Side mount brackets are compressing sides of tub and making door difficult to open and close. Was able to pull dishwasher forward 2 inches which released pressure on sides and door will open and close properly now. Due to spacing dishwasher cannot be pulled out completely. Showed builder that Installation will need to be corrected and space will need to be added, currently dishwasher could not be uninstalled to do any necessary repairs. Job complete"

Ran ice maker fill test and no water entering the ice maker. Accessed the fill tube below the freezer door and found it badly kinked. Removed connector and ran fill, water is getting to the tube but cannot pass through. Cut out kinked portion of tubing. Reconnected to connector and ran fill test. All functions are normal and no leaks present after repair. Informed customer that kick plate just barely attaches on left side with new routing of tube. Also placed paper towel below bottom of door and advised to check for any leaks over next few days.

Upon further inspection, I tested the ice maker and found the motor had stopped 1/4 way through harvest. I found a piece of ice was wedged in between the tines. Using my jumper wire, I got the IM to harvest but the motor was jumping. I removed and replaced the ice maker and retested. Unit is operating as designed. WASHER MAYTAG MVWB765FW3 "Arrived on site for a washer that’s making a rattling sound as it goes through a spin. Inspected unit and work area. Checked suspension, stater, and agitator. All checked good. Checked the level of the machine and found the unit leaning to the back far enough for the tub to be leaning against the back wall. Adjusted the feet and tested the unit in an auto cycle and manual high speed spin. Unit ran as designed. I called Techline and spoke to Chris SR# 7727992999. He advised that based off my findings, that the unit seemed to be operating as designed and that the issue could have just been the unit being unlevel. He advised to make no repairs and that the o key other issue when it comes to rattling would be a customer loading issue or what the client would have around the unit. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found that the unit began clicking during high speed spin cycle. I replaced the (W10811956) gear case and (W10734521) slider assembly. There is no longer a noise in high speed spin cycle and there were no leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Upon further inspection, customer advised that they were baking a pie and approximately one hour after turning the unit off, it was still warmer than it should be. I removed the unit from the wall and tested voltage to the upper and lower bake & broil elements and got 246V. Verified voltage to the TOD as well. I checked for error codes and there were none. I contacted techline and spoke to Leon and advised of the customer complaint and my findings. Leon advised that due to no findings ad no errors found to not replace any parts ad provided file #7727996987. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WFW6620HW0 Arrived on site for washer that is leaking on the bottom of the unit intermittently and not draining out all the water intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the leaking issue is intermittent and generally happens on heavier loads. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found an F0E5(off balance load) error code. Ran unit through an auto test and found the drain pump buzzing but barely pushing water out. Found unit slightly leaking from the drain hose on the back where it connects due to a poor connection. Replaced drain pump and adjusted the hose. Tested he unit through an auto cycle and manual tests and unit ran as designed. Call complete.

Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and the water came out slowly. Removed the filter and placed a bypass in the filter head and retested. Water came out as designed, but when putting the bypass in there was no suction. Tested the ice maker and it failed. Also found the FC evaporator drain tube clogged causing water to ice up in the bottom of the FC and water spill out the door.I removed and replaced the ice maker and filter head/reservoir and cleared the evaporator drain tube. Tested all components and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL ED27DQXXN02 Arrived onsite for the refrigerator section not cooling. During testing found that the Evaporator fan was not on. I removed the evaporator cover and found that the fan was spinning slowing and when I removed the cover all the way out the fan started working properly. Found that the evap fan was not installed correctly and it out of alignment. Also found that the neutral wire to the fan had a Knick and grounding out on the cover causing the fan to run slowly. Causing the no cooling issue. Repaired neutral wire and realign the fan in the correct spot and put the fan wires in the correct spot. All functions tested good. Put cover back on and now we are getting good air flow. Complete.
