I ran a forced defrost and found the unit working as designed. I found the FC fan shorting out and shutting the unit off and back on sometimes after a chunk of ice fell during the force defrost. I did a hard power reset and the sealed system components never would come back on. The fan motor and possibly the blade will need to be replaced. The unit could also have controls failing. Arrived to inspect dishwasher leaking from underneath.Ran diagnostics test mode to attempt to confirm the customer complaint.Received NO error codes in diagnostics and unit did not leak one drop of water during diagnostics test mode.I even ran a normal cycle and unit still did not leak.I noticed the unit was installed in a manner to STRAIN the clips on top of the unit.I advised the customer the installation of the unit may be causing the unit to leak and even offered to raise the leveling feet to reduce the strain on the unit and to prevent it from leaning forward.

I advised the customer I would have to order the part. I am ordering the ice maker and the shelf for the left RC door that got damaged during service. "arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is leaking water from the dispenser area. Customer advised that they use detergent pods and place them in the dispenser. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Unit operated as designed. When I opened the dispenser, I found some plastic from a detergent pod blocking the water way. I advised the customer to use liquid detergent in the dispenser or if they continued to use the detergent pods, they need to place them inside the unit. I made recommendations for detergent use as well as use and care for the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is reading above 400 degrees on a setting of 350. Using my multimeter, I place my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake mode at 350 degrees Standard preheat. The average temp was 354/355 degrees. I advised the customer that the unit will heat up to temps around 400+ (422) in preheat then cycle up and down until the average temp is 10above/10below preheat temps. I advised the customer that the temp readings I achieved were normal. I contacted Techline and spoke to Robert ad advised of my findings and requested specifications for heating temps. Robert agreed to the readings and advised that there are no written specifications and that the unit is functioning as designed.
