"Arrived on site to inspect washer not draining. Upon further inspection, customer said they cleaned the drain hoses and removed the drain filter and cleaned it and unit continues to not drain. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the drain pump and it operated as designed. Tilted the unit back and removed the drain filter and the pump was clear. Reinstalled the filter and checked the drainage area in the bellow and found it clogged with debris & water. Removed the debris and tested in diagnostics again and the unit continued to operate as designed. I recommended that the customer wash a load and see what happens and if it doesnt drain to call the office and schedule return service.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to water overflowing into the RC bottom section from the evaporator drip pan, the previous tech ordered a drain tube with P trap. I pulled the unit and inspected the drain tube at the back of the unit and found a small amount of insulation debris inside. Cleared the tube and reinstalled it and sealed the gap with silicone. Disassembled the RC section and cleared the ice/water from the bottom panel and evap drip pan and tested the drain tube and the unit is operating as designed. Using my steamer, I sprayed hot water and steam down the drain tube to clean it out. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed.

"Arrived on site and inspected range and found breaker is off, after resetting it Found bake will turn on, broil will turn on, and all elements except the right rear will turn on and are operating normally. Found the right rear infinite switch has dropped down into the control panel, there is a single brass mounting nut that holds it in place and it is off. This is causing a Short when it is turned on that trips the breaker. after resetting infinite switch confirmed this element is also working properly. Breaker did not trip with all elements on and bake and broil running. Job complete"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator needing a previously diagnosed sealed system repair. Union arrival I found unit plugged in but I couldnt find any signs of oil. But dryer was cold and the compressor was to hot to even be able to touch it. Found both fans running and condenser coil was clean and not frost was on the evap coil. I then proceeded with installing a new compressor, ui dryer, and coupler. After I was able to pull a vacuum for 15 minutes then added 4.9 oz of refrigerant as designed for unit. I then ran fridge for 15 minutes and found coil frosting over in freezer and pressures at 0 low side and 150 on the high side. Informed customer to give 24 hrs to cool. Call complete"

"Arrived on site for HEATED UP AND DINGED WHEN 'READY' BUT DIDNT FEEL LIKE IT WAS AT 425. IF IT DID REACH DESIRED IT DID NOT MAINTAIN TEMP. TURNED OFF AND TRIED TO TURN BACK ON AND WOULD NOT REIGNITE. Removed warming drawer and found pans stacked up fairly high. Removed drawer and vacuumed floor underneath oven to clear dirt and debris. Set to 350 preheat and used thermocouple to take temps. Bake igniter lit first click. First high temp was 375. Low temp was 326. Second high temp was 366. Low temp was 325. Third high temp was 368. Low temp was 326. Ran another set of temps at 425 preheat and got 446,402. 441,397. 438,399. Customer stated she will not store as much in the warming drawer and keep an eye on any build up of dirt and debris going forward to allow for good air flow underneath oven. Oven heating as designed."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection I I found that the upper and lower racks were completely rusted and falling apart. The lower wash arm assembly was visibly broken and not working. The tub also had several inches of standing water in it. I tried to run a cycle and it would work on nothing except light wash. The unit would not drain and would just continue to fill. I tested voltage at the terminal block and it was good. I then tested voltage at the pump and found none. I turned the unit off and ohmd out harness and pump. The pump read open and the harness read good. This indicates a bad timer and pump. The unit needs both racks, wash arm, timer, and pump/motor replacement. Other components may be bad, but need to replace parts for further diagnosis. Ordering all parts and waiting for approval to install. Office to reschedule after approval.; ordrng 1 WD22X10055 (Wash Arm) and 1 WD28X10369 (Upper Rack) and 1 WD28X10284 (Lower Rack)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator fan noises and unit showing PO on UI control. Upon further inspection, I checked temps in the FC=6 degrees and RC=37 degrees. I found ice in the bottom of the FC section. Pulled unit from the wall onto my floor protector and inspected the drain tube and found a small gap that I sealed with silicone. Put the unit back in place and disassembled the FC section and removed the ice. I found where there was condensation on the top section of the freezer and once I removed the evap cover, I found a large block of ice in the upper right corner of the evaporator which is an indicator that the FC door had been left open for a period of time. I removed the ice from the evaporator and cleaned off the condensation from the FC section and reassembled the freezer section. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"
