Arrived onsite for the refrigerator ice maker not working and water dispenser not working and there is nosies. During testing found that the water line was crimped causing the issue and found that the ice maker water line was not connected. Connected ice maker water line and un crimped the water line. And water dispenser is working properly. Tested ice maker and its not cycling. Its is getting the proper voltage to it . Will need to be replaced. Arrived onsite for dishwasher making noise. Upon inspection found unit making humming sound during the wash cycle. It?s intermittent and last for a couple seconds at a time. Did find lower spray arm clogged with debris. Was able to remove some but not all. Customer says noise has actually lessened. Could be an issue with uneven spray arm or potential pump and motor issue. Customer will wait on repair for now being that the dishwasher is still functioning.

Arrived on site for oven not heating properly. I inspected the u it and work area. I spoke to the customer and she stated occasionally it will have a flame coming out of the broil burner by the fitting. I inspected the fitting and burner. I found the burn misaligned and the fitting mishaped. I inspected the bottom metal of the oven and found it warped and causing uneven heating in the oven. I am ordering the fitting bottom oven and returning with the broil burner. "Arrived on site to inspect range tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the breaker tripped. Attempted to turn the breaker on and it instantly tripped again. I pulled the unit out and unplugged the unit and tried the breaker again and this time it stayed on. I removed the ignitor control cover and found the neutral wire had gotten caught in between the cover and the chassis and damaged. I spliced the wire and using a wire nut, I mended the harness and retested and unit is operating as designed. Using my liquid gas leak detector, I tested all gas line connections to the unit and found no leaks. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator compartment losing cool and frosting up at evap area. Upon arrival the customer stated he has defrosted the unit several times already and it keeps frosting in the RC very fast and the FC is cooling fine. I tested the temps in the FC and found it at 0?F and the RC at 47?F when set at 37?F. I found the RC evap are frosted up. I found no issue or leak in door seal. I went to steam out the frost to find it was a solid block of ice. I could not steam it enough to get the evap cover off without damaging the evap itself. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher receiving an F8E4 error code. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E4 for float switch open, FAE2 for vent wax motor electrical problem, and F9E1 for no drain. I cleared the stored error codes. I ran a test cycle on the unit and the unit filled, unit washed and diverter clicked, the dispenser opened, it heated, and drained as designed. It ran through the test cycle fine and did not generate any error codes. The error codes were cleared from the machine. I ran a diagnostics cycle again to test the unit and it again ran through as designed. I then began a test cycle to see if it would throw the error code after the fill and it did not. I called techline and spoke with Leon and received SR# 7730375650. He advised checking the drip tray and I found some water build up in it. I observed a slow drip from the rubber tube on the left hand side. I found the unit unleveled and leaning to forward. I also found excess soap in the unit and advised the customer that this could cause this as well. I leveled the unit and cleaned out the water. I tested the unit one more time in diagnostics. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

I ran a test cycle in diagnostics and found the valve initiating and filling the unit, the wash motor not running, the dispenser opened, the diverter clicking, the heater turned on, and the unit drained at the end. The diagnostics cycle threw F4E3 at the end. I gained access to the motor and checked voltage while running another test cycle. I found the control sending no voltage to the motor. I checked voltage at the wall and control and found proper voltage. This indicates a bad control. I replaced the control and tested the unit again. The wash motor still did not start. Upon arrival customer stated that the unit when sitting idle for roughly an hour it will not ignite very well, but once you get it going it is fine. The customer allowed it to sit idle before arriving and I was able to test this. It took around 15 seconds to spark and I could not smell gas during this time. This indicates a bad regulator. The customer also had another company that replaced the spark module prior to our service and clean all burner heads. I found the spark modules sparking correctly and not grounding. When I unplugged the unit, the compressor shook vigorously and made the loud rattling noise which was the piston inside which is an indicator that the compressor is going bad. Also, I found the drain tube comp,steely clogged. I removed and drain tube and cleaned it out and reinstalled it. I found ice in the bottom the FC section due to the drain being clogged and when the evaporator defrosted the water had nowhere to go. Cleaned up the ice and water and advised the curstomer of my findings. They advised that the ice maker isnt working. I found that the dispenser door was broken and allowing warm air up into the ice maker area and it not harvesting. I tested the ice maker and found it not operating as designed. I am ordering the compressor, hv drier, access valve, all dispenser parts including the trim, CNOTE-3 HOUR JOB, CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION. Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher and found heating element is physically damaged but is still working. Also found dishwasher is tripping GFI a few minutes into the diagnostic cycle. Amp meter is reading 6.3 when it trips. Customer provided a long enough extension cord to connect to a non-GFI outlet. Dishwasher Will now complete a diagnostic cycle without tripping regular breaker. Customer will confirm this later with a normal cycle. GFI may need to be switched to a normal outlet.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing ice. Upon inspection found auger motor non responsive. Replaced motor and shaft. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Job complete
