contacted Techline and spoke to JK and advised of my findings and readings. JK advised to let the customer hear what he was saying and I turned my speaker on my phone and JK advised the customer to turn the water on at the faucet and make sure the water temps is at least 120 degrees, turn the unit on and wash on Heavy, High temp wash, heated dry, sani rinse, use rinse aid, and open the door at the end of the cycle and this will get the best wash/dry. Took temperatures in the refrigerator and freezer sections. Found refrigerator get down to 27 degrees and bounce back to 30 degrees. Found freezer sitting at 58°F. Placed unit service diagnostics and found the FC and RC thermistors passed tests. Tested compressor. I called Techline and spoke to Sterling SR 7727362430. He had me test resistance at the three way valve. The valve checked good. He then stated that the issue sounds like a restriction but could not see where it was until we could check pressures. He asked me to order an access valve and dye drier so we can check our pressures as we get to the freezer. Ordering evaporator as well in case there is a restriction at the evaporator. Customer stated that they are using tied pods and stated that they used 4 pods on a load of clothes when the leak happen and they got an SD error code on the display. Found suds residue on the floor and on the back washer panel. There was so much suds that it leaked out the vent in the back and onto the floor. Held the start button to engage the drain pump and I could hear the motor humming, but the water in the drain/filter area was not draining out. I removed the drain hose from the drain pump and found a piece of glass in the empellars of the drain pump. Removed the glass and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested.
