I removed the water line from the valve and water ran out of the dispenser so the line in the door is not frozen. I found voltage to the dual valve in the unit but the valve was not passing water. I replaced the dual valve again and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed. The customer has the correct water pressure. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator that had frost build up at the fresh food section. Inspected unit and work area. Found water at bottom of FF section and evaporator completely frosted over. Tested the evaporator fan and damper door in test 3 and the damper door would not close. I checked resistance for the rc thermistor and found it at 4100 ohms. I did notice the drain pan bowed due to ice damage and the liner underneath had bubbled underneath it. I called Techline and spoke to Austin SR # 7727231058. He advised to replace the evaporator cover, the damper door, drain pan, and move the defrost thermistor over to the aluminum evaporator. He advised to try and replace the drain pan first in case the bubble in the liner won’t let it fit properly. Ordering parts and will return . ; ordrng 1 W10836964 (pan-drip)"

"Arrived onsite for a washer that is not filling with water, the lock takes forever to unlock, and there is an F6E1 error displayed. I found F6E1 & F1E1 stored codes. I found the MCU burned up. The MCU needs to be replaced. Ms stated the dispenser leaks detergent into the washer and it runs down the face when the door is opened. The dispenser also needs to be replaced. The customer doesn’t want to replace the dispenser and will add detergent manually instead of using the auto function. I replaced the MCU and ran the auto diagnostics test. "(DM) Arrived on site for washer with a LF code and making noise when spinning. Inspected unit and work area. Performed diagnostics mode and tested unit operation. Heard gear case making a grinding noise when agitating. On valve test seemed to have low pressure from valve. Found drain line to far down the drain. Corrected drain line. Found hot water line leaking from the wall, shut line off and tightened the line down. Opened the line and no leaks detected shut line off again. Removed the wash plate bolt and found the wash plate seized on, could not pull off. Used wd40 to loosen the wash plate, but would still not come off. To continue repair we will have to break the wash plate to remove it and return with a new wash plate. Advised customer to not use the unit, and that we left the unit unplugged and the water lines shut off. ; ordrng 1 W10752283 (washplate) and 1 W10754158 (stator) and 1 W10754161 (rotor) and 1 W10754448 (clutch)"

"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is not heating.. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F6E4. I cleared the code and continued with testing. Using my multimeter, I tested amp draw at the junction box and the unit showed 7-9amps when the element came on during wash mode of testing and 7-9amps during the drying mode. I found that the customer is not using rinse aid as is using a Booster instead of normal detergents. I made recommendations for use and care as well as detergent recommendations and rinse aid use and referred the customer to their owners manual. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect oven temps. Upon further inspection, I found that the 3rd party inspector had tested temps with the rack in the upper most position near the sensor and not in the middle of the unit. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My reading at preheat was 423 degrees. My next five readings were 339, 383, 343, 378, 341 for an average temp of 356.8 degrees. My findings show that the unit is heating properly and requires no repairs. Job completed."

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is not cooling properly in the ff section. I called Techline and spoke to Sterling SR # 7727217298. He had me run through some various checks. One issue found was a bowed drain pan. He advised we will need to replace that in order to finish repairs. When we come back, he advised to ohm out the thermistor and ensure it’s between 3000 ohms if around 70 degrees or higher if cooler temperature. He also advised to check for broken tabs on the evaporator cover where the air tower sits and check for the evaporator leaning into the evaporator cover. If all check good, the drain pan will be the only repair. Ordering drain pan and will return with current parts.. ; ordrng 1 W10836964 (pan-drip)"

Arrived onsite for refrigerator that won’t make ice. Inspected unit and work area. Removed icemaker cover and jumped the ice maker. The icemaker would not move. Replaced ice maker and unit began to move. Spoke to Rich SR # 7727221961 and then Adrian. Rich advised to replace the HV board and tested the fill valve for restriction. I tested the fill valve from the dual valve water line and found it restricted. I tried to steam out the debris or ice and was unsuccessful. Spoke to Adrian back at Techline again and he advised to replace the fill tube as well. Ordering control board and fill tube ; ordrng 1 W11043763 (cntrl-elec) and 1 W11415785 (ICE MAKER FILL TUBE)
