Water is slowly dripping from the dispenser spigot. I tested the dispenser and after stopping dispensing, there was a water bubble at the tip of the spigot. I am ordering the water tube that goes from the hinge to the spigot, spigot, and water reducing valve/tubing. I will return with the dual valve. "On site for washer that would not drain. Inspected unit and work area. Please do not in service diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) and F5 E1 (lid lock fault). Tested unit in a manual test and was able to lock the lid, agitate,and spin. However, when draining, I was unable to hear any water drain or buzz. Removed old drain pump and found rug bits clogging up he drain pump. Removed debris and replaced drain pump. Tested uNit in an auto test and manual test. Unit is now working as designed."

Place unit in an auto test and heard the agitator spending a little freely during the agitation. Open the washer and found wash plate not fully seated down and bolt unscrewed. Tightened up wash plate screw and tested unit in auto test. Unit operated as designed. Customer,era explained this issue happened in a normal cycle and did not happen in the diagnostics last time either. Customer advised that the smell has kind of gone away and was advised to turn off the refrigerator until repair but that he had no other refrigerator to keep his items cold so he kept the refrigerator on. He stated that the smell had gone away mostly but just wanted to be sure that there was nothing wrong with the unit. Customer stated that it was originally in his refrigerator but that he smelt it also in his freezer section. Arrived on site for dryer burning smell and door seal coming off. Pulled unit from wall and found vent is crushed. Performed temperature test at vent with vent off and found cycling within range. Inspected terminal block and found no signs of burn. Removed back panel and found clean and no burn. Removed front panel and found clean and no burn. Called whirlpool safety and spoke with teresa (SR# 7727166206) was instructed to have customer have vent replaced and have venting going out cleaned. Instructed customer on this. Inspected loose seal and found coming off. Placed high heat glue where needed and reseated seal. Left unit unplugged and instructed not to use unit venting issue is resolved. No other repairs are needed at this time.

"Arrived on site for cooktop that won’t turn on. Inspected unit and work area. Customer had unit turned off and flipped on the breaker for it. And it began to show an F47. I removed the top and started doing my checks. I advised the customer that the tech sheet was wanting me to replace the connector cord between the UI and IPC module prior to any further repair. I also explained that if he wanted, I could test the fuses as well to ensure that was not the issue with the EMI board.

"arrived on site to inspect washer not draining. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and the basket/drum full of water. Also found that the top outlet had shorted and was burnt. I tested voltage to the top & bottom outlets and found they both have 125V. Customer advised that the dryer (gas) was plugged into the top outlet and I verified that by inspecting the cord and found it was burnt. I plugged the washer into the bottom outlet and pressed the start button for 5 seconds and the drain pump came on and drained the water out of the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed. I recommended that the customer have a certified electrician inspect/replace the outlet due to safety. Made recommendations for use & care. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for washer that was not fully,spinning out clothes. Performed diagnostic and cycle tests. After a brief fill unit was filled with a large amount of suds. Filled tub and tested drain and drain was moving water at a normal volume and not failing to drain. Readjusted drain hose to make sure it wasn’t siphoning water. Tested spin and found drum spinning at high RPm as normal and showing no signs of failure. Blew out pressure hose to clear any suds remaining. Advised customer on machine care and cleaning to prevent suds buildup. . No water leaks found at time of service call complete."
