"arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, once I was able to get the unit in diagnostics, it showed error code F11. Once the unit began testing, it continued to fill more than halfway up the door then the drain pump came on and drained the water and the display showed error code F24. There was lots of suds inside as well. I retested the unit and even without the suds, it filled 3/4 way up the door then the drain pump kicked on again and again showed error code F24. I contacted Techline and spoke to Robert and advised of my findings. Robert advised that F11 is the ACU error code. While talking to Techline, error code F07 showed on the display. Robert advised to replace the ACU and to order it from Plainfield, Indiana to make sure to get the correct control and to replace the WL sensor and hose. Provided File #7727450980. I am ordering control, sensor, and hose and CNOTES-ORDER CONTROL FROM PLAINFIELD, IN, 2 MAN JOB & 2 HOUR JOB.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator leaking water all on the inside and had leaked from the rear and sprayed water on the walls. Ms stated the Pulte people turned the water off to the unit. I turned the water on and checked the hose connections at the wall and the refrigerator. All were tight and not leaking. I removed the covered from the filter head and the reservoir and ran the dispenser. No water leaks were found. I cycled the ice maker and found the fill tube spraying water out of the top of the unit. There is a split in the fill tube. I took pics of some water damage caused on the wall.
