"MVWB835DC5 Arrived to inspect water flow issue. Service test mode had F8E1 and F0E3 stored in memory and I cleared for testing. I found the valve assembly had been restricted and would not fill as designed. Further inspection showed the gear case had lost a significant amount of oil and required replacement. I retrieved a new gear case from the warehouse and upon installation, found it was incorrectly packaged. I retrieved a second one and completed the install. Arrived onsite for burner not igniting. On inspection there was no spark on the left back burner I gain access to the burners and found no issue with igniter. Gain access to the spark module and unplugged the wire checked for any issue with connector and found no issues. Reconnected the wire and the burner started to ignite. The wire must not been plugged all the way in. The unit is operating as designed and no gas leak was detected during service. No parts were installed.

"Arrived onsite for burners not Igniting. On inspection the center burner the flame was only by the igniter, pulled the burner apart and found grease blocking the gas ports. On the right back burner the igniter is sparking down and sideways 95% of the time and once in awhile it will spark up. Moved the igniter forward about 1/16 inch and retested with no luck. Arrived on site to test unit for unit tripping breaker. Test unit and found bake element getting 10 amps when oven is running while broiler is disconnected. Arrived onsite for a dryer stopping mid cycle. The customer showed me multiple videos of the dryer stopping and the display showing paused and saying press start to resume. I tested the dryer and found it doing the same thing. I tested the door switch when this happened and the door switch was good. I replaced the control panel and tested it again. Now the dryer will run for anywhere from 5-7 minutes and stop but the display stays on and counts down like its still running. I tested voltage at the motor relay on the control and found it opening up and not sending voltage to the motor when this happens. I found Technical Service Pointer #: W11727795 and suspect the control needs this update to fix this issue because the customer showed me another video when the control will not respond to powering on. I gave the customer the WiFi connect team number and had then download the Maytag app on their phone. The customer is going to get the unit connected to WiFi and get the update to see if this solves the issues and will call back if it doesnt. Call complete. INSTALLED W11413567 CONTROL PANEL.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator making a buzzing noise. The customer stated they turned the icemaker off and after a couple of days the noise went away. I found the fill tube leaking at the water chute allowing water to run down the back onto the fan shroud causing the fan to hit ice. I removed the ice in the unit. An inspector had claimed the machine was requiring calibration and I tested, per industry standards, the temperatures were 342, 381, 337, 375, 332, 376 and after the initial preheat, decline and recovery, the unit averaged at 5 degrees above the expected and the customer wanted to leave it as it was. The center burner would not ignite and after adjustment was fully corrected and ignited as designed. No gas leaks detected during service."

Upon arrival I verified the issue and the also that an internal fan or other item was energized, likely due to mid-timing of the interlock assembly. Further inspection revealed the wave guide cover damaged by significant over-temperature and burned completely through front the inside-out. I contacted the MFG tech line and advised of my findings. Tech Austin, SR# 7738969902. The tech recommended replacing the wave guide cover. I retrieved the wave guide cover W11193296 from the warehouse and installed it and the interlock assembly W11449274 and tested. Operational test good."

Sr#7738968002 arrived onsite and leak tested all components with bubble solution. No obvious leaking. Called techline and spoke to Bruce. Tested pressures at negative 20 and 90 psi with a running compressor and determined low pressure indicating a leak. Bruce says the unit must be nitrogen pressure tested to 140psi for 20 minutes and all joints in the whole unit leak tested with bubble solution. Office to reschedule. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop gas leak. Upon further inspection, I could not smell a gas odor when entering the home. I checked under the unit in the cabinet and could not smell gas. I removed the valve knobs and smelled and did not smell gas. I gained access to the interior of the burner box and tested all gas line connections to the orifice holders and all of the valves at the manifold using my liquid leak detector and found no gas leaks. I tested all welds on the manifold and found no leaks. I tested the gas line at the wall and regulator and where the manifold connects to the regulator and found no leaks. I recommended the customer use the unit and if they smell gas again to check under the unit in the cabinets and see if they smell gas there and to call in for service. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"WGD4850HW2 Arrived to inspect no heat. I found the issue was actually with airflow and inspected. A large mass of debris had plugged the air plenum and after removal, the unit resumed normal operation and heated and cycled as designed. No gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for range middle burner not igniting. On inspection found that the middle burner would take several seconds to ignite. On further inspection found the ignitor was sparking to the side of the burner. Repositioned the igniter to spark straight up to the burner cap and it ignites on the first spark every time. No gas leaks detected and no parts were installed on the unit.

Arrived on site to test unit for oven not working. Test unit and found oven igniting right away and oven getting to temp. Turned oven on and off and oven is igniting on the first try. Pre heated oven to 350? and unit test good. NO PARTS USED

Watched frost build up on half of evaporator, found frost continuing frost build up. Unit is operating as designed currently all components activating as designed. Arrived on site to install unit for leaking from door. Upon closer inspection found gasket still pulling out even after previous tech tried to silicone gasket to seal. "MVWB865GC0 Arrived to inspect operational issues. The customer advised the machine would not start at every attempt, and when it did start, it would shortly fail and blink as if paused. Service test mode revealed F5E1, F2E1 as the only stored errors and I cleared for testing. Inspection of the gear case area reveled the lower seal(s) had failed and oil was spread throughout the general area. After replacement of the gear case and slider, and during calibration, I found the lid lock errored at least once. Automatic mode and manual testing showed the lock not failing again. Customer mode showed the failure intermittently and the lid lock will need to be replaced. Office to order part. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W10861642 (Latch)"

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they recently had their one year inspection and was told their oven was off temps. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal couple in the center of the middle rack and tested on Baker at 350 degrees on Standard Multirack Bake. My preheat temp was 432 degrees. Next three readings were 321, 421 and 319 for an average temp of 353.6 degrees. I made recommendations for use and care and no repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"Gate #9251. Arrived on site for unit making a loud noise about 4-5 times a day. Confirmed unit is making ice proper. Good frost pattern when testing cooling. Arrived on site for washer not filling or completing cycles. Upon arrival found f8e1 in diagnostics. Found drain hose not raided and causing water to flow out of uni5 as it filled. Instruc5ed customer to add a pvc stand pipe to sit hose in to prevent siphoning. Unit works as designed. No parts installed call complete

Arrived on site to install previously ordered parts. Replaced thermostat WP3387134 and leveling feet W11025920. Test unit and observed heating cycles. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not running through cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the machine seems to run the entire load but that the clothes arent getting washed and that they think that theres an issue with the agitator. I gained access to the agitator and found the agitator completely loose and not sitting properly on the driveshaft. I removed the agitator and found that the inner spine was completely fine. I reattached the agitator in test of the unit. Found the unit working and operating as designed. Around the units are an auto test in the unit works perfectly. Call complete.

Upon disassembly of the control damper, we found the mechanism stuck halfway open. We replaced the control damper assembly and tested. In addition, customer was experiencing weak cooling issues in the RC. We found both RC gaskets were faulty. Replaced gaskets. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. Job complete"
