Arrived on site for washer leaking and not cycling properly. Upon arrival I found unit only had an F8e1 indicating long/no fill issue. Upon further inspection I found the water inlet valve had cracked and was leaking water everywhere. After replacing the inlet valve I was able to assemble the unit and after a factory reset I was able to run a manual diagnostics test on each cycle and verifyied unit could hold a tub of water and agitation then drain and spin with no leaks. Call complete

Arrived onsite and replaced timer. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on site and found lower door gasket torn as previously diagnosed. After replacing unit gasket I ran a test cycle in normal operation.

Arrived on site for washer giving off balance error code. Upon arrival I was able to confirm the off balanced load in diagnostics. After replacing the support rods so I could further test the functionality of washer I then found unit was grinding during the spin cycle. I then found bearing kit was the cause of noise. While trying to repair needed bearing kit I found the screw mounting the rotor was stripped and not able to be removed. At this point the unit would need a full rebuild in order to be repaired. Unit also is starting to show signs of rust around a lot of the inner cavity of washer cabineT

"Arrived on site for a washer that?s not completing cycles after a wash cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that if he places the unit into a rinse and spin, the unit still will not complete the cycle. However if he put it into a drain and spin, it will complete. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water fill) error code. Tested the unit in a manual Phil and found the cold water valve not pulling in any water. Remove the hose off the back of the washer and found water pressure at the wall. Replaced water valve and tested unit. Unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed outer tub. Upon completion of repairs including the suspension rods as well I was able to reassemble and test washer and verified unit is fully functioning as designed during fill agitation and drain. I did however find that when washer is draining into stand pipe, the water is then back flowing back up through a drain hole in the floor of laundry room indicating that there is a clog within plumbing of hom near the washer room. I was able to replicate and inform customer of the issue and verified they would need a plumber before washer can be safely used. Call complete"

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not functioning. Upon arrival I found unit had a lot of wear and tear from over the years. The kick plate is missing screws, the float switch was stuck due to water sediment build up, and the motor was stuck not allowing unit to properly turn on or cycle through settings.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine getting a F9E1 error code. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit would drain fine, but it would sit there and drain for 10-15 minutes intermittently. He also stated it runs through a cycle fine. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F3E1 for water level system error and F5E2 for door lock error. I ran a test cycle and the unit drained for a significant amount of time at the end. During the test cycle I found a significant amount of suds. I gained access to the water level sensor, pressure hose, and air trap. I found the sensor good, and the air trap full of suds. I cleaned out the suds. I found the customer over soaping the unit. I took out the soap cartridge and ran another test cycle. This time the unit drained as designed. I also found the door lock working as designed. I advised the customer on proper soap usage via user care guide and to run a clean cycle with the afresh tablets they have to clean out excess soap residue. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s frosting up inside the refrigerator section and dripping water into the shelving inside the dispenser door. Inspected unit and work area. Found the ice door gaskets on both sides mangled causing the issue with airflow getting into the icemaker and I spin. Tested icemaker functions to ensure that they weren?t having any leaks coming from the icemaker. All checked good. "Arrived on site for washer not completing cycles and causing a burning smell. Upon arrival into diagnostics and found an F2 E1 as well as an F7e6 area code One of which indicated a stuck UI button in the other indicated an open circuit within the motor. Upon further diagnostics I found underneath the washer that somehow the O-ring to the cam assembly had come detached from the actuator/shifter but there was no visibly broken damage or any indication as to what caused the incident except for the fact that unit was off balance again due to unfinished flooring within garage causing unit to rock back and forth. I ended up re-attaching the cam to the actuator and I really leveled the unit and adjusted the washer to make sure that it was not gonna rock back-and-forth during agitation or spin. I then called whirlpool techline and spoke with Rich sr#7730388854 And documented my findings with techline they advised that due to the unit having a previously repaired and brand new gear case and actuator as well as cam assembly as well as other components underneath the washer that at this point it could have been a mix of how it was repaired as well as the off-balance low that it was having that could lead to the incident they recommend after final testing with him on the phone that the unit is functioning as designed and requires no further repairs but that if the unit does cause this issue to happen again they wouldnt recommend a new actuator in gear case. At this point unit is fully functioning as designed and was not giving any burning smells while on site call complete.F2e1, f7e6"

"I called Techline and spoke to Joel SR# 7729650042. He advised since the thermistors showed the unit to be in the range of the temps recorded, the issue would have to be with a sealed system issue. They advised that if the unit did not have a defrost issue and the thermistors were reading correctly, the unit would have to have a leak or a failing compressor. Spoke to CS and was advised to order the refrigerator side evaporator due to a prior defrost issue in the refrigerator compartment. Ordering parts and office will need to contact customer about her reschedule date if authorization is given. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator making a loud noise. The customer stated the noise is coming from the FC and can hear it in the vents in the RC. She also stated it is not cooling properly and the IM are no longer working. I tested temps and found the FC at 23?F and the RC at 38?F. I attempted to get the unit into diagnostics mode but the UI was freezing up. Once I got the unit into diagnostics I found the FC thermistor open, and I tried to force defrost in the FC and it did not turn on. I gained access to the FC evap and found significant frost build up. I found the noise coming from frost build up on the ice box fan. I found the thermistors in the FC open and needing to be replaced. I will need to order the harness and replace. I ordered the harness with the thermistor and office will need to reschedule.

"Arrived on site and inspected range and found cooktop surface is broken on the corner. Found burner Assembly screws are rusted and or missing on the front right burner, front left burner, and possibly the Right rear burner. Screws will need to be drilled out and the orifice holders would need to be replaced in order to reassemble the cooktop surface.

Customer explained that heating was not the issue but instead the dryer was running too long and items inside were dry. Tested moisture sensor and it is operating as designed. Found front left leg was not lowered. Lowered front left leg and dryer now sits evenly on the tiled floor allowing clothes to make proper contact with the moisture sensor. Job completed.

Upon further inspection, I found a large block of ice that had formed under the ice bin from the ice maker leaking water and it running down the ice bin door and settling under the ice bin. I tested the ice maker in test 57 and it harvested as designed. Tested in test 45 and it filled and did not overflow.I will replace the UI and leave the unit upon return service. Arrived on site for Not Heating - Electric Dryer. Ran temps and dryer was not heating with hose off or on. Tested continuity on the thermal fuse and it tested faulty. No evidence of water build up in dryer vent as discovered during a previous repair. Removed thermal fuse and installed new thermal fuse. Dryer heating as designed. Customer stated the vents were recently cleaned again and a good amount of lint came out of the duct during cleaning. Air flow was good while testing. Job completed.

Arrived on site for refrigerator light not operating. Tested and inspected unit and found failed LED module. Removed failed part and replaced with new from stock. Tested unit and all operations are normal. No water leaks present at time of service.

Arrived on site for dishwasher still throwing F9E1 error code. Upon further inspection I found water in the tub and I manually drained the unit. The unit drained as designed. I inspected the drain line and found it not clogged and routed correctly. I gained access to the drain and found it still in good shape and with no loose connections. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a test cycle and it ran through as designed and drained at the end. I found that the vent was motor was throwing the unit off when running a normal cycle. We will need to order the vent was motor and replace it. Arrived on site for washer showing error code f21. I inspected the unit and work area. I found standing water in the washer tube. I removed the water and inspected drain filter. I found the drain filter completely clogged. I removed the debris in the drain filter. I tested the unit and found it draining properly. I spoke to the customer about the repair.
