Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the issue is not with the unit making ice but with the unit not dispensing ice. He stated that he can hear the motor turning but the ice wont fall out. I tested the unit and did find a few cubes dropping but the Dispenser motor having a hard time pushing through the ice. I inspected the ice container and found pieces of melted plastic inside the ice container impeding the blades to continue to turn. Ordering the ice container and rescheduled the customer to 7/30. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the refrigerator section seems to be somewhat cooling now, but it took three days for the unit to actually cool. He advised that his freezer section will not freeze items and that it took four days for a bottle of ice water to freeze. I checked the door gaskets and found the door gaskets were sealing properly. I did find gaps in the liner on both the refrigerator and freezer sections. I took temperature of the freezer section and found it at 30?F and dropped to 27?F within 15 minutes. I gained access to the compressor and took an amp draw off the compressor. I found the compressor hot to touch and pulling .8 A, I checked the suction tube from the condenser and found minimal heat coming from the condenser side indicating an inefficient compressor. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that the unit will intermittently work and not work but that they are having a hard time getting the unit to start a cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I attempted to start a cycle 10 separate times and found the unit start every single time. I had the customer explain how they were starting the cycle and he advised that his wife is generally the one who does it, but he was unsure as to how she attempts to start the cycle. I called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Butch SR# 7739553736. He advised that this model specifically has various sensitive controls where you need to press the start button and hold it until all the lights go across. He said that since I have not been able to replicate the issue, the problem would have to be with the way the customer is trying to start the unit. He advised to make no repairs at this time and to instruct the customer on how to start the cycle. I informed the husband on how to do that and the unit is working and operating as designed. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making noises during the drain and spin portion of the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she does not know exactly whats happening, but that during the spin and drain, it makes a loud, grinding noise that you can hear outside. I ran the unit through an auto test and confirmed the sound when the unit was trying to slow down. I gained access underneath and found the cam, completely stripped due to overloading. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice. After speaking with the customer she stated it was making ice beautifully for a week after I replaced the icemaker. However after that week the icemaker stopped producing ice.i temped the freezer to be at 2 degrees. I ran thermistor test on all sensors and all tested good. I tested the VDC from the main control to the icemaker thermistor and it tested good. The icemaker was giving a E5 error again and wouldnt go into harvest by itself. I replaced the icemaker again. Call complete. INSTALLED W11658802 ICE MAKER. No water leaks present at time of service.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling in the RC, but freezer is good. Unit was unplugged at time of service. I did plug in the unit and observe. I did not hear the evap fan come on. Removed cover and found fan was bound /loose plug because once I adjusted the motor positioning and plugged it back in the fan fired up and started blowing as it should. Unit working as designed with no parts needed. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven that goes dead. Customer clarified that the issue is as follows - They will set the oven to a cook cycle. After 30 or so seconds the unit shuts off and goes black. Customer goes outside, and breaker is NOT tripped, but they reset it anyways and this powers the unit back on. When they do this, they can complete a bake cycle with no issues. Issue repeats the next time they use it. I could not duplicate the issue on my arrival, and I did get it to bake to 400. I called tech line, SR7739549858. I advised this feels like the breaker is internally tripping L1, but it's not throwing the switch. Unit wiring shows the oven light should still be on even with a dead console. Tech line concurs that this sounds like the breaker is tripping internally and cutting L1, but not throwing the switch. Advised to contact builder if issue repeats to have the breaker swapped out, otherwise if we return the unit MUST be in a failure state. No parts or repairs recommended at this time. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was not cooling. On arrival unit was barely cool. I checked for dye from the previous SS repair, and found a good amount of dye on the sleeve previously installed. Pressure was low as well. Evacuated system and redid the lower solder on the sleeve. Vacuumed down and verified unit is no longer leaking from that spot. Vacuum held good and I lost no pressure. Charged to spec and turned on. Verified unit started cooling and compressor sounded healthy. I did notice that the compressor and evap fan would shut off very quickly after powering on. "Arrived on site for a range that is getting really hot when the oven is used. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that the cooktop on the left-hand side specifically is getting really hot whenever that she uses the oven and it is hot enough to wear. It almost burns her. I did advise the customer that on the left-hand side of the cooktop, is where the oven vent out through and can cause this issue. I referenced service pointer W11544031 for surface temperature limits and showed her that this will happen especially if she uses the oven for extended periods of time. I did advise her that it will not affect the functionality of the machine, but to be careful around that venting area when in use. The unit is working and operating as design. Call complete. The unit has been flashing an F6 E1 (UI cannot hear the ACU) error code when the unit is in use. The customer also advised that the water at his house has been shut off from the city due to work on a water line. I ran into into diagnostics and confirmed that error code. The customer also explained that the screen top of the user interface is not secured and is allowing water to accumulate in the user interface area. He was able to pull back the top of the consul, indicating an issue. I went ahead and replaced the user interface, control, and console. Due to no water supply, I was unable to run the unit for a diagnostic check, but did find the unit was turning on and operational. Advise the customer to contact us back if any other issues persist. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that has condensation in multiple places. Customer showed me that the vertical mullion and the mullion above the pull out middle drawer had a lot of condensation in them. I measured the humidity in the room and found it sits between 63 - 71%. The unit is in a utility room with a vent that does not directly blow on it, and is about 3 or so feet from the garage door. Called tech line who advised to turn on the mullion heaters to 100%, and turn off sensor mode. I set mullion heaters to 100% on, and advised that the conditions of this room are more humid than the other fridge in the house, which was at 60% or less humidity. Mullion heaters being on should fully resolve issues. No parts needed. Call completed."

"Arrived onsite for front panel with a dent. On inspection the dent was on the very far left side. Installed a new panel onto the unit. I tested the burners and 4 out of 6 had issues igniting, adjusted all the burners and now they are igniting on the 2 to 3 spark. "Spoke to TL 7739542549. Advised of RF LF and LRburners no longer operating after replacing LF valve 2x and holder orifice. Unit was converted to LP. Advised to order all gas parts for possible debris in gas lines as well as possible bad regulator. Ordering regulator W11590292, gas-tubing W11628651, manifold assy incl valves W11509597, LR orifice tubing W11590060, RR tubing W11590248, LF tubing W11590058, RF tubing W11590059, and conversion spuds W11620555 office to reschedule due to parts availability. On arrival verified complaint of leaking water. Found drain hose was sitting on the floor. Put drain hose back in pipe and secured with zip tie as best I could. Drain and water lines are far apart. Advised customer of improper install and potential of drain hose coming back out. Pictures are in quick pics and customer signed the water and improper install waivers. Ran diag mode and filled with water. Confirmed no water is leaking anymore. Ran all components and unit is working correctly job complete no parts installed.

Arrived on site for a range that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise that the cooktop works but that the control does not power on. He has check to make sure that there is voltage going to the unit. I did confirm the customers complaint and found proper voltage and polarity. I replaced the control and tested the unit. I found the unit power on and activate both bake and broil elements. The unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11620481.

Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. I replaced the door handle and the right hand door gasket. After replacing the door gasket I used my heat gun to smooth out the wrinkles to ensure a good seal. The door gasket is sealing and the handle is snug. Call complete. Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed ice production. Found frozen fill spout. Thawed fill spout to repair. Found slow ice production. No errors. Ran 57 and 45 and found base functions operating as designed. All checks good. Advised customer on findings. No parts

Arrived on site to test unit for little/no ice. Found no stored error codes. Ice maker completed harvest. Ice maker fan engaging. Ice maker filled properly. Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking from left front of the unit. Test unit and found unit is not leveled and leaning left and that where customer said water was coming from. Leveled unit and removed front door panel and started unit to test for any leaks. Ran unit for 20-30 minutes no leaks present at this time. Job complete. NO PARTS USED.

Arrived on site to inspect unit for broken door gasket. Upon closer inspection found gasket ripping apart found gasket brought was mismatching color asked customer whether she would be fine with mismatched door gaskets. Customer requested to order correct parts. Will need to order gaskets and return. Rescheduled for 7/29; ordrng 2 W10830162 (GREY GASKET)s and 1 W11556926 (Icemaker) and 1 W11024089 (Fan motor) and 1 W11524655 (Valve)

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not spinning. Upon arrival found units stuck on spin cycle. Placed unit into diagnostic cycle during agitating unit just buzzed didnt actually spin wash plate. Found gearcase slipped up causing unit to not shift or engage properly. Replaced gearcase, tested unit, still heard buzzing inspected capacitor again unit checks out but found wire loose will need to order harness and return. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for gas leak.used bubble solution to inspect various connection points of gas line, pictures included. Found no visible signs of gas leak. Waited 10 minutes to see if any type of gas smell was coming from unit. Confirmed burners igniting and burning correctly, picture included. Confirmed bake element was igniting all orifice holes and operating correctly, picture included. Slight smell wen bake first started, vent fan on speed one dissipated smell within 30 seconds as vent is designed to do and the slight smell is completely normal at beginning of cycle whether it be burners or bake a slight smell will be present which is why vents are required by code. No leaks present at this time. Job complete. NO PARTS USED."

"WCG55US0HS05 Arrived on site for gas smell and cooktop not igniting. Upon arrival, found no voltage present on the designated outlet (photo attached). Customer stated the gas smell is present because spark module was not igniting. Ran extension cord to a working outlet and now unit is functioning as designed. Spoke with Lucretia from Safety SR# 7739515827 to document issue. No parts replaced"

"WTW500CMW0 Arrived on site for unit slowly filling. Upon arrival, customer stated the unit never filled with water. Proceeded to test water from the home and has good pressure. Proceeded to replace W11627513 water valve assy. Ran diagnostics and passed. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time."

"Arrived on site to inspect ice maker not producing ice. Upon initial inspection found the water supply to be fairly weak. I removed the water filter and observed the water flow. I was able to reestablish the water flow to its normal operation after removing filter. I continued to monitor the functions of the ice machine. All functions are operating as designed. I advised the customer to monitor the iceproduction for the next 2 days before installing a new filter. I advised that if the new filter continues to restrict water flow, then advised customer to call back. No water leaks observed during service. No parts used"

Arrived on site for ice machine that has stopped producing ice. Upon initial inspection found that the drain cap was loose. I tightened the cap so I could proceed with diagnostics. I placed the unit into diagnostics and ran through all functions. All functions tested good. Placed unit in consumer mode and ran a test cycle. Monitored all functions throughout the test cycle and all functions are operating without issues and unit made its first batch of ice. Customer will monitor production for 24 to 48hr. No water leaked observed during service. No parts used.

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with error code F8E4. Upon further inspection found some water in the drip tray. Proceeded to run a test to find source of water overflow. Could not replicate to overflow. No damage to seals or tub observed. Upon further inspection found the drain hose installed without a high loop. Instructed customer on proper detergent use. If problem persists we will need to gain access to the whole exterior of the machine. In the current state the unit in sitting below the floor level snd cannot be removed without altering the hardwood floor. Unit would have to made accessible if return visit is required. No water leaked observed during service. No parts used.
