"arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking. Customer advised that water was coming from underneath on the left side of the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-diverter lost position. Cleared the code and continued with testing. After approximately 30 seconds into testing, the unit began to leak at the diverter housing area. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and retested. Unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Part/labor have 1 year warranty."

"Arrived on site to diagnose several washers not spinning out water. Units were draining, but clothes remained wet. Found various error codes, usually either F7E1 for basket speed error. Lock tested good, and unit is completing diagnostic cycle. Found unit was vibrating heavily and sounded clunky.
