"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker concerns. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice dispenser paddle was broken. I found that the arm that holds the spring was broken. I pulled the unit out from the wall to unplug it and found a large wet rust spot on the back panel in the upper right corner. I felt of the area and it appears that soon the rust will eat completely through the back panel which will create more issues for the unit, at which point, will not be repairable. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that the unit does not have insulation in that area and is sweating badly and if it causes any cooling/defrost issues with the unit, it is not repairable. I removed and replaced the dispenser module and tested and it operated as designed. I recommended that the customer contact their extended warranty and advise of the issue with the back of the unit. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on a normal wash and it began to dispense water into the tub, but when the motor was to come on, the unit shut down and showed error code LE. "Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed part. On arrival customer complained that unit had removed paint off of a 25 year coffee cup. Recommend to not put any coffee cups with paint on it. Customer also stated unit gets to hot in drying cycle. Inspected unit and work area and found improper insulation (see SD-QUICKPIC). Will need to pull unit to repair. Informed customer that I would not be able to install mounting screws due to chance running screws through countertop. Removed unit and power. Removed failed sump assembly and installed new. Installed unit and corrected drain line. Performed diagnostics mode and monitored test cycle. Tested amp draw to element and found within range. All tested good, no water leaks detected. Spoken with customer on user care guide."

"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with no water coming in. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that very little water was going into the unit. I found the water valve under the sink was turned off. I turned the water on and placed the unit in diagnostics and no water was entering. I found the main water line/hose was kinked in between the unit leg and the cabinet. Once I unlinked the hose, the water began to flow properly and the unit operated as designed. When I opened the unit door, I found where the door hinge was badly rubbing against the chassis. I found where both front legs were badly bent inward. I attempted to correct the legs but it didn’t work. I am ordering the tub and will return with all prescreened parts ad ordering a CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. "arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and orders parts. Upon arrival, i found that the cooktop sits above an oven and the oven would have to be pulled from the cabinets to service the cooktop. I tested the burners and found the two left burners would not adjust to the lowest setting. I was able to get the two right burners to adjust. I pulled the oven from the cabinets and when I went to replace the back left burner, I found that the part ordered was the wrong part so I removed and replaced the manifold and checked for any gas leaks using liquid leak detector. Reassembled the unit and adjusted the flames on all burners. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator making a constant buzzing noise. Mr stated the noise was coming from the top of the unit and had a recording of the noise. The noise was a fan hitting ice. Mr stated the noise lasted for 4 days then started getting quiet again yesterday and today there is no noise. I found a small amount of ice on the FC evaporator cover but the fan sounded normal. I tested the defrost thermistor and the FC thermistor and both passed. I ran a forced defrost and found the heater working. I ran the RC fan and the icemaker fan and both sounded normal. I found the FC temp at 0 degrees and working fine. I cannot find any issues with the unit at this time. Call complete.
