Arrived onsite for washer that wont latch. Upon inspection I found F5E1 error and an error for stuck button. I could not recreate any issues with the latch or UI. Both working as designed. I did find the units water supply was turned off. I heard the unit making a loud scratching noise while agitating so in lifted the unit and inspected the drive system. I found gearcase oil leaking from the rotor stator area and spraying around the inner walls. Remove the drain hose from the garbage disposal and found no water running through it when it was attempting to drain. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. Checked underneath the unit and did not find any burn marks. Tested the unit in a manual spin and agitation. Found the shifter not shifting into the agitation. Removed bottom cover and found the actuator and cam not connected. Replaced both cam and actuator and tested unit. Unit began working as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator still cooling, but not lights on inside and UI not responding. Upon further inspection, Senior tech PR and myself tested several connections to the hv control, UI, power board, deli control, and LED control and found that we were getting proper voltage to the deli control, but not getting proper voltage at the door hinge harness. After testing all points of VDC, we testing continuity and ohms to the harness at the hinge with the harness at the control and found that the black wire at the hinge to control was not showing continuity which is the reason the UI is not coming on and interior lights arent working. This tells us that the harness is damaged within the chassis.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the water not dispensing. Upon further inspection when I pressed the paddle at the dispenser I could not her the valve activate. I checked the voltage t the valve while the paddle was depressed and found 120V but again no sound or activation at the valve. I replaced the valve and then tested it again. The valve was not initiating but still no water came out. I jumped the filter housing and found very little water coming out and it sprayed out almost if it was jammed. Arrived onsite for washer making loud clicking noise during Spin. I ran diagnostics and found error codes for motor rotating counter clockwise and a latch fault. I ran auto diagnostics and found that in spin the unit would make a loud clicking screeching noise. I lifted the unit and found the drive belt cutting into the pulley shield. I found the pulley nut loose and the pulley wheel wobbly. I called techline and we did a video call. I lowered the leveling feet. Techline recommended replacing the gearcase belt and pulley. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. Upon inspection I found the condenser fan running but I could not hear the compressor. I accessed the compressor cavity on the rear and found it extremely hot to the touch. I could hear the start device clicking every so often. I cycled power and took an amp draw on the compressor when the start device clicks. I found an amp draw of 7.5 at the start device then it would drop out. As per PR since I have to start device on me he recommended I replace it to see if the compressor would kick on. It did not. I am ordering the sealed system components for the repair. Arrived on site for Dryer turns off every 10 min. Tested voltage at the wall and was getting 240. Confirmed with customer that they were using timed dry when the dryer was shutting off after ten minutes and they stated they were using timed dry. Checked harness at terminal block and dryer was installed correctly. Ran dryer for 25 minutes without issue. Removed UI and inspected control. One of the diodes looked like it may not have been soldered properly. Removed control and installed new control. Ran dryer for another 15 minutes and dryer is heating as designed. Job completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which sounded like the condenser coil vibrating when the compressor is on. I removed the front toeplate and found the foam spacer was worn and the condenser coil vibrating on the chassis bar underneath it. Using some sealant pad from my van stock (W11113654), I placed some in between the coil and the bar and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator leaking from dispenser and then dispensing very slow trickle of water. Examined unit and found a slow stream of water coming from the filter head. Replaced filter head. When I removed the unit to replace the filter head, I found a kink in the inlet line causing the slow dispensing. Removed kink with pliers and taped line to back of fridge to keep it from kinking again. Tested unit and found water is now dispensing as normal. No water leaks found. Call complete."
