Ran unit and attempted to put directly to drain. Could hear unit draining, but fairly slowly. Filled sink to watch it drain, and found even the sink is draining slow. Drain pump is good, but customer seems to have a restriction in the plumbing / or dirty disposal that needs a thorough cleaning. Advised to contact a plumber to further identify where the slowing and stoppage is occurring. Issue need to be resolved by plumber.
