Arrived onsite for a no cool refrigerator to possibly replaced sealed system components. I tested the unit and checked pressures. I found an insufficient compressor not pumping correctly. I replaced the compressor and installed a low side service tap. I installed a UV drier. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. I charged the system with 4.8 oz’s of R134A. I tested the unit and it is working as designed.

Arrived on site for refrigerator that shutting off the breaker consistently. Inspected unit and work area. Customer had unit turned off. Plug the unit in and unit begin to run as designed. Both compressor and evaporator fans came on without shutting off the breaker. I called Electrolux Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 83545322. He advised this issue is most common within the compressor or defrost circuits and had me running tests with the defrost circuit by checking for amperage going to the heater. Unit was within range. Then he had me checking amperage at the compressor and the compressor was within range. He had me test the outlet for polarity and for proper voltage. Outlet was within range. He had me run to the breaker and we found 5e unit on a GFCI breaker. He then told me to stop and advise the customer to change their outlet to a non AFI or GFCI designated breaker. Call complete.

Arrived onsite to replace the previous diagnosed parts. The charge in the system seemed a little low but the unit already had the new style black evaporator in the RC. I replaced the compressor and installed a low side service tap. I installed a UV drier. I replaced the RC evaporator thermistor and mounted it with foil tape and a zip tie. I replaced the fan scroll. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. I charged the system with 5.3 oz’s of R134A. I tested the unit and found it working as designed with a great frost pattern. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that would fill with water. Inspected unit in the work area. Place unit in a normal wash cycle and unit begin to fill with water. Placed an in-service diagnostics and found F7 E1 (no heat) and F6 E1 (no/low water). Ran unit through an auto diagnostic cycle and unit would not spray. Removed front panel and found the motor connector loose from the control. Connected motor to control to form better seating and tested unit. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for microwave not heating up. Spoke with customer about the unit, he stated the blower isn’t coming on either. I tested the microwave and it would not heat. I lowered the microwave down so I could feel around the case where the magnetron is and it was hot to the touch. Because of the size of the microwave it is going to take two technicians to remove and reinstall the unit. As of right now it sounds like, based off of what I have seen, heard and what you have told me. This microwave will need an inverter, magnetron, and new control board 8206603. I will have to order the control board 8206603,; ordrng 1 2MAN (2 MAN) and 1 8206603 (RELAY BOARD)"

Also found door has been removed from hinges and reattached hinges and reset tension springs. Also found dishwasher cannot be square in cabinet floor tile is not cut properly. Left side of dishwasher sits too far back and right side is too far forward not allowing door to close properly. Floor will need to be adjusted to correct the issue. No water leaks from connections at time of service, job complete.

Arrived on site for a washer that won’t start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit will start cycles but will intermittently not start a cycle. When this happens they will have to power cycle the unit and the unit will start to work again but after several loads will do the same thing. Tested unit in a mixed and normal cycle. Both times the unit started. Placing it in service diagnostics and found an F0 E3 (overload) error code. Play spirit in an auto cycle and unit ran as designed. I called tick line and spoke to Robert SR # 7727683861. H had me check the reed switch magnet on the lid to ensure it didn’t slip out of place. Magnet was in place. He then advised to just go ahead and replace the console in case the key pad was intermittently faulting. Replaced console and tested unit. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.
