Adjusted igniter on front right to give it more distance from cap to produce a stronger flame, which resolve the slow lighting issue. Opened valves on front 2 knobs to allow for increased gas flow, which should resolve the issue with the orange flames. "Arrived on site for washer that’s pulling in hot water during the cold water cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Placed in service diagnostics and found an F3 E2 (inlet water temperature fault) error code. Placed unit in a manual fill test and found unit working as designed. The hot water valve was pulling in hot water and the cold water valve was pulling in cold water. Ran unit through an auto test and unit ran as designed with all phases passing all tests. I call tech line and spoke to Rick SR# 7727650522. He advised that the issue was with the thermistor in the valve and was causing the control to think the incoming water was hotter than it was, causing the unit to pull in more cold water. He advised replace the valve and wire harness if the valve did not work. Replaced valve and tested unit. Unit still filled with cold water and hot water cycle and would not actuate the hot water valve. Tested resistance again on the thermistor and found it within range.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer making banging noises. Upon further inspection, customer played a video of the unit during spin cycle and it sounded as if it were off balance and the basket banging on the side panels. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed. I manually tested high speed spin and the unit again operated as designed. I pushed down on the basket to test the suspension rods and when it popped back up, the basket moved a little. Due to the ongoing issue, I removed and replaced the suspension rods and calibrated and retested. Demonstrated to the customer that the basket is spinning steady like its supposed to. No water leaks observed during service, I made recommendations for loading the unit job completed."
